When I came to this to the Zaxby's every single time we order it takes over 30 minutes just to get our food and when we got our food the fries were soggy and had no seasoning this happened to us the last 3 times we have been to this location. I am never coming back to this location. read more

waited 25 minutes for curbside order, only to come inside and it's been sitting on the counter for who knows how long, get home to find out order was still wrong. No dry rub on the tenders which was supposed to be garlic parm read more

the food was good but I order extra zaxbys sauce and ended up not even getting any. I can even see my receipt that I was charged for extra sauce read more

Service is trash I kept trying to ask for ranch on the side and the woman started yelling at me through the drive thru saying I was asking for five ranches. I repeatedly said I meant on the side not five and she was so mad at me she charged me for five ranches I didn't want. I seriously just wanted one ranch cup on the side. She stared me down through the window and threw my food and five ranch cups at me. Totally rude service won't visit this location again. read more

Exceptional food, attentive service, and a warm ambiance. Truly an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I'm a fan of the salads especially the Cobb. The chicken is warm but not very hot that your salad will wilt by the time you eat it. The drive thru line is always long after 5 pm but it moves fast. The inside her is open to dine in for now because some restaurants are only doing drive thru but not a problem here. read more

It was the standard here. The food was hot and all but I wish they would fry it a little longer. The staff was a little busy and tempers were starting to show. They did hold it together tho . This was around lunch time tho so I might have just the first batch read more

Was very disappointed in my lunch today. We had not been to any Zaxby's since before the Pandemic and I was so excited to have their fried chicken 3 piece snack meal. Had 3 fingers of chicken, literally looked like fingers and had a texture like rubber, French fries that were soft and very few, and toast that was hardly considered Texas Toast. Needless to say my bubble was burst big time and I will not planning to eat at Zaxby's any time in the near future. read more

The food here is good especially when it's fresh. The services kinda sucks but at least they have a clean establishment.

Beyond disappointed. We ordered 2 plates and not only was our slaw missing in both but the chicken fingers were more like chicken toes. I'm talking more like nugget size. Absolutely ridiculous. And they shouldn't call it Texas toast when it's just sandwich bread. read more

I love this place their food is amazing but I feel they could use a little bit of help the drive through lines can be short and they still take 20-30 minutes read more

Waired in drive thru 30 minutes. My fault for being that crazy!! Food was cold by the time I got it! Slaw was not in separate container so slaw juice is all over the bread! Skipping this Zaxby's in the future! read more

SLOWEST LINE EVER!!!! I finally got to the window after waiting twenty five minutes in line. The person didn't know their mic was on. They were saying they were done working and not taking anymore orders. I sat there for five minutes continuing to ask if I could order. No response and was told rudely to wait. Waited another five minutes, no response. Finally left! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. After nearly an hour waiting in the drive thru, I left. During that hour wait time I moved up in line 5 car links, and that was because those people left without ordering as well. Only 2 cars were served in the hour waiting, and there was a line wrapped around the building. Then I left a complaint on the customer website and the manager called me back with the excuse that they were changing shifts.... it doesn't take an hour to change shifts! Unacceptable, I won't be going back, and I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. read more

I wish I could give Zero stars. Both locations in Aiken SUCK! They use to be good but now their food is stale, the fries are stale, the wings are hard crust balls with no sauce and hardly any in the basket. I HATE I have tried both locations multiple times. I have them the benefit of the doubt and they failed. $7 dollars for what?! They need to either have new management and cooks or close their doors! read more

Went to the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered the nibbler meal and they gave me the chicken finger plate. So i went back inside to get my order replaced they kept the wrong order which i thought was against the policy. When i got home opened the box the nibblers was all messed up i believe they just used the other meal and put bread on it. Very horrible experience. P.S. They gave me a Dr. Pepper when i asked for a Lemonade. read more

Need to clean-up! I come here 2 to 3 times a week & always seems to be dirty in the lobby! I came today at 3:30 in the afternoon, they weren't busy, but the lobby was extra dirty. I don't know why the manager can't send a employee out to clean. I had to hunt for a clean table to eat at. Dirty tables, crumbs all over the seats & trash all over the floor! There are several employees standing at the front counter just standing around talking! Don't know if I will be back, maybe just go through the drive-thru. All comes back to management. read more

Love Zaxby's! This location is always clean, friendly & usually speedy. The Cobb Zalad is delicious with regular ranch dressing. Out of the two Zaxby's locations in Aiken, this one is my favorite. And the drink machine is awesome too!! And don't forget to end your meal with one of there wonderful brownies or a banana pudding milkshake! read more

Ordered online and prepaid. It took them 22 minutes past the pickup time before it was brought out!!! 22 minute wait for an online, prepaid, order! I will never spend another hard earned cent of mine at this place. Unbelievable. read more

I have always been a huge fan of Zaxby's, but I recently went through the drive through and my fur baby Zelda was riding along. I had asked for a cup of water for her. When the cashier saw her, she gave her a free chicken strip. It just really wowed me that they would be that friendly! read more

great food, order was wrong though and it sat on the counter for over 10min waiting on one of the three people in the back, one was playing on their phone and the other two were just chatting. hard to make up excuses for a place that is properly staffed, just not working. read more

Cashier would not let me finish my order. She interrupted me 3 times before I could finish my order. Poor management. The manager was extremely rude to an elderly customer with a call in order. He could have explained the policies to her in a much friendlier manner than what he did. read more

They have the nicest cashiers and managers! Would recommend 10/10 service was fast cashiers kept dining room spectacular even though their was a like , they did great read more

Went to the window and had 2 people ordering. First person said their order and in the middle of me saying my order she cuts me off and yells the total over me talking. All because I asked for something to get left off my salad and I guess it was too complicated of an order for her to comprehend. read more

This location is usually alright.Definitely not my favorite Zaxby's, but it does the job. Not necessarily a fan of the Christian music played over the speakers, but I'll live. I ordered a 6 piece Chicken Finger Plate with Tongue Torch. Service was particularly slow today. They seem to be understaffed for a Sunday afternoon. Not awful, but mediocre. read more

We ordered a huge order for a family get together last night. When we picked up the order we had to wait. They gave the bags to us with the food just tossed in the bags. Almost every thing we ordered was upside down. When we got ho.e we found that a few items were missing and a few more we not correct. We went back to get the missed items and correct the wrong ones and the person at the front did not like that we came back. The replaced the food and again gave us a bag with the food tossed in it. They rushed and again missed 2 items. Our family loves this chain and we will always eat here, but just maybe not this store! read more
