I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 25 minutes, only to receive warm food and a Big Mac missing cheese--how do you mess up the most iconic item on the menu? This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was painfully slow, the attention to detail nonexistent, and the overall experience left me completely disappointed. Stopped by this establishment on Christmas Day. We got an order number but the kiosk wouldn't take money. My wife told an employee and she was rude and told us we couldn't take any money and we had to re order. This rude employee also wouldn't assist a veteran with the kiosk. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. It's across the street from our neighborhood, but I drive 15 minutes to another location it's so awful. They cannot, anytime of the week or time of day, keep up with orders. The parking spaces are filled with people waiting for drive thru orders to be walked out. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I've walked in to ask for the number of the franchise manager. To have someone, walk from the back laughing, say I'm the franchise manager and flip me off. This McDonalds service is horrible. The food was cold and the fries were half done. Even after waiting and being pulled. It's surprising how many good restaurants close in this area and they are still open with the way they operate. I don't fault the workers I fault the management for poor leadership. Placed an online order, waited...drinks were wrong but figured I would t hassle them because they were busy. Get home and our double bacon qtr pounders had no bacon and only one patty. Take the order back, wait....only to get the burgers back made the same way. If the employees weren't in the back playing maybe my order wouldn't have been messed up twice and an 1 1/2 hours wasted from my day. Definitely can't recommend this McDonald's. read more

I would do 0 stars if possible. We just sat in n line for 10 minutes to order a McFlurry for my moms birthday. After 10 minutes a lady came on the speaker and asked us to hold on. We were the only car in line. After another 5 minutes another car pulls up and they tell him the same thing. After a few ore minutes a lady comes on the speaker and starts taking the OTHER cars order!!! We were there OVER 15 Minutes. That is ridiculous. We come to this McDonald's on a regular basis. This location has significantly gone down hill. The wait times have increased tremendously; on average the bundle boxes take around 15-20 minutes. Today, three rude young men came in and were extremely loud. One of the young men made a rude comment.to another customer "damn you have a long head", then a minute later "we got a problem". They were super loud, laughing and talking crap. Suddenly after he orders, the rude young man cuts the line and leans over the counter asking the employees where his food was. This is where it got interesting. Come to find out this dude was an employee; the employee asked him why he didn't show up for work today because he was on the schedule. He replied " why'd you put me on schedule is I wasn't going to show". Everyone could hear this conversation that ended shortly. He then was still loud asking another employee her times so they can hang out after work. Every time he would talk to these employees, they would stop and have a conversation making the line longer. At this point One lady had been waiting 30 minutes for a pick up and still had not gotten her food. This place used to be convenient due to its location but the wait times and character of employees has ruined the location. Unsure if it's the training, manager, owner or quality of employee. Over the last 2 years we have visited this McDonald's an easy 60 times. I can only recall 2 time we were not shoved into a stall to wait... and wait... and wait... as cars going through the same drive thru were getting their food and leaving, we wait... and wait... and wait... now the drive thru is empty and we have been waiting just over 20 minutes. I get out of the car and go inside. As I step inside a young woman with bagged foods on a tray was just reaching for the door. She immediately located my food on the tray and gave it to me and informed me she was the only person doing the stalls and wasn't getting any help. I assured her *multiple* times that she was not to blame, I understood how hard it was on her and that the complaint I would be making had to do with her. Specifically, I finished with "this is not your fault, sweetie. It is about the manager." This interaction, can be seen on their video - if they even have it on. I go to the counter which has NO ONE at it. I wait, not too long, when a young woman appears and I ask her if I can speak with a manager. She states she is the manager. I tell her what I stated above: There have only been 2 occasions we have not been shoved into a stall to wait twenty or more minutes every time. Now, when I have finally received my food at the door, the fries are ice cold and need to be replaced. (How does it take 20 minutes plus to get a customer their food and it be COLD?) This "Manager" immediately tears my head off, telling me they only have one cook, it's not their fault orders are taking so long or are served cold, that I have no idea what it takes to run a place and essentially I just need to shut my mouth. (continues below) I was horrified by a *manager's* behavior and a pair of customers behind me - which could also be seen on video - agreed and noted they, too, had been waiting twenty minutes or more and it is always that way. I informed the young woman that I have actually managed TWO fast food places so I do know what I am speaking of and neither the service nor her treatment of customers is acceptable. She rudely asks if I want those fresh fries and I said yes. She goes behind the screen and starts yelling back and forth to employees about me complaining how I was out of line, she didn't have to put up with it, my simple request of food ready earlier than 20 minutes (in a fast food joint) and actually hot after that kind of wait was ridiculous, wo I thought I was and on and on. I turn and multiple customers eyes are wide, some with mouths open at how this woman was behaving and what she was saying. I call back we can hear every word she is essentially shouting, and rather than stopping while she was already on a slippery slope, she starts yelling. in comes the young woman I offered empathy and assurances to. She hears this *manager* going off and promptly starts bawling (Note: she was fine when I was talking to her - if harried from lack of support - and when she came through the door. It is only after she sees the *manager* causing a scene that she gets *hysterical.* Not only does the *manager* yell at me about upsetting the other woman, she eggs the woman on. She is heard *wailing* from the back and when the manager is not still going off on me, calls to the back of the kitchen to ask the woman if she is okay, and this woman actually WAILS "nooooooooooooooooooooo" and revs it up to another level. At this point I am just stunned - but not stupid. I inform the *manager* that I offered the girl empathy and support, nothing more or less. When the girl carrying on come out, STILL putting on a show, and I say the same to her - as nicely as I did the first time. She wails and takes off again and the manager comes after me AGAIN. This insane, outlandish, rude, unacceptable and unbalanced behavior by BOTH employees continued until I got the (probably spit on, not fully cooked fries that were promptly thrown away at home - McDonald's you owe me a refund for them - and started to walk towards the door. I listened as the *manager* continued to yell to the others about who do I think I am, who do I think I'm talking to until I have finally had enough and called back over my shoulder... "I'm the person who's going to get your ass fired." Yes, ass. And yes, I intend to get her fired. No customer should ever be subjected to the abusive behavior I was or have to be uncomfortable witnessing the abusive behavior. As I stated to this *manager* the behavior AND service is inexcusable. I mean, how rude of *me* to expect fast food from a fast food place; to expect hot food after waiting 20 minutes; and for a manager to be responsive (and sane) in answering a customers politely rendered and thoroughly justified complaint. As I told the customer who I was chatting with I am lucky they have video cameras at this location, otherwise I am pretty sure this unstable *manager* and her dramatic co-worker would claim I threw a cash register at them... McDonald's corporation, that you party money for food/service asks you to pull up and wait ok then in a drive thru. Outs my option if I adhere to do so or not.
