However, today you have been redeemed as I got your delicious Southwest salad, which was unfortunately a little small, but was so fresh and good. The salad had tons of veggies including cilantro, avocado, and corn salsa. The entire salad was topped with tortilla chips. The dressing had a nice little hint of spice and everything mixed up so well. It was a great early dinner and filled me up, but did not make me feel stuffed. Had to order on a kiosk inside which was annoying cause my daughter's mask was too small for my big head and my ears were getting destroyed. The area in front of the cashier was blocked with chairs and tables leading me to believe the kiosk was my only option. After fumbling through the menu and completing my order someone comes up front and asked to take my order. This only upset me cause I had to wear that stupid mask and was in pain. Anyway... This is the absolute best Panera Bread I've been to. I grew up in Fayetteville and remember when this Panera first opened (back then it was super cool and exciting). And since then, I've always been pleased with the level of customer service here. Yesterday was just another lunch for myself and family but the folks at Panera made my experience so pleasant. To explain, I hate arugula. I just can't stand it. It tastes awful to me and I typically will be mindful to ask for no arugula or salad mixed with arugula because it just ruins any salad I've ever had. I made the mistake of not specifying this when ordering the Greek Quinoa Salad with extra chicken. When my meal arrived, I brought it back to my table and looked at it with dread. I hate complaining about things or asking to take things back but I really did not think i could eat this salad. My sister encouraged me to see if they could make it over. I explained my situation to a staff person who quickly assured me it was no problem and she'd be happy to fix the issue. Needless to say, my new salad was delicious and the envy of the table. I loved the quinoa and olives thrown in. The romaine lettuce (replacement) was super fresh and crunchy- just perfect! I really cannot speak more highly of the folks at this Panera Bread. Y'all are always so kind and pleasant- I wish I had this same experience at other Paneras. read more

So I first rated this restaurant as only having 1 after a bad experience as a new customer, but I've been going there ever since and have had much more positive experiences. I can honestly say that the food has been much better since my one bad experience and the staff is accommodating and very friendly. I couldn't leave my negative comment/rating knowing that I've had better experiences and the products' quality had improved. Though... This review seriously pains me because the people here are friendly and efficient. However, I felt compelled to give others a heads up. This has been my go-to Panera as my family transitions to the area. Basically, it's been hotel living for us (thumbs down) but the upside is getting out of cooking and being able to enjoy some yummy takeout (thumbs up). I generally just check my order to ensure everything is there, I don't usually open them up and do a thorough visual inspection. So here's what that has gotten me: multiple fruit cups (which price out for $3+ each) half full and with not fully ripened fruit. I could excuse the half ripe fruit but dang, who "filled" that fruit cup and thought it was okay to short it. Maybe they were short fruit that day? Maybe someone didn't want to disappoint me and tell me they didn't have any? I thought it was a one-off until my experience last night. I ordered a salad with a baguette and asked for some butter. I get back to the hotel, start unpacking my dinner and see a small bag full of butter!! It makes me laugh, because who needs that much butter for a baguette? What were they thinking? Next, I pull out my baguette and it's an end piece that is 1/2 the size of what normally comes as a side. Either someone had poor decision making skills, is playing a joke at my expense or just completely oblivious. Either way, it isn't a big deal in the big scheme of things. It wasn't worth me getting upset. What it did convey to me is that there seems to be a "whatever" attitude when it comes to the food. They don't care what they're putting out (the salad had everything in it but they didn't slice the hard boiled egg in half) and it's not important for the customer to get what they paid for. I don't know if it's one or two people taking shortcuts but it makes everyone look bad. Stop being so miserly and break me off a real piece of bread. I will no longer go to this location. Modern facility, not well maintained, food on par with all other Panera Bread restaurants. With respect to this establishment, it is always very busy. Having said that, there is not an excuse in my mind to have habitually dirty restrooms, dirty tables and chairs, and dirty floors. Management needs to focus on cleanliness and basic maintenance. This would not be a place I'd put high on my choice list to frequent. read more

False advertising is illegal! First Panera decides to change its .99 cent pastry police to just cookies. Then today we find out that it is now changed to only tiny cookies although their signage says! "Add Any Freshly Baked Cookie For .99 cents (Fine print) with purchase of dinner or lunch entree and drink. " Also WTF? My husband & I paid over $50 for an entree and drink? We usually enjoy this restaurant, but it didn't go well today. We ordered a large Mac n cheese for the kids. The bowl we received was only 2/3 full. I asked the staff if they could possibly add a bit more, they explained that the Mac n cheese is prepackaged and premeasured (not usually what Panera advertises about their food). So no, they would not add more. Hopefully they change that policy. The last three times we have been to the skibo rd location in Fayetteville it has been dirty. Tonight it was not acceptable. We had to find a table semi clean and clean it before sitting. Food under the tables, the area where the dirty plates are staged next to the drink machine was filthy. Let me start by saying this one star review is not based on just one visit, but about 10. I have Panera delivered to my work every Saturday (as it's the only place I have found to deliver here). It is consistently not correct. Today I ordered a half Italian sandwich and Greek salad. I received an Italian sandwich, missing half the ingredients, and a kale salad, with a dressing I didn't recognize. Because the whole thing was inedible, I called the store to have it redelivered. The Skibo location rarely has anyone answer the phones. After about 7 tries, the phone was answered by a Vincent who said he would get me a manager. 15 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Thankfully, I had the delivery driver's number and was able to speak with him. He had the order remade and brought back to me within about half an hour. Sadly, although the sandwich was correct this time, my Greek salad was missing the onions AND it had tomatoes on it, which I had asked be left off. The commercials beg you to eat Panera because they make it YOUR way, but they never deliver in that promise. That will be the last time I order delivery from Panera. Update on Edit: I gave Panera other try and same old thing, took twice as long as they said and order incorrect! Just tried GrubHub and got an awesome, fresh sub from Firehouse! read more

This Panera used to be so great. No clue what happened. They're constantly out of stuff- bread, cookies, pastries. The service is extremely slow. When I was here today it was pretty empty however my to go order took quite awhile. To top it off, it was freezing inside! Uncomfortably so. We're huge fans of Panera. Tonight we went in and it looked as if they were struggling to get the meals made. It took awhile for our food to be ready, but that wasn't the biggest issue. My husband and I both ordered the Steak and White Cheddar panini, I subbed the white cheddar with provolone, and no horseradish sauce. I don't expect sandwiches to be loaded down with meat, but for the price we paid for our meals, I didn't expect this. I took two bites, and wondered where the meat was at. In general I am a huge fan of Panera. I love their food, coffee, pastries, etc. I stopped in to this Panera for a quick lunch, and it was very busy during the lunch hour. Luckily, this Panera had a drive-thru, so that helps to ease the crowd inside the restaurant somewhat. The staff was very friendly, service was fast, and inside was clean. I ordered the Pick 2, and had chicken noodle soup, and the chicken avocado BLT. Not disappointed at all by the food, as I rarely am when eating at Panera. I am officially a fan. Alanna, the drive thru attendant actually took the time to explain the menu ordering process, meals and how to register my "mypanera" card. It was pretty much my first time after like 9 years, so the menu had changed. It is a bit confusing too, but like I said Alanna was patient and explained everything with a smile. Well, my husband was not feeling well and needed some soup and I did not have time to prepare it fresh for him that night. I was originally headed to Chick Fil A to get chicken noodle soup but saw Panera and had hopes that their soup would be less salty. I ordered a Bistro French Onion soup and the chicken noodle. Both were well received but the french onion really received accolades from the patient. I left better informed and I am actually looking forward to trying more of their menu items.
