This is McDonald's, so expectations are already appropriately low, and somehow this location still manages to meet them in the most average way possible. It's always busy, no matter the time of day, and because of that it's also always slow. Drive-thru or inside, it doesn't really matter. You'll wait. The food is what you expect from McDonald's, sometimes hot, sometimes not, always familiar. Service is meh. Not rude, not great, just people doing a job and clearly counting down the minutes. Orders are usually correct, which feels like a win these days. The inside is the biggest downside. It smells like urine more often than it should, which really discourages dining in. Because of that, this is very much a grab-your-food-and-leave kind of place. Overall, it's McDonald's. It exists, it feeds you, and that's about it. I'll still come back when I need something quick, but I'm not lingering longer than necessary. read more

It's insane how bad McDonald's has gotten overall but this one is the worst in the area. Food is messed up or cold half the time. No matter what time of day you go or how busy they are you ARE going to wait. It's just an awful experience. read more

Did not give me food I order and also messed up order did not mix McFlurry did not make the new mixed berry sprite right

The worst why did I come back here! I waited 36 minutes for two cheese burgers and quarter meal while the big boss are here!

Worst service possible drive thru takes forever always asking you to pull up and park ! Been claiming for months that they are under staffed I believe it is definitely a management problem that needs to be fixed read more

Every time I visit this McDonald's and order nuggets or fries, they are almost always cold and stale. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day I come, the food is consistently disappointing. I've given this location multiple chances, but I have yet to receive fresh, hot nuggets or fries. I hope management can address this issue and improve the quality and consistency of the food being served. read more

It was a vibe until I went to the bathroom :( There was a spray paint stain on the bowl. Their bathrooms were not on par with the McDonald's franchise expectations. read more

By far the WORST customer service ever. Been to this location multiple times over the 3 years we've been here and they are rude in every aspect. If they got your order wrong good luck because they make it feel like your fault and give so much attitude. Avoid this place. read more

No surprise the overall rating is a 1.8 ! Ordered a McFlurry in the drive thru and ended up having to go inside to get it because the one car that was in front of me was camped out at the window for like 10-15min! Meanwhile my ice cream is sitting on the counter melting! I go inside they look confused when I say can I get that McFlurry that's melting and why don't you move the car up that's waiting???!!! Zero Common Sense! read more

This place is ran by animals it needs to be closed. The ONLY reason it manages to stay in business is its proximity to Fort Liberty. Quality of service is poor on a good day. Their grill operators clearly hate their job. I'm constantly served cold nuggets, unsalted undercooked fries and the entire staff has a horrible attitude. Save yourself and make the trip to the Ray road or Cameron location. read more

I give up with McDonald's. This place has got to be the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I only go there because it's close and grandkids love Happy Meals. I have lived here 8 years and have been here a number of times. I think every time I have been here something is always wrong. Today was the worst. I ordered through app, confirmed order and acknowledged I was there waiting. I put in that I was at curbside. After waiting 20 minutes, no food, there was also another customer waiting. We both went inside, after looking they found his order. They could not find mine and counter person seemed very confused and called manager. The manager was very rude and uncaring. She kept telling me to look at my app, well, there Wi-Fi was not working, like other times I have been there. The manager totally ignored me and said she couldn't help me. So, my credit card stated I made the purchase and she would not look at it. Very, very rude. So, I lost $16. I'm all for paying service people better wages but in my opinion it's hard to justify. And, to top it all off, I tried to use the the website to complain and guess what, the website is all jacked up. I even tried to call the corporate office, no answer. I left message, still waiting for a reply. I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE FROM MCDONALDS SEES THIS AND REPLIES ! I feel ripped off. read more

If you want reasonable service and quality food don't go here. They tend to let people line up behind the drive thru speaker so that they keep their management happy by keeping drive thru times down. Poor way of managing the drivw thru. Food is usually cold or missing items or customizations you included. read more

One star only because it requires I give something.. We went to McDonald's yesterday because my kids wanted nuggets, ok fine! We hit the drive through and are told we have to wait a bit for our order so to "pull through to the 3rd window." As we're waiting I'm noticing about 6 cars leave the drive through behind us and 5 cars get their order taken out in the parking spots, still no food for us and it's been about 15 minutes! My husband waves down the food runner and mentions we're still waiting on our order, gives the guy the receipt and the guy goes in to check on it for us. Comes to the 3rd window with an order that the kitchen claims is ours--it's not! So he runs it to the waiting car. My husband then decides to go in and deal with it as it's now been 30 minutes and the runner gives him his receipt back. When he asked about our food we were told it's been sitting in the window waiting for us, the runner gets upset that he was never told to take it out and it was left there to get cold. My husband asked for the food to be recooked as it's been sitting for 30 minutes and that he wanted a refund. The manager refunded him and said the kitchen wasn't operating like it should and apologized. When we got our food home, my husband's quarter pounder with cheese was a patty on a bun with giant hunks of onions--no cheese, no sauce of any kind, and the fries were rubber. My cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickles had onions on the bottom that were burnt beyond recognition and more resembled mouse poop than onions! I threw it out so no food for me! But as I told my husband, they refunded us so whatever. At least the kid's happy meals were fine! Looked at my bank account and we still have no refund showing from McDonald's and I'm incredibly irritated with their lack of care for food people are supposed to eat. Honestly never had worse experience with a McDonald's in my life. read more

Not sure what's going on with the McFlurries, but every time I go later at night to get one I get just ice cream with the cookie pieces dumped on top. Defeats the purpose of being called a McFlurry. This only happens certain days and definitely at after 8pm. I don't understand how you can mess up a McFlurry. Smh. Guess I'll have to start going to Sonic and opt for their Oreo Blast. read more

The staff at McDonald's are rude, disrespectful and have no sense of urgency. They talk on their phones fool around, talk to each other and no one's paying attention to the individuals who are coming into the store. I watch the food get cold as it sits in the bag opened and flies going in and out of bags, that nobody is paying attention to. Then they want to pack it up or hand it to people. But everything inside of it is cold at this point. And the attitudes are even worse.I'm trying to understand who taught these individuals.Customer service because it's not good. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds in Fayetteville. Came here to grab a quick breakfast. Burritos were definitely older than this morning. Crusty, hard burrito shells, 1/4 of normal portion, and cheese that was consistent with wax. I couldn't stomach eating it. The orange juice was watered down, as well as the caramel iced coffee. We requested cream and sugar for the coffee, and that didn't happen. I got a stale black coffee, and the iced coffee was consistent with pouring non sweet creamer over ice and a splash of sour coffee. This place is BAD. Vet owned but certainly not operated. As a veteran small business owner, I ensure quality and hopefully the owner is unaware of the atrocity that's being done, and can potentially fix the situation. As for now, we won't be coming back. read more

Hello Friends! Today I decided to take my scooter through the drive through as I was in a rush. I was immediately greeted with rudeness and a bunch of "Broke Boy's" through the drive through. I was very upset. I had to go inside and order. I absolutely loved MY Large coke. Thats all I got and thats all I needed. Nastacia is a joke. I can't stand you. You gave me so much attitude for a LARGE CUP. Screw you!!!! So just because of YOUUUUU I am giving this establishment a 2/5 star rating. Play with me if you want to. I got the last laugh. They are always out ingredients. Most days it's a certain type of burger and others it's no fries or that they close at 8. If i could give a zero, I would. This is the 2nd time this week we ordered here thru uber eats and were disappointed. First time we had breakfast our plate came with no forks and drinks had no straws (not sure if this has something to do being in the mainland where you have to ask for what you need). Second and last time we're ordering from here, i ordered a large Frappe again no straw, and the cup wasn't full, its close to say i should've gotten a medium instead. I dont recommend this place, never again will we order here. read more

McDonald's - Large Cold Brew Frapp and not even filled to the top -.- - Burgers Near Me - Spring Lake, North Carolina

Fries are never done all the way, always soggy and never crispy. Burgers are burnt and dry as the desert sands. Somehow the nuggets are always dry on the inside and soggy on the outside. Nothing is ever made correctly, even when there are no customizations to the items. Forget even the faintest hope of the sauces you order being the ones you receive. Spring Lake McD's is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're gonna get. Definitely check them out if you like surprises. Waiting 30+ minutes in the drive-thru every time, no matter what time of day it is, would make sense if the food was fresh, hot and made correctly. I have no idea what the staff is doing in that kitchen since it's nowhere close to the bare minimum amount of effort. This store needs either increased presence of or completely new management. This last trip is definitely the last read more

Worst Macdonalds you can go to anytime of day stale fries and food. It's even worse at night time the service is horrible guaranteed to get your order wrong. It literally took me 20 minutes to get a small cup and fill myself after waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru line before making it to window 2. The drive-thru employee at the 2nd window doesn't have a clue. When I finally made it to window 2, I was handed the kids meal and a large half and half tea. After which, I sat waiting on a small coke for the kids meal. Window Guy knew I was waiting but went about messing with cups and talking to another employee. After several minutes, he was told to have me move forward, which I did but I knew better. An employee heads out a few minutes later to take an entire order to another vehicle. I waited a total of 15 minutes in between window 2 and pulling up and still no drink so I went inside and was ignored. I finally stopped a woman and told her I'd been sitting outside waiting for the small coke for the kids meal. She doesn't say a word to me and walks over to Window Guy, where she starts pulling drinks and tells him "this lady is claiming she was waiting for a small coke." I stood there a couple of minutes and STILL NO COKE! I turned to the woman at the register (who saw me at the drive-thru window before I was asked to move up; she was by the drive-thru window having a discussion with Window Guy about cups) and requested a small cup. She handed it to me with great reluctance. Did they think I was trying to steal a small coke??? The only positive of this stop was the nice lady at window 1. She has very kind and pleasant to speak to. I can't even do the survey because the receipt is so awful the info can't be read. read more

I'm sorry but I suggest nobody ever go to this store. I say sorry because I think the people inside we're actually working, and trying to get orders out, but it was just absolute chaos and I waited for so long on a simple breakfast value meal.
