Enjoyed our first visit to this PE location today. All the food was good (teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef, veggies), but the fried rice seemed to have been sitting a bit. The soda machine was properly set so the Coke was tasty, didn't taste flat or syrupy. Staff was friendly and seating area clean. Food is almost always over fried. Chicken dishes are too tough to chew. Kung pao is super spicy and we love spicy, but we couldn't eat it.service is friendly and ambiance is fine. Clean for sure. read more

McKala (or how ever you spell it) is extremely condescending and patronizing. We went through the drive through here several weeks back. When we got home, we were missing our mushroom chicken. I called the store and the gentleman who answered was very apologetic and told me he would write my name down and THE NEXT TIME we come in, we can get that added to our order. Fast forward to today... we went to the store drive through and told them our name was written down inside for the mushroom chicken that we BOUGHT but DIDN'T RECEIVE. Their manager, McKala (or how ever you spell it), came on the com and said... "who did you talk to" i said, "I don't know. It was a man." She said, "Do you have your receipt?" I said, " No, he said our name would be written down." She said, "Well, we don't see it... Oh wait, here it is. It has been over 30 days. I can't give you a full order but can give you a small side of it." To which I ask, "So, you see that I paid money for the food but won't give me what you said you'd give me because it's been more than 30 days?" She said, "Yes, that's all I can do. Will that work?" I said, "I guess it will to if that's all you can do." To which she replies... "Perfect!" She needs to be FIRED on the spot. She just lost our business FOREVER over a couple of dollars. Proof she isn't managerial material. Math is math. Save $2.00 to lose hundreds over the next few years. But of course, this store won't be opened long if this is what they consider standard operational procedure. read more

Found about a 4 inch long black hair in chowmein, couldn't finish my food after that. Wont be going back, that was so disgusting. Nobody was wearing hair nets or anything of the sort. It was just a gross situation. read more

We bought food here today and they were very busy. They went as fast as they could and the food was good. I finished my food and sat for a bit watching as we were close the register. The manager, I believe, was excellent with the customers. I witnessed as she treated each customer with kindness and respect. Well done!!! read more

DO Not go!! This place is sad, every time we give them another chance again they disappoint, went yesterday and again asked for string bean chicken breast and they said you have to wait 8 mins for it, we was in the drive thur so NO. Is it that hard to make, all the other product is normally on the hot line ready but again and again you have to wait for the string bean chicken breast, if you sell that much of it then make more/oder more, pretty simple process read more

I arrived at 6 pm two cars in front of me at the drive thru, one lane closed. Barely anyone on the dining room. The cars in front of me ordered, paid and were told to park, as was I after I paid. I continued watching as they parked car after car, the dining room still nearly empty. My receipt showed that I placed my order at 6:07 pm. My food took 15 minutes to come out, and surprise, surprise, got it home and it was wrong! I literally ordered two items! Meaning 50% of my order was wrong! I'd lodge a complaint, but it's obvious by the level of incompetence no one cares. So I'll do something better, by taking my business elsewhere. If I could this even lower I would. I've visited 3 times, and 3 times my order was wrong, employees were unable to complete the orders in a timely manner. It's obvious they do not strive to be a good restaurant in this community. Morristown location after opening week has gone downhill. Apparently, the owners are not engaged in day to day operations, don't read reviews, aren't holding managers accountable or staff. Panda Express corporate should expect higher standards and more reliable service, food quality and food availability. In line to order at 11:45; husband wanted spicy chicken but 8-10-minute wait; so ordered orange chicken; then female stated it would be 7 minutes for chow mein. I received my food right away and it was cold; rice undercooked. Husband received his food after i hate eaten what i was going to eat (maybe 1/3 of order. Food is good. Chow mein noodles look a bit smaller than some other Panda Express I've been too. But it's still tasty. The drive thru service could use a lil help. They have two lines but only have one open and there are cars wrapped around the store. But the outside looks nice and so I assume the inside looks nice. read more

Every single time we have been here, they manage to mess something up. Tonight, they left off half the order in the drive-through, and I had to go inside to correct. Honestly the staff here are terrible. I did an online order and got to the store when it told me to. Went through drive through and told them my name and order and they told me to pull up. I get to the window at the time I'm supposed to be there and the app says my stuff is ready but they tell me oh we are waiting on a few things. So at this point I'm not upset or anything I pull up and decide to wait because surely it wouldn't be more than 5 mins. I waited 20 mins in their online parking and still nothing. So I went inside and told asked them hey is my order ready yet and they told me still no. I was on my lunch break and by now it was basically gone. 15! More minutes go by and I finally start to get upset because it's been about 30 mins now. I tell them I've been waiting 30 mins past my pick up time and one of the girls in there starts to go off on me and tells me" well I didn't even know you were here so" and I was like okay but the girl at the window knew I was here and everyone else in here knows I'm here I shouldn't be waiting 30 mins for my online order that's ridiculous. Felt like she was thinking I was a Karen or something when in reality I'm on my 30 min lunch break and it's been 30 mins and I'm still at their fast food spot waiting for my food. Not sure if they just don't like white people there but the two younger girls of color are the rudest people I've ever seen.
