No matter how hot it is or how many people are waiting, the servers are always pleasant and patient, and my order has never been wrong in probably over 100 orders. Of course most chick fil A's have impeccable service, so this probably won't come as a surprise to many, but just wanted to put it out there that I've been here many times and never had a single bad experience.
