The manager, Amanda there is extremely rude and disrespectful in this case where the customer is always right or even just to create a happy experience for the customer that expectation was not met. in cases like this where customer service is one of the highest priorities in an establishment this is completely disappointing. When you order online you would expect them to be able to read. My order was wrong and I had to drive back to get it corrected. Not happy. An extra 30 minutes and unable to eat with family. A coupon for next visit would have been appreciated. read more

First let me start out with ... Paper straws suck however I love the ice you use. My wife and I went threw the drive thru and got a chicken sandwich combo and boneless bites. The chicken was great however the French fries tasted old and cold. I would have had a much better experience if you ditched the paper straws. read more

We ordered buffalo chicken fingers with zaxby's sauce on the side. We got no zaxbys sauce and the buffalo sauce is on the side with the seasoning. This is unacceptable and their phone is off the hook so we can't even contact anyone. read more

Zaxby's has great food its a Chicken restaurant. They have 4 or 5 different salads grilled or fried chicken. The wing meals are very good also. Plenty of varieties of wings. We were visiting the area from NY (sadly no Zaxby's) and wanted to give them a try. Decent food, horrible service. Screwed up my wife's order TWICE, and after she went back up to complain, was told not to bother them again.

Terrible service! We asked a drive through window employee for extra sauce. She explained that it would cost 25 cents per sauce. We kindly asked her when they started charging while we were getting our food because we didn't want to waste her time and for some reason she grabber her manager and her manager asked if there was a problem and we said no we just wanted extra sauce and then she made is super confusing and was telling us that she could exchange our sauce and we just said we were good we didn't need any sauce and as we were driving away she said "that's what I fucking thought". We drove back and asked her why she was being so rude and unprofessional and she of course denied her behavior. We called to complain and she was the manager in duty and she again denied her condescending behavior. We will not be eating here again. read more

Coming from California I had no clue what Zaxby's was. I'm so disappointed they don't have them out on the west coast! Customer service here at the Beaufort Zaxby's was always on par. Funny story, I disliked Zaxby's for many years...all after my first visit back in 2007 or so. But I decided to try it again and I'm glad I did. Service is pretty friendly and food is good for the offering. I like their salads with tomatoes, cucumbers and light cheese...the grilled chicken has good flavor and the mixed greens are a big win.
