I have always loved zaxbys. They came through with a freshly made 20 piece chicken fingers on Christmas Eve and it was a big hit.

I am often hesitant to try Zaxby's because of experiences at other locations. However, we had a good drive up experience today at this location. The staff was friendly, the food was delivered hot / as ordered and the service was quick. The health grade was very good. Nice job by this Zaxby's location. read more

The wings were cold and meat less. There was barely any sauce. The service was lousy. We ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 mins in the parking lot to get our cold food. The ambiance the parking lot was messed and not lit up. Never going here again, I would rather drive 40mins to Fayetteville. read more

Usually get the Cobb salad, it is pretty big, I usually get two meals out of one. Their traditional chicken wings are pretty good, moist and smothered in sauce. I don't like the charge per sauce they have going on. read more

Chips are always iffy. Either not done or way to salty. This time it was the salty version. They were free on a reward so didn't mind dumping them. Salad was hot, chips were cold. You would expect better service from a restaurant that charges so much for their food. When I pulled up, I was the first customer at the drive thru. I placed my order, no problem, and pulled around to the window. There were 3 people standing around - all teens. The girl who took my card asked me if I wanted ketchup. I thanked her and said yes, please. After "everything" was handed to me, I asked if everything was in the bag. The girl said it was. I peeked in and noticed all of the food was there. Good, right? After getting home, my child's chicken is overcooked, as well as my Zappetizer. I cannot even stick my fork in the cheese bites because they are so overcooked. A 10 piece boneless turned out to only be a 9 piece, and there is NO KETCHUP anywhere in the bag! As for the tea, I bought a half gallon that spilled all over my seat on the short drive home. Aren't those supposed to be closed??? If you want to run a successful business, I would recommend hiring ADULTS to work evening shifts instead of just having 6 teenagers (at least that's how many I counted inside and outside of the store) running the show. I spent nearly $30 for just me and my kid on things that spilled, were overcooked, and were missing. I am NOT a happy customer. read more

This place is absolutely awful. Ordered the boneless wings and mushrooms. The mushrooms were so greasy they leaked all over the place. I took them up to show the worker at the counter and she said that's how they are. That's it! Take it or leave it I guess. The wings were saturated as well and just covered up with sauce. This store is sooo frustrating! I've visited a few times close to closing time and was given disgusting food that was inedible. Of course I was home before I noticed, and then the store was closed. I've had them put a few hot fries on top of garbage cold hard ones. They really do not think about how poor the food is that they hand people to eat. I've learned I must go inside to order, them thoroughly check all of my food before leaving..in order to not get screwed. I've spoke with managers about these issues, but nothing ever changes. read more

While I was ordering the staff was blatantly being racist. A staff member was talking to two soldiers in civilian clothes and they were saying that a girl is crazy because she is "white". Really surprised at the reviews for this location. I have never had a problem here and the service is always great. They also offer a military discount. I've never had anything missing from my meals. Had to update my review. Why do I keep coming back for the abuse? This location is notorious for leaving out items. They forgot my fries that came in my wing basket and the manager told me I had 3 days to come back and get my fries. I have never heard of anything so absurd. So why wouldn't you replace the whole meal? First time my bread was old in my salad and the chicken wasn't fresh so I called the manager and she told me I had to drive this salad all the way back to this location for a refund. Freaking kidding me right? Young managers with no experience. Either that or the owner is a crook. I will be writing corporate about these incidents. read more

I have eaten at many different Zaxby locations and this one is by far the least impressive. The manager seemed very indifferent when I asked him about the thick cornmeal breaking on the fried pickles, which we did not like at all. The bread on our sandwiches was not properly toasted or buttered and the fries were soggy. The homemade chips were delicious as usual. read more
