My wife and I normally split the Cobb salad at Zaxby's because it's so big. Today the salad was spot on and very tasty as usual. The server knew we were splitting the salad and did it for us in the back. This is so awesome they would do that for us! We tried the new fried shrimp they have today. We both liked it and thought it was good! The food was great and delicious. The service was very friendly. We definitely recommend Zaxby's and the new fried shrimp. read more

I ordered over $40 worth of food including a $9 delivery fee on top of a tip. I asked the driver to get my receipt for my points and so I could put my order number on there. The driver was told they don't give receipts. I called the store to speak to the manager. He told me they don't give receipts because the drivers were stealing the codes. I told him I requested my receipt. Then I asked if he could give me the receipt number or give me points that I'm missing. He told me no and acted like my request didn't matter. read more

Im very disappointed with this zaxbys, i strictly told them to add two extra honey mustards and to make one of my orders have spicy zax. When I received my order it had two honey mustards for my combos and an added ranch. I didnt ask for any ranch, they didnt even charge me for any other extras. The ranch was on the receipt! This has to be the worst Zaxbys I've ever went to. Came to Jax for a quarterly meeting. Ordered a meal with a cookie. Got to my room, no cookie and no utensils to eat with. Wrote the management company. They sent me a coupon, just for a free cookie. Coupon was good for a week. Oh well, just stole that from me. Went today, asked for Mayo. They are out. This is a nice, clean place. The workers are efficient and pleasant. We normally only get the Zax Snack (3 piece tenders, fries, toast, drink for $5.99) but my husband works nearby and has had other items off the menu. He's been very satisfied with all of them. This particular time, the fries were just average, but the chicken tenders were delicious (as always). I like the fact that they are served out of the fryer and not from under a heat lamp. Good sized parking lot, but if you are in a hurry you might consider just going inside instead of using the drive-thru. This area of Commonwealth is a huge industrial area and this is a very popular restaurant (the other fast food places here are burger based), so the drive-thru is always packed (wrapped around the building). read more

This location has a reasonable price(duh a chain, but when eating at 4:40 on a weekday, the store fully staffed, I was given (promptly I should add) cold chicken fingers with burnt toast and warm fries. I watched as the young man in the kitchen with a headset did his best to fruit with every cashier in the building. As it became time for an associate to walk through and 'clean', the young lady simply took a towel and wiped ice in to the floor walking away. I found it unbelievable as well so I posted the picture. I acknowledge the difficulties in hiring service personnel. But once hired real leadership manages these behaviors. The food was hot and tasty, but I cannot give 5 stars because the person taking our order in the drive-thru kept interrupting and totaling our order like we were done ordering. We finally got frustrated and quit ordering, so ultimately we didn't get everything we wanted. Horrible customer service. We waited in the drive thru for a salad one salad and they did not get the order right. On one salad. Your only job is to include dressing. My fiancee who had no shirt on which is why we went thru the 6 car drive thru to start with had to turn around to go back to get dressing. Some african american guy sitting at a table told him he had to put a shirt on. He got up from the table and put his hands on his hips. Then proceeds to try to put this hands on him. Over ranch dressing that I paid $10 for to start with. I don't know what kind of ghetto managers you have working over here but you need to explain to them that salad takes dressing and trying to touch a customer will get you cussed out.
