This CFA has an oddly low rating (3-starts at the time of this writing) for the brand. But I had a very pleasant experience here. I was in the area and decided to stop in for breakfast. There was plenty of parking and seating. I found a table, ordered from my app and my food showed up a short time later. The order was correct, my food was great, and I left a happy customer. This isn't the location that I frequent but I'd totally come back if I'm in this part of town again. Again, not sure what all of the fuss is about, but I enjoyed my visit. read more

This is what Chick-fil-A SHOULDNT be like. This is a environment for children and people of all ages. Chickfilla is supposed to be a christian establishment as said and shown, but this is just not okay. And this Chick-fil-A has reportedly found evidence of cocaine and a used dirty heroin needle. A coworker there (my best friend) has found evidence of a bag of cocaine AND got STABBED by a heroin needle. The manager there "Shannon" knew there was someone in the bathroom doing it and didn't do a thing or tell anyone. My friend was closing and got stabbed later that night taking out the trash and got stabbed by the old needle and later that night her manger calls (Shannon) and tell her she need to go to the ER cause it was a used needle. Later we found out she was telling other coworkers (after she had left that work place) she only told my friend it was a needle that stabbed her for "legal reasons" and that it wasn't a big enough deal for her to quit. And later when my friend was filling the report for the incident and when the owner was going over the letter, he forced her to change the report so it didn't look at bad and was told not to tell people. And after she found out she got stabbed the owner refused to file a workman's comp until she said her parents were gonna get lawyers involved THAN he filed it. Roaches found in the kitchen many times. And constant rude encounters even I have had coming there as a costumer. This is not okay at all and I'm so beyond upset. I will be calling the corporation about this. This went way unnoticed and this manger and owner will get noticed for this. read more

This Chick-Fil-A has been closed for renovations for quite some time. I was a regular, but took my time before returning. I tried the drive through experience and was not a fan. The lack of a pass-through does not improve service or speed. Today I elected to order ahead and pick up my meal inside. Unfortunately, that experience was not improved by the new decor, either. I stood at Pick-up for almost 10 minutes an no one ever acknowledged me or my wait. The takeaway from my visits since reopening is that while everyone is polite, no one is moving quickly. read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a?! I mean honestly. This is probably one of my favorite places if I'm starving and don't have a lot of time. The food is always fresh and cheap and the people are nice. Today, I ordered my usual. Spicy chicken combo with extra pickles. I love those waffle fries and their ketchup packets... why doesn't everyone use those ketchup packets?! My husband opted for the spicy delux and the frosted lemonade (lemonade with softserve) yum!!! This particular location has a terrible parking lot/ drive thru. You can only turn right to exit. They manage it as best they can with people directing traffic. read more

Sooooooo slowwwwwwww. Empty.restaurant, lots of staff, yet 15 minute wait for food...

The food here is great. What's not great is their customer service. I'm not sure if it's because all their employees are mostly young, but in our first time dining in, we came across three inconsiderate, rude, or disrespectful employees. Upon entering the restaurant, one of the employees practically barged her way through us not even an "excuse me" or nothing. Second, when on of the employees brought us our food, she accidentally spilled a handful of waffle fries on the floor next to our table. My wife looked at her waiting for an apology, and the girl just looked at her and eventually gave a half asses apology. We were thinking she was gonna come back and clean up the mess she made but she never did. If this were to happen at another chik fil a establishment, they would've brought a whole new waffle fries to make it right. But nope. Lastly, a bunch of the employees at the registers were just openly taking about a party they went to and it just seemed highly inappropriate considering that there were many children around. Never in my life have we gone to a chik fil a restaurant and have received this lack of customer service and disrespect. This staff is very inconsiderate. After working a 12 hour shift at the hospital, I decided to swing by Chick-fil-A and get dinner for me and my granddaughter. I ordered the southwest salad with extra dressing and eight piece nuggets. I get home to find I had no dressing in the bag. This is the second time that I've ordered salad and not had any dressing. Very disappointing that I won't be able to enjoy my salad. I should've learned from the first time to check my bag prior to leaving . It's very disheartening that this is happened twice at the same location. Beautiful new renovation; cold, callous customer service and drive through experience. I've been here 3 times since the reopening and each time was a hassle (I.e., 20-minute wait time, rude interaction, unprofessionally gossiping about difficult customers in earshot of other customers, etc.), but today takes the cake. First, I am somewhat abrasively told that they do not have grilled chicken and to please pull up and read the menu because I'm being confusing (I was attempting to order the grilled chicken muffin sandwich). I do so without complaint, and proceed to make an admittedly large order for a staff celebration (20 biscuits). While I'm driving away, the rep calls in the inside staff to tell them about my order, so that when I get to the window, I'm told that there's going to be a 20 minute wait. Fine, I get it it, but the delivery was as if I was somehow being an inconvenience to them. Given that Chick-Fil-A's easily push thirty car pileups at other locations and don't force waits or fail to make one feel welcome, I'm having trouble understanding what is going on with this location. Way to turn a nice morning gesture for my coworkers into a nasty experience for me! I'm going to leave a five star review since I just want the information perhaps to be relayed so that they improve rather than be penalized. read more

When my name was called got my order and went home. But at home 4 miles away there were only 3 items. The 2 regular sandwich's were missing. The manager seemed indifferent. After waiting on her to get her order corrected, I told the cashier I was waiting outside for coffee. Another lady walked by a said it takes 10 minutes to make a pot and disappeared. Since it had already been 25 minutes, I didn't know if she was getting it or where she went. I've eaten at Chick-Fil-A on several occasions. And many times at this location, but today I decided to dine in and utilize the FREE Wi-Fi. And it was an awesome experience. While they're known for their great customer service, they continue to go above and beyond. I had several people come by to check on me. They brought me a fork for my salad and even checked to see if my drink was low and required a refill. They also rendered the same great customer service to everyone in the dining area. I don't come inside often because I'm usually on the go, but I think I'll start taking the time to dine-in since they make you feel so welcomed. Oh and the food was great as usual. I had a side salad with the Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing and an order of waffle fries. I typically get one of the Chocolate Chunk cookies, but maybe next time. read more

Best service I ever had at a fast food restaurant salad came out fresh to my table server was excellent in getting me other items best ever

This is such a crowded Chick-Fil-A and I love the food but I hate the parking lot here. I have a lot of sympathy for the people stuck in the handicap spots when the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush hit. There have been times when I had to park across the lot, play Frogger with two lanes of traffic and weave in and out of cars stuck in idle at inopportune times of the day. But that spicy chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup is worth it. And the service is over the top ridiculously good. The almost cult-like friendliness was a head scratcher to me the first few times I'd been here. Things like "it's a pleasure serving you" is just not the norm in my world. Apparently they're kinda religious here and really take serving your fellow man to heart. I love how clean and organized it is here. And if your food is dragging, they communicate every step with you and sincerely apologize. Again, it's weird but I appreciate it. I think this was my second or third trip to this location. Nothing to report really, here that's different or noteworthy. I stopped in on a Saturday morning (the drive-thru was PACKED, but there was NO ONE inside, so I took the extra 2 minutes to go in) before going down to the river. There were two people working in front when my friend and I walked in, and neither of them greeted us... Awkward.... So after about 3-4 minutes, two other employees made their way to the front counter and asked to take our orders... Okay, whatever. This is one of my favorite locations in the area. It's not the fastest CFA drive thru, but the staff here are super friendly and happy. Thankfully this is one location that- at least in all the times I've been by- does not have staff outside to take your order and compete the transaction. This is by far my favorite Chick-Fil-A location. The restaurant is well kept, up to date and clean. The staff is consistently welcoming and very kind. The Wifi is what you would expect for free but is functional nonetheless. Most importantly, though, the food is wonderful. I can honestly say that over the years that I've eaten at this Chick-fil-a, I cannot remember a time where my food was not hot, fresh and tasty. Make sure to try their shakes, cookies and ice cream. i visited in this morning at 10:00 during their set up for their "grand re-opening." Knowing that breakfast is served until 10:30, I ordered my chicken biscuit from a very friendly and personable cashier. I then joined the (I would say) 15 other people waiting for orders that had already been placed. We all stood there, staring at each other for 5-7 minutes, my name finally called at the 10 minute mark. A biscuit. As I was planning to eat it in the car, I opened the biscuit to put some Texas Pete on top. I discovered a chicken piece that had literally been cut in half, the other half I assume distributed to some other anxious biscuit-eater. I asked the manager, who was kind in his reply, if the chicken piece was supposed to be so small (1.5 inches in diameter, no joke). He said, "whoops, no," threw the biscuit in the trash, and said that he would get me another. Five minutes later, he returned to me, rubbed my bare upper arm, and said that he had to go "kill the chicken out back," and walked away. Ew! Keep your greasy chicken fingers to yourself! Another 3-5 minutes after that, he came to tell me (I really cannot believe this) that since it was "Now after 10:30, we are no longer serving biscuits. Would you like a sandwich instead?" Are you kidding me? "Not really, but sure. I have to get to work." Now, it was the plumpest, most juicy and hot chicken sandwich of my life, but the whole trip was absurd. A free drink? A waffle fry? My favorite Chick-Fil-A in the Augusta area. Convenient location, consistently superb service by the staff. One of the older workers there would circulate the room and ask customers if they are doing well and need anything. He would then fetch these for them without the customers leaving their table. This is very convenient for parents with young children, which seems to be a pretty big crowd whenever I go there. Also convenient when you eat by yourself and don't want to leave your seat for a drink refill! Food quality is what you'd expect from them, and am I the only person who has extra cravings for CFA on a Sunday? Drive-thru is not very fast, although with their service in store I'd rather come inside and order than wait in a car! read more
