My godson (6 years old) chose this spot after coming out of Food Lion where we only went in for him…read moreto spend his quarter on a gumball. I'm glad he chose this spot, because not only did they have subs (which he wanted), they also had Bulgogi! It was really good Bulgogi, but the side of kimchi was so good!! My godson got the spicy chicken sub with only chicken & cheese, and he really enjoyed it- he ate almost the entire half, which also came with fries. The man at the counter was so sweet to him, and my godson really enjoyed their interaction. My godson told the man he really liked the sub a lot. My godson said he will return everyday for a sub!

That said, Su's Sub has always been a staple for me since my high school years, so it's nostalgic when I come get takeout from here. The owners have always been great! They are friendly, welcoming, and consistent. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality of their food makes the overall quality great. The place itself is small and quaint, not fancy at all, but that's part of its charm. It's just good food without any flashy gimmicks. I usually go for their bulgogi and rice, or the bulgogi sub for my personal order and it always hits the spot. I'll grab other subs for my family when we want a substantial meal instead of the usual fast food in the area. It's not really fair to compare them to other sub shops or Korean spots I've been to, they've made their own niche with their menu options. Some might find it unusual that most of the menu is made up of classic American subs with just a few Korean options, but I honestly think that's part of their charm. In a town where most takeout is mediocre or dominated by fast food and chain restaurants, I can always count on Su's Sub for a reliable, flavorful meal.

But then I saw someone's cinnamon roll picture on Yelp and the biscuit idea went out of the window lol. This was THEEEEEEE BEST cinnamon roll that I've ever had in my life. I actually hate that I had to leave the next day and couldn't get one. I regret not stopping the days prior either. If I'm ever back in Fayetteville, I will get a dozen!

We did a comparison of The biscuit Kitchen and Biscuitville across the street…read more Biscuit kitchen : taste like buttermilk biscuit : thicker and larger . The grits was watered down. The bacon was a little thicker and taste fresher. But too dry for my taste even with the jelly. Need more toppings since they was that thick. The service was fast and the inside was closed for seating, drive through only. Biscuitville biscuit: The service was fast and we didn't go inside, but the drive through setup was confusing. The biscuits is an average size, but flaky buttery and slightly crispy, The bacon is a normal size for takeout and the cheese was fine. My kids didn't liked the pancake said it was hard and the grits had sugar we didn't ask for sugar grits..But the home fries were amazing: soo crispy. The coffee was good and southern punch was flavored well. So biscuitville vs: Biscut Kitchen, depends on your tastebuds and wants....... if you want heartily buttermilk biscuits or normal sized crisp/buttery biscuits.

She hands the drink out of the window, with her face turned, stretching her hand out of the window, as if she certainly did not want to be there; she did not acknowledge the customer and was talking to her fellow employees the whole time. She is a terrible employee at the window (05/23, at 5:55 pm), simply terrible, please put someone at the window that wants to be there please- we all have "bad days" and customers certainly do not want to partially see someone (she almost spilled my drink thru the drive thru) that does not need to be assigned to the drive thru. I called the store a few minutes later, asked to speak with the manager, a female employee says: "Hold on" and comes back to the phone, and says: "Who is this, please"? The manager never came to the phone. I know it may be difficult to find good employees but please try. I will also follow up with Corporate regarding the bad customer service at this location. I just left a Clayton, NC, Bojangles a couple of days ago, fantastic service- the Ramsey Street location needs more customer service training and needs to remember to treat people how they would want to be treated. If you are looking for decent or even "O.K. customer service, don't go to this location- it's simply terrible
