First, a young woman with a beautiful, shy smile was preparing our sandwich. She said her name was Tequila. Second, we discovered pepper relish. Tangy, with a suggestion of a minor heat. We were intrigued, but wasn't certain it would pair well with our club. Tequila saw us wavering and smiled, "why don't you get it on the side?" Brilliant! We sat and divided our sub and tasted the relish. Oh. Myyyy. I relished that tangy flavor and immediately spread it on my sandwich. And I promise we will return.
