This Chick-fil-A is by far the worst in the CSRA. I don't know why I've becoming to the chick fila since high school (2008) because the service continuously gets worse. I thought it was impossible to get angry while at a chick fila. This place on Washington rd is the worst. I will never return. read more

This location is always great. The staff are fast, fun, and friendly. The food is always hot and cooked to order. Walkin or drive through, the service is fast. This is the odeal location to make a pitstop during road read more

Chick-fil-A - Wow. Super clean and extremely pleasant staff. Even fresh flowers on the tables. - Fast Food Near Me - Augusta, Georgia

Clean facility, friendly staff and fast service. Disappointed they do not offer a military discount.

This place was the BEST chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The customer service was exceptional. The accommodations were clean (they even had a mouthwash dispenser!). We are traveling through but will be stopping here every time we come through Augusta from here on out! Btw- the only downfall to this restaurant was that the playground was outside. We wee hoping for an inside playground for our toddler to run around in since it was too cold outside. read more

It is Chik Fil A everything you expect which means the veggie wrap that is "not on the menu" should stay off the menu. A better attempt at vegetarian options or just leave it alone. read more

This used to be my favorite location and now that I live even closer I go here pretty often. The past 5 times I've gone my order has had something wrong with it. From missing fries to adding things I didn't ask for? Most recently I ordered a salad that doesn't come with bacon on it and for some reason they added bacon. I still ate it because while I don't like bacon, I don't hate it either. I wasn't happy but I'm just thankful I'm not someone who can't eat bacon for religious reasons or what have you. I understand things taking longer than they used to due to short staffing issues, but I used to work F&B for years and I know how easy it is to ring orders in correctly and/or read the ticket to at least make it the way it's ordered on said ticket. It's very frustrating to go and knowing that my order will most likely have an issue, and I have too much social anxiety to take the time to check at the window before driving off which I'm sure many people can relate to. I'll most likely be taking the extra time to drive to another location from now on even though this one is less than 5 minutes from my house. read more

Of course every restaurant has their days where they forget something small but for the most part they are reliable and the food is always great! read more

Their drive thru process not as seamless like other chik fil a restaurants and the staff is not as friendly.

great place, always loved it, the renovation made it even better. it has always been very quick but the longer drive-thru made it even shorter. they have never messed up my order. if you ever go by here I would stop by. read more

This is my favorite chain restaurant. However, over the past several months this particular location has been so SLOW in the mornings. I have submitted this feedback on the app in the past, however, all I got was a voice message from a manager blaming it on the small parking lot (which they have recently renovated to make more space) and new team members. I understand that training new members takes time, but it shouldn't take 6-7 months?? I always see the same people at the drive thru and they are very friendly but very very very slow. I've started timing it and I typically spend 20 minutes in the drive thru there in the mornings.... which isn't ok especially since a) It constantly makes me late for work b) drive thrus are supposed to be convenient, however it defeats the purpose if it takes 20 minutes c) they are supposed to be QUICK. I will be going to the other Chick-fil-A's in the area from now on in the mornings, they ma my be a little out of the way, but it still saves time compared to sitting in this location's drive thru. read more

Chick-Fil-A always puts a good product out. Lettuce always fresh and green, properly ripe tomatoes and good tasting food. This location serves the same good food that you are use to at chick-fil-a. That being said it seems that the menu is making an ever upward march in price with the chicken sandwiches getting smaller so they lose a star for value. This location loses a star because although I am use to a slow drive thru when it comes to chick-fil-a this one is VERY slow and the service I had was not very good. (The drive thru tried to send me off without my drinks and without my requested sauces and I could here the workers inside rough housing instead of making sure to get my order right) read more

I'm not going to review the 2384729 Chickfila's I've been to in my lifetime, but I have to do this one. I went here for lunch 3 times in the last few days (moved to the North and we don't have one up there). Every time has been awesome. The service here is great, past the typical "my pleasure". They have a person that just walks around and asks you how you're doing regularly and even offers to fill your drink. The customers are even nice! The food comes out hot and fresh and I don't have anything bad to say about the place. One of the best Chickfila's I've been to, and I grew up in metro Atlanta. read more

This Chick-Fil-A is by far the best CFA I've ever visited. The service is exceptional and the food is amazing. They have great deals including using your church bulletin on Monday nights from 4-8pm to get a free CFA sandwich when you buy one. Love it! read more

Slowest drive thru ever!!!!We had to leave the drive thru this morning after 15 mins waiting. The only way out is when you finally reach the order board. They need a better system in the mornings. Lunch traffic is much more organized. Fix this!!!! read more

Probably the worst CFA I've ever been to. Slow service, the girl in charge of handing out food spilled food out of just about every bag she tried to hand out on top of that the food was cold. Glad we're only passing through. read more

I keep wanting to tell myself that this Chick-fil-A will somehow be different next time but they always find a way to screw up! forgotten items (straws, napkins, condiments, etc) dropped debit card between car and window, spilled hot coffee on my hand because they didn't get the lid on the cup properly. cold food.... I'm done with this location!!! read more

this chick fil a was very good! Best chicken sammich ever!

There just isn't a better fast food restaurant than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is delicious in any form and I love waffle fries. The restaurant is clean and the chain can't be beat for customer service. read more

Worst experience at chic-fil-a I have ever had. I was denied the sauces we wanted and was made to feel guilty for wanting more than 2 sauces for three separate meals. At my previous trip I was not given one of my chicken sandwiches and now the manager was being rude about giving more than 2 sauces. Will never return. You do not disrespect your customers. read more

My family and I are obsessed with Chick-Fil-a. Every road trip involves a stop there and it's our local go-to during the week after music lesson, or athletic events. This weekend's visit to chick-fil-a in Augusta, Georgia's store #00825 was very disappointing. It wasn't just disappointing because of the excellent service we are used to experiencing during our visits to Chuck-Fil-a but it was down right horrible service in comparison to other fast food restaurants as well. Now, it's not a big deal to make a mistake on an order in a fast-paced environment like that, so once we realized that they had given my daughter the wrong sandwich, we didn't complain. We just told her to go ahead and eat it. But then, I noticed that the chicken strips that I ordered, actually had 1 chicken strip and 3 nuggets. When I went up and asked about it, the guy told the manager about the problem and manager came to the counter and looked at them and said "So, Did you want another pack?" I said ulm yes, unless you're telling me this is typical." She asked if I wanted to keep them and I told her no. She took the pack and said they'd get me another pack and she walked away. No apology, as I know Chick-fil-a employees are trained to do. She didn't offer to bring them to me, again, as is typically offered in this type of situation, so at I waited at the counter up front for 4 minutes and could see that she had no sense of urgency in correcting the problem, so I went to sit down with my family and ate my fries while we waited for the rest of my meal. It never came. Finally, I walked back up to the counter and stood on the side where customers wait for food...well, typically chick-Gil-a brings the food out but again, that was obviously not happening. Finally, the young lady who took our order came over asked what I needed. When I told her, she walked over the manager and told her and the manager looked over at me, rolled her eyes and handed the girl a pack of nuggets off the food belt and said "here, just give them to her". As if I had not already paid for them! I was pissed but went to sit down and ate 2 of them but was so upset, my appetite was ruined and went back up and asked to speak to the manager. She said that she was busy and would be out. She never came. 15 minutes later, as we were ready to get back on the highway, I walked up front again and waited and she never came over. I was sooo disappointed in this visit. It's the first time that I didn't enjoy my chick-fil-a fries...ever!!!! The manager's name is Tiffany and my message to her is simple: if you don't like people, Chick-fil-a is not the right job for you. Please resign and allow someone to get that store in order. She's not a leader and isn't setting a good example of customer service for the rest of the team. read more

Loved the people here and the food was awesome. V. Samuel served me, great customer service. First time ever eating at a Chick Fil A!!!!

This restaurant sets the standard that all fast food should strive to meet. The food is served so fast and hot. I wish there were more here! I like the values that this chain represents. This is the slowest chick-fil-a I've ever been too. I've never had to pull up past the window at a chick fil a and wait on someone to bring my food outside to me. I was asked to do this after waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous read more

Worst Chickfila restaurant. The line could be out the door and only 1 person taking orders. Not to mention about 90% of the time I order food here the order comes out wrong or is missing items. Go out of your way and go to another Chickfila in the area. I promise it'll be worth it. read more

I went in to this location with my wife for lunch on Monday. Our server was Zachary. He was so welcoming and fun to place our order with him. He was also very patient with us deciding back and forth with our orders while also making funny remarks with us. Great guy to order from, really makes this Chick-Fil-A location our best experience. read more

I've never had a problem at this chick-fil-a. My favorite thing is the chicken strips with their Honey Roasted Barbecue sauce and of course their waffle fries(HEAVEN!). Everything is served hot and seems fresh. I always recommend chick-fil-a over any other fast food restaurant. read more

Hating this Chick-Fil-A is an understatement. I used to work at this place and the manager, John, was nothing less than an ass. Which makes me hate going here and continuing to support someone. BUT not one person is going to make me not go to one my absolute favorite fast food restaurants. There are two locations within 5 miles of each other. I left my house this morning with plenty of time to get breakfast and I wanted Chickin minis. I was so excited. I got to the location at 10:11 and sitting there in this horrid line, I notice that the speakers are out. (Which is fine, things happen) Then I notice, they have ONE girl outside and at least 20 cars in line. So I decide to order my food through the mobile order to MAKE SURE I got my breakfast, the only reason I went there and waited. I get to the nice lady @ 10:30 am & the first thing she says is " We are not selling breakfast anymore". I explained to her that I have been waiting in this line and ordered my food online and the app states that all I had to do was get in line so I hope y'all have my food. She gets on her walkie and asks about it. Comes back and all they have is hash browns. Seriously? You've got a line of 20 cars, normally I'm in line for 5 minutes in and out. I ordered my food to hold my spot and you don't have my food? THEN I tell her that Ill just take a #1 sandwich meal with a large fry and a large sweet tea. I get to the window & the girl hands me a BISCUIT MEAL WITH HASHBROWNS. ????? Girl. Are you serious?????????? Not the window girls fault, I explained that to her. But come on people. Then I tell her no I asked for a sandwich meal, she then hands me a sandwich with no fries. She then said sorry and made sure that I knew I didn't know how to use the app by saying " it will make more sense once you know how to use the app". I'm truly over this place & will not put my money into it anymore. The other one that never disappoints me, I will always go to. read more

I do not normally partake in fast food culture. However. Today I decided I wanted some ice cream and after much debate, deigned to stop at the Chickfila closest to my house (I had heard countless raves about their milkshakes)! As I sat in the all too long line I figured it would all be worth it in the end. Even as the black escalade in front of me argued with the girl at the window about a coupon on her phone. When I was allowed my turn at the golden gates, I received my ice cream in a cup with a perfect swirl and a polite smile. When l got home, I began to enjoy what I thought was a full, delicious cup of icedream, as it's so cleverly named on the menu. The first few bites were wonderful. Smooth, sweet and exactly as I remembered the snow cream my late mother used to make tasted like. Then. It happened. I got past the perfect swirl only to find that beneath it lay the whirl pool in which the kraken who obviously "filled" my ice cream cup lives. The middle was hollow; only appealing because of the stormy vanilla boarders that latched on in agony to the sides of that styrofoam cup. Nothing but air. No fluffy, dream like dairy product for me. Only the idea of what could have been. My situation only became worse when a commercial for Dairy Queen happened across my Samsung screen: "royal blizzards now available!" I could have had a chocolaty center instead of the air I was already breathing. Thank you Chickfila for cutting my calories and my heart. read more

Average. The staff there is friendly, but they sometimes mess up your order. The drive-thru wait is kinda long compared to other's. But it's worth it, because the food there is bomb!! Food is great! read more

I've been in the drive thru for 15 minutes and moved maybe 3 car lengths. Never going back to this location.

I love Chick-Fil-A and what they stand for and never once have I had a bad experience at any of their restaurants. However, the day I visited this Chick-Fil-A will also be the last time I visit this location. There were only 2 people in line and the service was terrible. The man in front of me and I waited over 10 minutes for the only cashier available to take our orders (she was overwhelmed for a family of 5 or 6 who were taking forever to figure out what they all wanted). An elderly man asked us if he could go in front of us to get a refill and we told him of course. This man tried to ask several employees for a refill (all of whom ignored him). He waited over five minutes for a refill even though there were four employees all not doing anything that could have helped him. I was so tired of how rude that was that when the manager came out to refill the napkin dispenser, I told him this man was waiting for a refill and that he had been waiting for a longtime and that none of his employees had done anything. He didn't care either, he said, "oh really, okay" and very slowly made his way behind the counter. After I waited over 20 minutes to place my order and get my food, I was finally able to leave. I will definitely still eat at Chick-Fil-A, just not this one! read more

I love CFA , I go fairly often. They really need to update the way they organize the drive through and parking lot. I shouldn't be afraid that someone will back into my car because of so many blind spots. This last time I went I asked for 6 Polynesian sauces for my three chicken nugget orders , instead they gave me a bunch of mayonnaise. Seriously? They basically shoved my food into my hands. I get your in a rush and it's busy but no need to be so rude. I'm used to the same girl in the window when I go, who is very friendly and always hooks me up with sauce. But this time it was I believe a manager there , I didn't even get any napkins, which I mean I have them at home so it's fine but for the women to tell the other girl not to worry about putting them in the baffled me. I thought chick fil a was all about their great service and awesome attitudes and kindness but for a manager to be so rude is Un professional. Obviously I won't that keep me from coming because the food is awesome. But keep in mind how you portray yourself to your customer. read more
