dr. martin luther king location received half our order which i blame myself for i should have checked it but then when we just requested them to credit the missing items back to my card they were insistant we drive the 15 minutes back there and pick up the shortage i guess the rest of our order was to just sit while i drove back needless to say never again there are too many places to spend our money to have to put up with horrible customer service read more

Legend goes that Hot Wings were invented at The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York which might explain why Southern based Zaxby's doesn't have a clue. Their Wings were under cooked, under-sauced, lacked spice, and overpriced. Termed "Insanely Hot"? I believe the sauce could be used as Eye drops without shedding a tear. Friendly employees. When I visited, all the customers were wearing masks but the employees were not. This was in stark contrast to other businesses in the area. Zaxby's in general has some good food. However, the sandwich bread/Texas toast was burnt/black on the sides. Also the fried chicken fingers were hard and overcooked. It was very hard to eat. Another thing, I didn't like was that both the app & website kept saying they were out of chicken. As a result, I couldn't pre-order for pickup. read more

This Zaxby's sucks I went a few weeks ago and I thought they maybe had a bad day but I went back today and totally disappointed. I ordered a SIMPLE Cesar salad with grilled chicken. They didn't have grilled chicken so fine I got the fried. The chicken in my salad wasn't even cut properly. They literally put chicken strips cut in half. Stopped in for a bathroom break and to pick up food to eat on the road. Facility was very clean, including the restrooms which were limited to one guest at a time. Staff were appropriately wearing masks. Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick and excellent. This might be the best Zaxby's experience I've had. I will remember this location on future trips through the area. Well done! read more

If you order a salad from this location, you either better check for dressing before you leave, or have it on hand because they RARELY include the dressing that you specifically ask for. They are not apologetic at all and never offer any compensation for the inconvenience of coming all the way back to get it. My coworker went today and placed a relatively large order. It's kind of hard to go through and check an order that size, but it shouldn't have to be done. She got all the way back to work to find out there was no dressing for my salad (surprise!) and my other coworker ordered a chicken finger plate and received nibblers, I went al the way back up there to get my salad dressing and there was no apology or compensation offered. To me, for the price we pay for this food, they should double check to make sure the orders are correct. read more

Food was good for a fast food and the employees are really nice. The only reason I didn't give a higher rate was because the money u spend is not worth it. For Zaxby's to be called a fast food restaurant they do not meet the qualifications to be one. U could go to a Outback or a Longhorn and get your food faster than from here. One of the worst Zaxby's I've been to. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 nibblerz meals with a Sprite and a Dr. Pepper. The drive thru was quick but after getting our food we checked it. We found that our nibblerz were just thrown together - the buns were burnt, there was hardly any sauce on them (probably 2 drops), a handful of fries that were over cooked, and the pieces of chicken were about 3 inches long. My sprite was very carbonated with little flavor and his Dr. Pepper had no carbonation what so ever. It was not worth the overall price of $17. Won't be going back. read more

I'm not sure why but this restaurant has gone downhill fast. Just ordered a chicken finger plate and each piece of chicken was full of gristle and some kind of tendon crap that made it impossible to eat. This location is HORRIBLE! Second time this week my husband got food and it was COLD. Chicken cold, fries soggy, white cheddar bits still frozen. I would rather wait a little longer for hot food than be rushed for nasty cold food. read more

The customer service at this Zaxbys is almost always spot on-but my boneless wings aren't ever hot.

I stopped by to grab a bite for lunch. As I was in line there were two young ladies in front of me getting there order and there was another lady behind, I assume was going to be with them. They were talking and also the lady behind the counter. So as I began to place my order, she asked if it were for dine in or carry out. I replied dine in. So as I waited and I waited, many orders were being fulfilled. I did notice that there appeared to be a meal sitting there as I was sitting at the table hoping to eat. So twenty minutes passes and then I mention to them what was taking so long. The lady said oh it just came out, which it didn't. She asked for my ticket and I gave her my receipt. Then as I'm getting ready to eat my meal in a carry out, which was told dine in. My toast was soggy from being placed in a carry out. Then I asked for my receipt back, so I could write it down when I got home. They of course they lost it. I then just told the lady to refund my money so I could leave. She clearly wasn't paying attention to my order and just got caught up in the others conversation, then was confused. That was my experience there. Then I left for the house. read more
