We were greeted immediately and sat down. The server came over and handed us our menus and asked our drink order. They were out of diet Dr Pepper but we got Diet Pepsi. We checked out the menu and decided. The server returned and did let us know they were out of the chicken cheesesteak and the shrimp. That was fine since we were both getting the Philly cheesesteak with 1/2 tots and 1/2 fries order. I did ask for light onions and peppers but extra mushrooms, she said that was possible. We only waited about 5-7 minutes, they did have Elvis-esque music playing on the radio. When we received our food and it was so fresh. The fries were crispy and even though the tots looked overcooked they were NOT, they were soft inside and so perfect. I will definitely just next time get the whole order of tots next time, It was $27 for both our drinks and both our cheesesteaks and the tots/fries. I would definitely make another trip here to try the build your own burger, fried shrimp, shrimp burger, po boy or one of their salads and definitely to try their frozen desserts! With this being fast food it was a pleasant meal and I will definitely try this place again!

I had the kismet - omg the combo with the hot honey had me inhaling it. We also tried their Mac and cheese. It has a hint of chipotle but it's not hot, noodles perfectly cooked and plenty of creamy sauce - so delicious and topped with bacon bits(real). There was a line to order when we came in, tons of take out orders and a dozen table in and outside. With all that once we ordered it only took a few minutes for our order. There were 5 people in the open kitchen and 2 order takers. The decor is pretty much burger joint. Not a bunch of space between the tables.

Hubby had a last minute emergency call to one of his properties this evening after getting home for…read morethe day, so we decided to hop in the truck, go knock out the work and then grab a burger from our favorite burget spot in Jax, Carolina Jax I got the Hurricane which comes with white American, grilled jalapenos, white cheddar Mac, bacon, and Chipotle sauce. This was my first time getting this burger and I loved every last CRUMB of this burger. I tend to switch it up every time I come because of much I enjoy the burgers (and the chicken sandwich), but this just may be my go-to going forward because man, was this crazy good. Hubby got his usual which is the OBX. That comes with poblano mayo, cajun ranch, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and keylime guacamole. He literally gets this every single time and never deviates. We usually split a tray of the bacon ranch fries but we decided to switch it up a little and get the nachos fries. While the nachos fries were great, we both agreed that we like the bacon ranch ones much more. We also agreed that next time, we're going to get the Jax Style fries and compare those as well. We got here around 8pm and as per usual the line was out the door and stayed that way through the duration of our meal. It's not difficult to see why their voted Number 1 in Jax.

I didn't order anything on this visit, but the last few times I've been to Whataburger, I've come to this location. I ordered two Big Ranch Wraps, and they were made to perfection. The amount of ranch was just right, the tortilla was grilled and toasted perfectly, the cheese was melted just right--everything was fresh and tasted amazing. It's hard to put into words how consistently good they've been. What really stands out, though, is the overnight crew. Their customer service is top-notch, and it's clear they care about providing a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

It was as if my patronage was an interruption to her day. After receiving our orders, we sat down to find not only our table but also the nearby tables dirty. We chose the cleaner of the dirty options; I went to my vehicle and grabbed a few baby wipes to be sanitary. The food we received clearly was not prepared with proper care. As we attempted to consume our meals, Latrina and other associates had highly elevated and very loud conversations amongst themselves as though they were in the guts of a ghetto with zero respect for those of us who were in the dining area. As I approached the counter to obtain a refill on my beverage, there wasn't a single representative available. I observed the drive-thru attendant engrossed in her cell phone rather than tending to guests. It was a disappointing experience.

I live within walking distance of this Chick-fil-A and used to appreciate the convenience, but over…read morethe last year, I've seen a noticeable decline in both product quality and portion size. I always order my fries without salt due to dietary reasons, yet my last few orders have come salted. That's a basic customization that shouldn't be overlooked, especially when it's consistently requested. Even more frustrating is the portioning: fries used to be served in full containers, but now it feels like they're being strategically stacked to give the illusion of a full order. During my recent order I received a medium fry that literally had five fries. I'm not someone who complains lightly. I contacted the Chick-fil-A Cares hotline and the store directly about these issues last year. I followed up for two months with no response. Out of fairness, I gave them another chance, but nothing has improved. It's disappointing to see such a decline in service, especially at a location I used to visit regularly. I won't be returning anytime soon.
