    Cobb salad missing main ingredients like the eggs and bacon, lettuce is wilted and half had to be hand picked out of salad.

    This 3rd or 4th time over the past year we didn't get a proper order. We tried to call to alleviate the issue. First guy hung up with me trying to solve the issue, manager tried to hang up with me. Was not given a receipt and paid with a debit card. Called as soon as we go home. Manager tried to belittle and talk over me while I was explaining that I wasn't given a receipt. Was told no receipt not my problem. Even though paid with debit card in the past less than 30 minutes. To me it seems the quality of food and service in the past year has tanked. With this issue and me having to now write the owner and corporate about our issues that could have been solved by I apologize sir if you are able to come back we will ensure you get taken care of. If unable we are happy to be given a chance to make it right on us next time. We appreciate your patronage, etc. nothing even close to this.

    Food is always hot and fresh and tasty. Will definitely return. Staff was friendly and fast.

    The chicken there is very good. The workers there had our food out In no time! Keep up the good work and keep doing your job rightfully

    Employees don't wear their masks properly. Under your lip is not how it is worn. No concern for the safety of others.

    Awesome, food is always fresh, fast, and delicious. Love this place. The servers are friendly, have a great restaurant score.

Once sat he came over and told us what the have and old us about the pizzas. The ambience is fun and a lot for the kids to see and do, including arcades and a chalk wall. Take a look around. It will bring a smile to your face. I like how they all come in the 14" size and you can mix and match. We had half supreme and half buffalo. This pizza was amazing. Hot, flavorful and perfect. Most people will just move on & not try to help - I'm not most people & I do reviews with accurate thoughts & input. I have loved Popeye's for years & was excited when it was announced we were getting one in Blue Ridge! From the first visit I was very dissatisfied & shared here why. With no response I contacted Popeye's Corporate with no response. It's sad to say, but I am tickled pink to report this horrific location of Poopeye's has closed!! Nasty food, horrible service, & cockroach dirty has served out their sentence & they are gone bye-bye! Our community has finally been given the gift of this rip-off food poisoning joint going away - hallelujah! 01/23/2025 Update #2 - Amazing that someone from Poopeye's finally decided to respond with an insulting corporate "sorry" post after 4 years of my sharing what a POS location this is. I used to be a BIG fan of Popeye's beginning when I met founder Al Copeland in New Orleans decades ago & ate regurly at his St, Charles restaurant, & would grab delicious bites at his Popeyes chain for quick eats. Al died in 2018 & would be ashamed of how this location has tainted the legacy he built. Popeye's Blue Ridge, I suggest you do something other than apologize to me, I will never grace your steps again with my money, but to the community your have ripped off, served substandard & likely tainted food to & see if you can make up for your horrific service to this community. Me, I hope you've passed the chance to make it right & are forced to mothball this location so noone else has to suffer from your inferior & likely dangerous undercooked & overcharged for fare. 01/23/2025 Update - Went to Bojangles across the street & there were 2 cars in the Popeye's parking lot while the Bo's lot was almost full with 7 cars in the drive-thru. Guess not much has changed at this Popeye's location if they are being hammered so bad by their next door competitor! Makes me smile :-) 10/02/2024 Review Update - After several horrific experiences with this location, I wrote my original review in March, 2022, then wrote Popeye's Customer Gives A Crap Dept. to let them know they had a horrible location on their hands. I got a generic "oh gee we're sorry" response which I then knew they truly didn't care. Every time I drive by the Blue Ridge location there were seldom more than one customer car, so I got to snicker each time that this lousy location was going to be closing in short order. Today I really wanted one of their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches & figured if that's all I ordered, how could they possibly screw it up? From the time I pulled up to the speaker to order until my sandwich came out the window it was 12 minutes. Then I knew I was in trouble, so I took the sandwich out, unwrapped it & it was cold & horribly greasy. So I stepped out of my car & returned the horrible sandwich on the pick-up window, then went across the street to Bojangles. Read the reviews here & on Yelp - this is a horrible location with horrible service, horrible food & most importantly a horrible franchisee that doesn't care. I can't wait until they close their doors & the franchisee loses a ton of money - maybe then they will learn you can't get away with serving sickening & frankly, dangerous food. 03/22/2022 Original Review - Using the drive-thru at this location on three separate occasions I ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches @ $3.99 ea & 1 Regular Cajun Fry @ $2.79. The order screen each time showed 1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich @ $3.99 & 1 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Dinner (includes one regular side) @ $7.69. Here's facts: 1) What I ordered should have cost $10.77 (not including tax). 2) What they tried to sneak as an up-charge to a dinner raised the cost to $11.68 (not including tax), or a quick $0.91 profit for them plus an even higher sales tax charge to me. If this happened once, I'd mark it up to cashier boo boo. Twice caused me concern. Three times made me wonder if this is how management trains their people to rip off customers. So I wrote to Popeye's Corporate with details of my experiences & they actually responded with "I am so sorry to hear about the pricing issues you've encountered at our 30 Cook St location. We take this kind of feedback to heart and appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention". I shared with Popeye's Corporate that I wanted to get a response as to their actions & the outcome, or I'd be going to Social Media to forewarn & protect other consumers, at least in this area, from rip-off attempts I experienced. It's been a month with no response, so here's your warning Blue Ridge - watch the order screen to make sure it shows what you ordered, not what they 'interpreted'. After a while he came out and delivered a smashed fish sandwich that had so much tartar leaking out of it it was hard to hold. Service was rude and the food was awful
