This location is just off the main road and and has been on point every time I go. The place is clean, the team is nicer than most people I know, and the food is always delicious. The best thing I can say about this location is I have never been disappointed. If you nearby in December, they have a holiday lights tunnel for the drive-through. The food quality is consistent with Chick-Fil-A and it's something I've come to appreciate and expect. I'm a drive-thru customer 80% of the time. However, they do keep the dining area and bathrooms very clean. Their customer service is typically spot on as well. Unfortunately, in recent months this location began to station staff members outside in the drive-thru lane, to take orders on what appears to be an iPad. If you are paying with a card, they swipe it after taking your order. If you are paying cash, that transaction still occurs at the window. This goal of this process, at least in theory, seems intended to speed up the drive-thru experience. In my experience thus far, it has done the exact opposite. Their drive-thru was always speedy when they operated it as one normally does. Adding this personal/digital experience seems to create more confusion among the staff and make room for the smallest of errors. Today, two staff were taking orders and two others were outside at the window collecting money and delivering food. All this, and yet my medium coffee was entered as a small, the straw for a Coke was missing and there was no ranch dip for nuggets. When I brought up the coffee, I was told "I'm sorry, it was entered as a small", with no offering to get the medium. I'm truly hoping this drive-thru project is a temporary experiment that will soon be discarded. read more

While this Chick-fil-A is not horrible it could learn a thing or two from the Chick-fil-A in Aiken. The employees here are not as pleasant and I've noticed it takes much longer to receive food here than it does in Aiken. Almost every time I order strips and have to wait a long time. I'm not sure why strips in particular seem to have such a long wait time but I would encourage this location to work on that. I will say they used to be bad at underfilling yogurt parfaits but in the past month or so they have improved on that so good job!! read more

As I rolled up in the parking lot it was filled as we're all the patio seats but I wanted to see the inside and as I pulled in more I found a spot in the lot. It's on now! The line wasn't that long all registers were on and a manager took my order and explained the promotion to me and the total cost ($14.16 with tax). They decided that the dinning room was full as well as the patio they would do curbside service which made sense rather than upset customers. At this point I'm in my truck and posted my sign and opened my box to find only 8 pc instead of 12 pc nuggets The manager outside explained to me that 8 pc was more effective than 12 and you can eat as many you want in an hour. So far I'm on my 4th box of 8pc nuggets. But they are kind of small but you can tell they chicken breast pieces. You also get a large drink of choice and very large order ofwaffle fries. Never have I ever. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this Chick-fil-A. I usually wait a couple times to review a fast food restaurant where my only contact is through the drive through, however, I do not visit Chick-fil-A enough to warrant this usual formula of review. The 4 times i have been to this Chick-fil-A has been so orderly, peaceful, effiecient, friendly ever. Chick-fil-A was big thing is Arizona, and I was usually not a fan, because believe it or not they were rude and disorganized and I always had a problem with the food. This Chick-fil-A is one that I love coming to no matter how rarely. My food (the spicy chicken supreme with cheese - GOTTA LOVE THAT PEPPER JACK!!!) Is always fried to perfection. The veggies included are not wilted or on their last leg and this is the one place that I allow them to leave the tomato on because the tomato is firm and not a red piece of vegetable smush. I appreciate this Chick-fil-A for being a star in the sea of badly done chicken foods! Will always recommend here! read more

When I want Chick-fil-a I normally come here, it's close to my house and they have items on their menu that you can't get at every other restaurant, like a 30 piece chicken nugget. I always liked eating this establishment's food but I would have to order so much food to get full. Now I can order a 30 piece, fry and drink and I'm good!!! The staff is always super duper friendly and the place is always clean. It's always crowded here but the employees handle every situation like magic. I have never had an employee act this way to be ever! He was having a cocky attitude while I was ordering and then I was about to give him my card and let him scan my app and this he had a really bad attitude saying the person around the corner can scan it for you and take your money and walked off. I ordered my delivery at 6 just for it to not have been confirmed or updated for hours. After closing the app several times I finally got a delivery time for 9:45 (minutes before the location is set to close). So around 8:49 I called up to the store to see what was going on. The first person I spoke with tried to lie and say that I placed my order after 8 (when their delivery window closed) so I told her that my order was in fact time stamped at 6 ( when I placed it). Then out of nowhere someone else took the line. Without me saying anything they knew my name and what I had ordered. They claim they've seen it hours ago but didn't reach out to contact me at all?!? I find this to be a huge and annoying inconvenience. I would highly suggest if you have a large catering order, please order from another restaurant location. Our driver was 30 minutes late arriving to the hospital to treat the Respiratory Therapists on the front line battling Covid. By the time we helped the driver unload his van (which I've never had to do, we were about 45 minutes late total). When I spoke to the manager and asked for remedy he said the best he could do was 10 % off my next order which was not sufficient at all. I don't plan on ordering again from this location so how is that helpful and I live 3 hours away. The catering order was not only extremely late, the biscuit wrapper on most of the biscuits were ripped, there were not bags for the biscuits; they were transported through the hospital to the meeting room exposed while torn wrapper on biscuits exposed them to the air (during a pandemic-crazy). Very sad they should be ashamed and the director at the hospital was also very disappointed said she will also be calling to speak with a manager. The sad part is when I explained who the order was for and why, the person did not care much that the Respiratory Therapists missed their breakfast due to their late driver. And these are the ones on the front line saving lives! Will not be spending any more money at this location. Might I add the manager also gave me the run around said he had to compare stories between what I reported and what the driver reported. And according to what he shared with me, the driver was not truthful. Who has time to go back and forth. I'm spending over $2500.00 with Chick Fil A this week for various hospitals across the state and had the worst experience at this location. I just returned home from this chick-fil-a after waiting in the drive thru line at least 20 minutes. Once it came my turn at the window, the 2 little girls there were steady chatting it up about ones relationship, barely taking note of the customer before them. I used to love this CFA so much until the past couple of months. The last 8-10 times I've been there it's been horrible! I have a family of 8 and we eat a lot of food. Multiple large fries less than half full, missing food from rewards, had to go in the store when I didn't have time to to get my curbside pickup 15 minutes past the time my app said the order was ready, not only that while waiting at the counter to find out what was going on, the person standing behind me was helped before me. When I made a mobile order and went in to pick it up several people who ordered after me got their food before me. I've been different times of the day and had order for 2-8 people and something is always wrong. I've given them way to many chances but sadly this location has gone way downhill! Note to anyone who goes to the North Augusta location DO NOT DRIVE OFF WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER. They do not replace missing items that you paid money for. I spend an average $60 a week at this location but never a dime again. A week and a half ago I order 3 combos and when I got home one of my Chicken sandwich's was not in the bag. I usually don't call and complain when they give me cold food or incorrect items, which happened often, but I called that day and they took my name and said they would replace on next trip. I have been there few times since but during breakfast so did not ask for replacement those times. Today I go and get my son a kids meal after school and asked for the replacement and was told they would not replace it cause you have to come back same day. I was not told that when I called and even had been told that I would not been able to drop everything even be late to work to drive back and get my sandwich I paid for. I live 15 min from this location and gas is not free. So please check and hold up everyone before driving off and make sure everything you paid for is in bag and hot, if not your just giving money away go pick it up. Management needs to do better first by triple checking customers items are there in first place and second by not telling you on phone it want be replaced if you can't drop everything that day and come pick up. read more

I'm in the Chik Fil A drive thru probably 4 times a week. The service is outstanding! Whether you order in or go the drive thru route, they make a point to not keep you waiting. As soon as they see the line forming around the building, they send out extra help to take everyone's orders.
