Came in around 9am and had the place to ourselves. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and my children were each given stickers! The facility as a whole was very clean, I have no complaints. Our food came promptly and they had only forgotten one item on our order. The issue was quickly resolved though. All food was hot and fresh. My kids enjoyed playing in the play area after eating. Stopped here for lunch on our way from Charleston to Atlanta. The drive-thru lines were long -- expected for 12:30pm -- but it seemed to move steadily. We dined inside and even though it was busy, there was plenty of seating for our party of 6. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, plus there's a handwashing station just outside them. There's also a small indoor playground for the kids, which was a nice bonus. Inside, only 2 registers for placing orders, but the line moved in an orderly and efficient way. Food came out quick, hot, and exactly as ordered. Staff was friendly and helpful, and even came by tableside to offer drink refills. Overall a great stop -- would definitely come here again! read more

Chick-fil-A located on Robert C Daniel Jr Pkwy Augusta, GA Food: Chick-fil-A has the best breakfast, serving chicken biscuits (spicy or regular) plain or with egg and cheese... my favorite! Service: You will not find a more courteous staff. I love the uniform dress code, everyone looks so professional! Ambiance: I have never seen a dirty Chick-fil-A. We had a very disappointing customer service experience today with Chick-fil-A Augusta Exchange--the first negative experience we've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We placed a mobile order, picked it up, and were told the order was complete. After arriving home, we discovered that an entire entrée was missing. We called the store expecting a simple resolution, such as a credit for the missing item. Instead, we were told that partial refunds or credits were not an option and that the only solution was to drive back to the store to pick up the missing entrée. We explained that we do not live near this location and only stopped there because we happened to be driving by there today. The representative stated that they could make a note in their system for up to two weeks, but we would still need to return to that specific store to receive the replacement item. We were told there were no other options. I'm struggling to understand how this policy reflects good customer service. When a store makes a mistake, requiring the customer to spend additional time and fuel to correct it doesn't seem reasonable. In reality, anyone traveling through Augusta who encounters a similar issue would have little practical way to receive the replacement item they paid for. I've always associated Chick-fil-A with exceptional customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I expected a more customer-focused resolution. read more

BUYER BEWARE: This location is the absolute WORST FAST FOOD SPOT that I have ever gone to. Their drive thru is very unorganized. After receiving your food you still spend a long time in the line because you're blocked in by people ahead of you who haven't received their meals yet. If I could give 0 stars, I would but I have to give at least 1 star. The assistant manager kicked out a group of 80+ year old men who frequented this restaurant every single Monday bc someone, who these men were not talking to, said the men offended them. Apparently, someone was eavesdropping and didn't like what was being talked about, so the assistant manager kicked them out and told them never to come back. Then, when the men tried to find out what was said that was so offensive, the assistant manager would not tell them and the franchisee/owner-operator wouldn't even call them back to let them know what was said so 1) the men could apologize and 2) know what was said so as not to offend anyone else in the future. Everything is terrible about this particular CfA at Robert C. Daniel Pkwy! The CfA on Washington Rd at I-20 knows how to treat people right. As most chick fila customers know, most chick filas always have long lines that can easily wrap around the restaurant. It's no exception for the chick fila here off Robert Daniel Parkway. What deters my friends and I from ordering here as often as we like is just the amount of time we spend waiting in line and for our food. We certainly recommend avoiding during lunch or dinner hours if you don't want a line, but from our experience, the food cooked can't keep up with the demand, which adds to the wait time. The food itself is the same and tastes like any other chick fila I've been to. Always enjoyed the meal, just never enjoyed the kind of wait required to get to it. No issues personally with the staff and the inside always looks just as busy, so I do recommend ordering to go. If you've never had chick fila, I highly recommend trying it out despite the wait, their menu selection is pretty diverse with chicken sandwiches and all tastes really good. Their waffle fries are not greasy and tasteful, so it's another side I recommend. read more

I was in this place a few months ago when I was visiting a friend in Augusta. I am white and my friend is black. My friend was treated so horribly that we both decided to walk out before our food came out. It was very obvious that they had no use for Black customers. They made my friends very simple order wrong twice, and when she asked for it to be made right, the third time three of the employees made nasty comments to her about being stupid, going back to where she came from and one of them asked her if she wanted watermelon with her chicken! I have never seen or heard such racism in any fast food place that I have ever gone to! Shame on these pathetic, racists for treating customers like they don't matter because of the color of their skin! This obviously racist business should be boycotted by everyone, especially people of color. read more

Chick-fil-A - Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway (Augusta, GA) This location is completely unprofessional. I come here almost every week and order the exact same thing -- the Spicy Southwest Salad with no tomatoes, extra cheese, fries, and a spicy filet. Every single time they have to remake my food, and tonight was the last straw. The employees are rude, including the Black girl with the puff ball and the short white female manager. There's no effort to provide decent service or even acknowledge mistakes. I've been patient for months, but this location has the worst attitude and customer service of any Chick-fil-A I've been to.
