Stopped here after a long drive from the Great Smoky Mountains and were pleasantly surprised while also really confused. It's like fast food meets Olive Garden. You order at the counter, take a number marker with you, enjoy an endless supply of REALLY good breadsticks (better than Olive Garden in my opinion), and wait for your food to come out. They even grate fresh Parmesan while serving you. The have some really good deals such as 2 slices of pizza, salad, and a drink for $9. Be warned that a non-small sized pasta is a huge portion! A nice bang for your buck. Their pizza is yummy, and they're pasta is good too. I'd recommend their fettuccini Alfredo. Side salad consisted of maybe a cup of mostly lettuce and a grape tomato at a cost of $3.49. Last time I bought side salad through drive thru it was literally spoiled. For the price of a lunch combo compared to the amount of food you get, it's hard to beat Fazolis. In my opinion their bread sticks are better than Olive Gardens and the food quality is always good. My only fault is there should be more Fazolis to eat at. On this trip I had the spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, and I tried the boneless wings which were great. So delicious! I was a little concerned since the only other review was a one star, but I had a hankering for baked ziti and decided to give it a go. Staff was just the sweetest ever, very attentive and respectful. She came by to see if we needed more breadsticks and to clear the plates in a timely manner. Restaurant looks brand new, and is nice and clean--no issues with putting wife's service dog under the table on the floor. Sometimes places can be downright gross and I feel guilty about him down there but no concerns here. It is delicious the breadsticks here are amazing, and the staff is super nice to everybody.

Food is good but these employees only have one speed and that's turtle time. They have a line wrapped around the building and get in no hurry to prepare your food. I sat in line for over 10 minutes just to get an incorrect order. Then i turn back around and go in to get the problem resolved and they take their sweet time. There went my lunch break. read more
