My occupation at the moment is a delivery driver for Grubhub. That's how I got to know about Fazoli's. The first time I came thru the doors I was drooling . The smell of Italiano was prevalent. I deliver during dinner hours so I eat on the go. They always have a special posted on their outdoor sign board. The first time I ordered from here was the Tortellini duo. Conveniently they have a drive thru. I was so impressed with price for an epic meal. $5.99 for the spaghetti tortellini duo. With photos enclosed you can see the cheesy melting goodness. Hot and delicious. Can't get a better meal for the price. Of course you have got to get the breadsticks to go along with slurping this goodness. Some meals already come with the scrumptious bread sticks. From favorite Italian dishes they have here I.e. lasagne, fettuccine and penne. They have appetizers likes fried mozzarella bites and pepperoni pizza breadsticks. Traditional wings and boneless wings. Their pasta includes many like Chicken carbonara and loaded fettuccine carbonaro. They have subs and salads. Also family meals serves 4. Or maybe just a slice of pizza with breadsticks and a drink. They have a serve yourself fountain drink bar. They have Italian ice drinks and chocolate and white milk. To complete the meal are desserts, NY style cheesecake with strawberries, triple chocolate cake, brownie and chocolate chip cookies. They deliver through 3 rd party like Grubhub. And use their app for ordering also. Check them out they are kid friendly and have a restroom with a large dining area. Makes me want some now. read more

It's unfortunate that I have to give this spot 2 stars... I did in fact do a online delivery to receive this meal but even then I'm not impressed. I had ordered a spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce. What I received was a spaghetti with no meatballs and in fact very little meat sauce. I will give them props for the amount of noodles! But the sauce to noodle ratio made everything taste so plain still. It was unfortunate. My friend had ordered their Alfredo and they also believed that the food itself was just too plain. Something about it lacked any sort of seasoning in the sauce or something else to separate it from other restaurants. I don't recooked this spot if you want really good pasta. And for the price there are much better restaurants that serves way more for what I had paid. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant either. Just below average. read more

Every time I am in the area, I make sure to come here and get me my Italian carbs. Highly recommend you download their app as they normally have free rewards you can redeem. If you are in the military, you also will get discount. I have tried their spaghetti, chicken alfredo, lasagna and love them all. Their combo come with a side and a drink. I mostly ask for a pepperoni pizza side and fountain drink. The main dish comes with yummy breadsticks so for a combo, there's mostly lots of leftover for me for my next meal or snack. I believe you can ask for more breadsticks without extra charge. I has a drive thru as well. The parking lot is pretty huge and the indoor seating is plenty. The food was good, especially for the price. That being said, a few things did end up going wrong or missing with my order. We got the ultimate sampler family dinner and I didn't get spaghetti and meatballs, but rather just regular spaghetti sauce. I was given lemonade instead of the sweet tea that was chosen and the side of roasted chicken I ordered was not given to me. Being the only location in NC it may be a hike, but it's well worth it. I chose the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and was beyond satisfied. My partner opted for the baked spaghetti, another great dish. The service was immaculate, with a short wait (you can't rush greatness). The food came out hot and as ordered. Not to mention the great conversation on the Fazoli's instagram to really top things off. We can't wait to come back to Fazoli's again soon. Spent about $70 bucks here first time wanted to try lots of things. Negative food is nasty drink machine is old looks like it was never ever cleaned took a sip and immediately trashed it. This was a place my family use to eat at in Myrtle Beach until they closed many years ago. We decided to search for one yesterday and realized they had one an hour away so we said why not and took the drive. I will say it was worth the drive as its what I remembered many years ago. They new garlic chicken was great along with the chicken Alfredo. The new cinnamon cheesecake was good too. The lady at the drive through was really friendly. I'm kinda shocked at some of the reviews I've read on here but can only communicate my experience. The only thing I can think of is they need to be more consistent in everything based on the comments. Give it a shot y'all... hopefully they can work out the consistency soon. read more

I wanted to try a new restaraunt...i wont be back... while the place was clean the person who took our order was very confused. I asked for an unsweet tea and had to go up to the counter and ask where it was...he said behind the counter? I then asked him if i could have some. The pasta was undercooked. Customers in there were loud and obnoxious. The only redeeming quality of the whole experience was the breadsticks. We grew up on Fazoli's and were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Fayettville NC . The Fazoli's we visited were always in Florida. Unfortunately. They have pretty much closed down. This restaurant was nice and clean. The food was fresh and really delicious. The breadsticks melt in your mouth. This did not disappoint. Fazoli's is an upscale fast food option for Italian. We had their $5 lunch special. Great deal and everything was fresh. Something to look forward to having when you are visiting Fayettville. Their sauce is really good. Tonight was my first time trying Fazoli's. When I pulled through to the drive through window, I was extremely off put by the fact that NONE of the staff were wearing masks. They all had masks below their chins, and the girl handing me my food only half assed an attempt to put her mask on when she came to the window, leaving it still not covering her nose. Food industry workers of all people should be diligent and responsible with mask wearing considering they are handling (and talking over) the food others are going to consume. I finally got my food home and honestly it was disgusting. I wasn't expecting world-class food, but a little more edible than a lean cuisine would be nice. My favorite "fast food" Italian, that's just what I like to label it as, in Fayetteville! Definitely the spicy sausage ziti dish is my favorite, and it's got a nice kick. This dish is awesome! The service was excellent. There was a small hiccup with my order, but it was my fault for not paying closer attention when being rung up. I caught the error before the meal was served, so only waited a couple extra minutes for it. The ladies were most accomodating in getting the meal I really wanted ready. The blackened chicken and shrimp bake was a very generous portion - I actually had enough left over for a lite lunch the next day. The pasta was cooked exactly to my liking. There was a lot of shrimp and chicken and the amount of smoky gouda cheese sauce was just right. I definelty recomend this dish and will try to get back to order it again before it 'goes away'. read more

I came here after getting bad service at a restaurant down the street from here. The manager that took my order, Breanna was awesome. She made sure my 8 year old and I were happy. All the ones in Florida closed down so when I was here I could not help but go to one. Food was as good as I remembered and it was fun to see they still do the all you can eat breadsticks. Only think that was odd is they was out of lids for the small cups but the one lady said I'll give you a large cup at no Extra charge so you can have a kid which was awsome. She also said they are coming back and hope they will be in Florida soon which is also good news. It's nice to have semi healthy food you can get in a drive thru in a land of McDonald which is the worst fast food you can eat. read more

Fazoli's would be best described as "the poor man's Olive Garden" Go for the Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti, it comes with your Choice of a Salad or a slice of pizza; breadsticks and a drink if you shut your eyes, it's the same thing. Of course you will only pay $7 for this meal so do not expect a waitress and unlimited salad. The breadsticks are just like Olive Garden's and you can get more if you are willing to go back to the counter and ask for some. The one in Clarksville Tennessee has a person that roams the dining area with a basket of breadsticks and offers you some. *take note Fayetteville this would be a nice touch*. They hand you a number and someone does bring your food around to your table. Self serve drinks, plastic ware and napkins. For some reason I have never been able to get my husband to the Olive Garden more than twice in 21 years, but he will go eat here every then and again. SOLD -- I'll take it because at least it resembles actual nutrition. It is usually fairly clean in there although I cannot say spotless.
