Just left this Bojangles. I ordered a 3 piece dark. I even asked the young man working drive thru if he'd give me 3 legs I'd happily wait. Obviously I understand that they couldn't accommodate that. What REALLY ticked me off is that they proceeded to give me 3 breasts. I DONT eat breasts. I'm pregnant and I stay 20 minutes away. I feel like he purposely did that because I asked for the 3 legs. The worst experience I've had here and I come to this Bojangles often. NEVER again. read more

This was my first Bojangles experience. I'm not a big fast food person but I was pleasantly surprised- the food was really good, staff was unfortunately not. Hella rude right off the bat for no reason. We let the attitude roll right off but it's worth mentioning for those who may not take so kindly to that sort of thing. If they don't overcook the chicken, I get bubble guts. I'm talking urgency, like Scooby doo running to the bathroom type of bubble guts. The people are either confused at the speaker, the speaker is broken or maybe they're distracted. From the ever changing employee who's soul must've been mixed in with the mashed potatoes to the pushy person repeatedly asking if "That's all?", the vibes are all wrong. Maybe I expect some awkwardly fake hospitality that seems to be the running joke at Chick-fil-A because it's a southern inspired place. I know the employees are usually young which is normal at an entry level job but it has me questioning whether I'm turning into an primary old lady or not. I'm steering clear of this chain from now on. I've given other locations a chance before also and across the board it seems they all have the same issue. This location is full of employees that don't care about the customer. We went there last week and got 3 lunch dinners. 2 all white dinners with dirty rice and 1 sandwich with fries. The dirt rice was cold. Not even warm. I couldn't enjoy it. My husband went up to the counter to let them know the food was not hot/warm and the lady said she was the manager and just dismissed my husbands information. That the warning station wasn't working to keep the food warm. And then she walked away. She didn't say sorry or anything. I mean we paid for food and couldn't eat it and nothin was done about it. The chicken was ok. And I will say the biscuits were really good. But quality is not something this location puts first or keeping food warm and safe to eat. Mad traffic finally get there order a three-piece dinner specified that I wanted a leg and two thighs specified twice in the Drive-Thru thought it was weird that they put my food in a huge bag get home find out that I got white meat in the bag come on do better than that. Ordered the Tailgate Box in the drive through. After 20 mins of waiting, I went inside. They hadn't even started the order. Took over 33 mins to get my food, and the lady was very rude and slow. I swear she was being as slow as possible on purpose. Will not return to this location. read more

Stopped in on a trip back from Fort Bragg. What can you say? It's a a BoJangles so you know you should get consistent food and service. It was around 11 a.m. so there was no line, and service for my takeout order was very quick. Staff was pleasant even though it took a while for them to notice me and come to the counter. My Cajun biscuit and fries hit the spot for my drive back. The tea is usually too sweet but by now you expect that. read more

I love this location when they give me fresh food! However, 49 times out of 50, I'm given old and cold food..or missing part of my order all together. My family loves the Cajun filet biscuit, but if you order them in the evening, expect them to be rubbery and dry from sitting out all day. Countless times they have been out of Mac and cheese..and getting chicken legs is always a gamble. Far too frequently it's over "8 minutes" of wait time to get "fast food" in a drive through. When the food is fresh..it cannot be beat! It's just sad that is a rare occasion. read more

Tried Bojangles for the first time ever last night (clearly I'm not from the South). The chicken is very good, nice crunchy flavorful skin, with juicy meat inside (I had a 2 piece meal, which came with one large piece and a small wing). The sweet tea is absolutely incredible. But the biscuits are out of this world, soft and warm on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside, mmmmm. The only things I did not like, was that the dirty rice, although flavorful and tender, was pretty watery. The Cole slaw was just a no for me... I guess it's made with only vinegar and no mayo. It's very watery. Not the way Cole slaw should be made, although the flavor isn't terrible. I am very curious as to how the mashed potatoes taste. I'm sure I'll be back for chicken, biscuits and sweet tea! read more

This is by far the worst Bojangles you will go to. The only thing consistent is that they will mess something up. If you go inside, they will have someone working the register alone that doesn't know what they are doing. They will ring in your order wrong, or close it making you have to pay for our order separately. You will probably get the the wrong food. When you try your luck in the drive thru they will have you pull forward and wait for your food. There will not be anyone in the restaurant or any reason why they can't make your food in a timely manner. The employees seem more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. The managers don't seem to care which is evident in the consistently bad service. It's fast food, it shouldn't be this difficult. read more

I absolutely hate going to THIS bojangles. Every time I go, I order the same thing. Gravy biscuit combo with borounds, tea, large size. Half of the time I don't get a large combo they just give me a large drink. Or I don't get my rounds and they tell me that they "tried to wave me down". If you tell me "ok have a good day" my drive thru experience should be finished. The food is good. Never bad. The tea at times has a coffee taste (prob using same filter). Hello, I stopped at this restaurant today and my large lemonade tasted like enough lemons were added just to change the color and only a teaspoon of sugar was added...awful! Also, the fries tasted like they were placed back in the grease. They were so hard that I was unable to eat them. I don't plan on stopping here again. read more
