And then there's the frozen custard. I'm not usually an ice cream person because it tends to upset my stomach, but for some reason Culver's frozen custard doesn't bother me at all. I've loved every flavor I've tried, but the chocolate one, the one that feels like multiple kinds of chocolate all mixed together, was easily my favorite. Absolute perfection. What really surprised me is how clean and well run everything is. Ordering is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are equal to or even cheaper than places like McDonald's lately, but with noticeably fresher and better-tasting ingredients. Culver's is proof that fast food can still be done right. Fresh, affordable, and consistently good, it's a place I'll happily keep going back to.

When I raised the issue, the cashier (wearing a ski mask) admitted the mistake but then brought multiple employees to the counter to question me. I was told to eat more of the taco to "prove" it wasn't the correct item. A female employee then pulled the taco out of my hands and stated I wouldn't need it since I'd be given a replacement. As someone who works in food service, I know eaten food should never be taken back behind the counter for health and safety reasons. When I asked for her name and the manager's name, all employees present refused to provide any information. This unnecessary refusal escalated the situation and left me with no way to follow up properly. I am disappointed in how this was handled and ask that corporate review this incident carefully. This behavior damages the Taco Bell brand and should not be acceptable at any location.

As many C-Stores as there are in the area this place seems to always be busy no matter the time of the day.
