I've been to a lot of Jersey Mikes from a lot of different towns and states, I love their menu and the delicious "Mikes Way" style sandwich toppings. It's always been a family favorite. This location is unfortunately not the best, some of the employees are fast and have a great attitude but some of them seem lost when you talk to them. The last time we went here the lady stared at my sandwich for a long time after I told her I wanted it "Mikes Way" with a blank expression. She was very quiet and non responsive when I tried to clarify. There have been other times where we have been here and the employees have gone above and beyond with speed and intelligence. It just depends who is working at this place but the subs turn out incredible 99% of the time. read more

The food was good as expected for Jersey Mikes. The employees were acting a little off but did their jobs. Place is a little hard to get in and out of parking lot wise. Not bad. read more

I have been to many Jersey Mikes all over the U.S. and never have I asked for regular yellow mustered and was told that they don't have any and will give me a packet I so I can put it on my sandwich myself. How are you a sandwich shop with no regular YELLOW MUSTARD. I was baffled and honestly in shock, and even more when I asked the guy making my sandwich are they just out of regular mustard or do you always not have it....and he says no we never have it here. I know this sounds pretty ridiculous but for real YOUR A SANDWICH SHOPPPP, go get your mustard and stop playing. LOL I think I may have to contact general management to make sure this store get their much needed MUSTARD! I will say the chic that was working today... was very welcoming, polite and super friendly so that made not having the mustard tolerable! read more

Came in 2/16/24 and was given great service by Lina, Te, and Diamond! They went out of their way to make me feel like an important customer! Will definitely come back. Charity read more

Used the Jersey Mike's app to order my usual Original Italian "Mikes Way" on Rosemary Parmesan bread with banana peppers and cherry pepper relish. Truly the best sandwich you can order when visiting Jersey Mike's, although their cheese steaks are not bad either. Convenient location on N Bragg in Spring Lake. Sandwich was prepared quickly and accurately. Will be returning again soon. read more

Not the best Jersey Mikes around. The staff is rude and the food isn't made well. Go to the one in Cameron they have better employees and it's cleaner. read more

The customer service here is A1! The employees are so down to earth and they keep this establishment neat. I do plan on coming back!

Gotta give a BIG THANKS. To everyone at the Spring Lake Jersey Mike's. I work a 12 hour shift and you know as well as I. By the time you get to eat a all ready bought sub. It's very soggy. So these wonderful people make it so I can build my own the next morning. I usually just get cold subs. The ingredients are very very fresh. On a rough day. There subs just do the trick. Their hot subs are just as good. Cheese steak ect. So I urge you to try them if you haven't. Keep going back if you have. Thank U4 Reading David Barner read more

The sandwich tasted fine, it was the employees that ruined my and my peers experience at this location. A friend and I placed our orders and then accidentally got out of order so we put the wrong toppings on our subs. Once we realized what we had done we apologized and stepped up to pay. The lady working the toppings portion of the line began to berate us to her coworker saying things such as "just learn how to order" and "if i see it isn't the correct damn sandwich then I'm not going to eat that damn sandwich." They continued to talk about how "stupid" we were for about 10 more minutes very loudly, to the point we could hear them across the restaurant. It was honestly ridiculous how much these grown women could speak down on a group of nicely mannered teenagers that made a mistake, especially because they were not busy at the time and they still received a tip. There was also pee splattered all throughout a stall in the men's bathroom according to my male friend. I suppose they're too busy gossiping about children to clean the bathrooms. Never visiting this location again. read more

My son loves going here it's his first choice every time he wants to go out. It's always clean and the personnel are very nice

The inside was clean and not to crowded when I got there. The gentleman working the front desk was quick to ask for my order. I got the "club sub" and I got it "mikes way". I was able to sit outside since they had a outdoor patio section with an overhead cover which was nice because it was sprinkling outside at the time. Once my sandwich was ready. I paid and went home. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed this simple lunch experience. read more

Gluten free subs were amazing! They even changed gloves and used separate continents. We will defiantly be back. Customer service could have been better but many b the lady was haviBg a bad day. read more

I will never come back here as long as the woman who mistreated me is still employed here. I've been working hard all weak, I'm tired I was just picking up some lunch and the way she spoke me me made me want to cry. It was so uncalled for. I told her what my fiancé texted to me that he wanted and she confirmed then I told her the sandwich that I wanted and she told me to "look at the dressings in front of you" and I did and I was confused because she hadn't asked me about the previous sandwich that way and I just replied "I want it mikes way" thinking they were just getting ready to put the toppings on it as the other girl was standing there waiting for her to give her my sandwich. She then raised her voice repeating herself "LOOK AT THE DRESSINGS IN FRONT OF YOU RIGHT THERE THE DRESSINGS" so I slide over in front of them and literally just stared at them until the girl got my sandwich and confirmed that i wanted it mikes way and nothing else on it. I don't understand what I did to deserve that and I won't be coming back here because she was so blatantly rude to me that it brought me to tears because I'm running low on sleep, I'm in my scrub pants and the shirt I was wearing under my scrubs and this is how the part of my day when I'm not at work... went. I'll never come back. I don't know her name but I've never met a rude service worker in my life. I was one last year and there's no reason to be that way. read more

We go here often because we like the food. Today was not a good experience. Its usually pretty crowded being next to Fort Bragg but not today. I indeed a Philly cheese steak sandwich and my hubby ordered his usual Italian. First, the music was so loud the couldnt hear us behind the plexiglass. We had to repeat, repeat, repeat, and repeat and they still didn't get it right! We ask them everytime to not cut our sandwiches in quarters. They still do it. They are very nice except the brown skinned woman, who is often rude and was today as well. Thing is, they need to cut the music down or off so they can hear. Today was ridiculous. read more

First of all, the smell when you walk in...Ahhhhh- just the way a sub shop should smell! Sanitation grade - 100%! Friendly servers. Clean dining area. Great food with all the meat and cheeses cut in front of you! read more

The people working there are nice, but the order experience was so confusing. My order was mixed up with online orders ... Not sure I even got all my food. Way too expensive for that kind of experience and all for a few sandwiches. Not again. read more

Awesome staff and great sandwiches! So much better than subway! IMO best place to eat in Spring Lake!

Unfortunate experience at this J.M. location. I LOVE JM subs but at this location there was a serious lack of meat. Usually the meat to bread ratio is excellent. This time on a giant club there was 3 paper thin slices of ham and not much more turkey. There was plenty of cheese, lettuce and tomato but let's face it, you pay for the meat. Won't be back to this location. read more

The first time I had jersey mikes was here at bragg my buddy took me to the place. The subs are huge to start off I got the turkey melt with baked BBQ chips, a root beer. They cut the meat fresh for you behind the counter and ask you what you want to try immediately, then tell you the specials and deals for the day. I also want to try something new I tell them to give me the best selling or there personal favorite. The staff are legit and honest the place itself is clean and well kept. service is fast and precise I have never had an issue with them at all. read more
