This place is always suuuuuper busy and always has a line around the whole building. Service here is very slow so plan on waiting in line for about a half hour. I have been here 2 times and both times were very slow. I do really like their chicken fingers. I got double cole slaw and they should at least put them in the separate areas so it doesn't mix and make the chicken soggy. If you pay extra for sauce, you only get a half a cup for what you pay for. They advertised on the window and numerous signs about a cookie butter milkshake which you have to pay extra for... just for them not to have it. A friend and I tried the highly advertised Lemon pepper chicken sandwich combo! The chicken tenders were over cooked, too salty and had very little taste! The fries were too salty and had to much seasoning! It was a terrible meal and I highly recommend against getting this meal! I will never, ever, try this meal again. This was the second worst meal I have ever eaten at a Restaurant. Similar to a Raising Cane's franchise. It's a good fast food restaurant. The service was good too. I forgot the name of the guy who took our order but he explained the difference between #1 and #2 as it was similar. The noise level was quiet. Dined inside with the bf and there were like less than 10 people inside at around noon ish time. Of course, there was some competition with the other fast food around the area. The 2 young ladies we had, who took our order and then initially handed us our card back, were pleasant. At the window we were(politely) told that next time if we wanted to make things easier on ourselves to call ahead. But then a young man who i assume could have been the manager, told us to pull forward and it would be a while. Our driver double checked something about the order, and this man rolled his eyes at her. They acted very rude for a FOOD SERVICE store, who had food ordered from them. Parties happen. This place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. Tonight my husband had to wait 20 minutes to order only being the third car from the intercom to order! Then he got to the second window and has told to pull to the curb to wait 30 minutes!!! I'm irate right now. The drive through lady was so rude too, I heard everything she said on the phone. I Came back two more times hoping to get the hot and juicy Sandwich like I had gotten previously. Both of my next experiences weren't so good. On one trip my Chicken was actually Cold to the touch. Greeted by two girls who looked like they were 13 years old and have never smiled in their lives unless they were at a Justin Bieber concert. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals with honey mustard on the side. Received 1 chicken salad sandwich and no grilled chicken sandwich meals. Pointed out the mistake to the staff and they replaced it with ONE grilled chicken sandwich with the honey mustard ON the sandwich instead of on the side. Pointed out that we ordered TWO of the sandwiches and they then tried to charge me another $7.00 plus for the extra meal (which we had ordered originally). By this point I had been there for over a half hour. When I suggested they complete the original order (correctly) without charging us anything else the manager came out and seemed confused that we would suggest that. "So you feel we should give you the grilled chicken sandwich meal for FREE, is that what you're asking?". I maintained that I felt it was appropriate and he reluctantly agreed. We really like Zaxby's food and eat there often as it's near our home. However, over the past few months we have tried the online ordering service for this location and it simply doesn't work. All three times our food has not been prepared when we arrived. Tonight as a final straw the order had not been received and had to be fully prepared after we showed our printed receipt from home. This is really a nightmare. We will continue to stop in occasionally either through the drive-thru or eat in the dining room. Don't waste your time with an online order; you will get your food quicker by ordering through the drive-thru when you arrive. Additionally, although the website clearly states you can pick up the online order through the drive-thru, we were required to come inside to pick up the order the first time and haven't tried that again. read more
