Service is trash I kept trying to ask for ranch on the side and the woman started yelling at me through the drive thru saying I was asking for five ranches. I repeatedly said I meant on the side not five and she was so mad at me she charged me for five ranches I didn't want. I seriously just wanted one ranch cup on the side. I'm a fan of the salads especially the Cobb. The chicken is warm but not very hot that your salad will wilt by the time you eat it. The drive thru line is always long after 5 pm but it moves fast. During that hour wait time I moved up in line 5 car links, and that was because those people left without ordering as well. Only 2 cars were served in the hour waiting, and there was a line wrapped around the building. Then I left a complaint on the customer website and the manager called me back with the excuse that they were changing shifts.... it doesn't take an hour to change shifts! Went to the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered the nibbler meal and they gave me the chicken finger plate. So i went back inside to get my order replaced they kept the wrong order which i thought was against the policy. When i got home opened the box the nibblers was all messed up i believe they just used the other meal and put bread on it. Very horrible experience. P.S. Need to clean-up! I come here 2 to 3 times a week & always seems to be dirty in the lobby! I came today at 3:30 in the afternoon, they weren't busy, but the lobby was extra dirty. I don't know why the manager can't send a employee out to clean. I had to hunt for a clean table to eat at. Dirty tables, crumbs all over the seats & trash all over the floor! We ordered a huge order for a family get together last night. When we picked up the order we had to wait. They gave the bags to us with the food just tossed in the bags. Almost every thing we ordered was upside down. When we got ho.e we found that a few items were missing and a few more we not correct. We went back to get the missed items and correct the wrong ones and the person at the front did not like that we came back. The replaced the food and again gave us a bag with the food tossed in it.
