We have been in the parking lot for 25 min waiting on our food it is 9:15pm the door is locked in tie restaurant I am sitting with 2 other cars and one of the drivers's honking her horn because she has been sitting longer than us. Don't understand how there is no one in the restaurant and we still don't have our food. My wife had to go up to the window and the food is still not done. My wife stated they looked like they did not know what order she was talking about. You would think with AI taking orders it would free up the workers to make the food. I have been waiting 1 hour and am still waiting for my food. I spoke to a young female who came out to deliver someone else's meal to their car and I asked her about the wait. Her response was its Christmas Eve, we have to work and we are busy. Seriously? She is getting paid to work. I am not getting paid to wait in my car. I thought I'd give it one more shot the first time I ordered those little chicken bites they were delicious, second time they were hockey pucks and this last time barely edible the biscuit was good and of course they left off my potatoes I ordered a side of potatoes. And when I went online to express this they said there was nothing they could do about it they could not refund my money too bad so sad we got you again. The Bo's chicken sandwich is incredibly rad! It's a little spicy/tangy with just the right amount of kick. So savory and tasty. Their mac n' cheese is on par with Popeye's but their mashed potatoes are seriously fantastic and their cole slaw is some of the best slaw you'll find. I usually like Bojangles, but this location is the pits. They rip off their customers. Went through the drive-through and opened up the container of macaroni and cheese. It was less than half full. Same with the dirty rice. The chicken strips were old and dry. And they messed up on the sandwich order and left off requested items. There are several other fast food restaurants at this intersection you can go to. Do yourself a favor and go to them. Avoid this Bojangles if possible. read more

Unbelievably slow I waited 15 minutes and they hadn't even started making it and when it did finally come out they had it on a plate even though i said to go, and they did that several times in the 20 total minutes i was there. the staff were unhelpful and had attitudes. We order 3 meals. First a 3 piece dark with dirty rice and fries, next a 3 chick strip meal with no salt on fries and last a 3 chick strip meal. There was only one car in the drive through. We got no drink for the 3 piece dark and the rice container was only half full. My chick strip meal was loaded with salt, all the food like it was dumped on. The drink was 2/3 full. The other chicken strip meal was also over salted. We paid over $25 and had to throw most of it away. Not to mention the lady at the window asked for the money and never spoke again. This morning, I visited Bojangles with the hopes of getting some hot biscuits and continuing on with my wonderful Sunday. Instead, I ended up getting a headache from the "hot mess" that was at this location. I ordered my food in the drive-thru, pulled around with money in hand, paid and was provided with a receipt at 8:00am. At 8:18am, I'm still sitting there. Although the employees, at the window, could see the confused look on my face, not one time did they stop laughing & dancing & acting like they were at a playground. Not one time did it dawn on them that they should say, "We're waiting on biscuits. It'll just be 15 more minutes before they're done..." Instead, they laughed, yelled at each other, singing and dancing...all while I'm sitting & patiently waiting. Finally, the employee hands me my order and attempts to allow the doors to close, before I could ask about the wait. I stopped her and asked her to explain. She said, "Da guy dat do da biscuits left." I asked for a Manager. Here comes the little guy, supposedly a Manager, with absolutely no answers. All he could say was, "Would you like another biscuit?" I said that wasn't good enough. Then he says, "Let me go get the Manager." Hmmmm...I thought you were the Manager, Little Engine. With him not having answers, I had to park the car. I walk in and ask to speak to the real Manager. Here comes Ms. Hot Mess. Yes, I reference the term "mess" because everything was a mess including her tone, attitude, vernacular, explanation, attire...everything. She basically explained, "I'm one person. I can't be all ova da place, tellin y'all it's a wait on da biscuits and tryin to cook da biscuits at da same time". So in other words, you have 12 people on shift and you're mad at the customer because you have to multi-task because the sorry people you hired don't have the common decency or customer service etiquette to communicate with the customers about an 18-minute wait on biscuits. I'm blown away this place has two stars. Breaks my heart how rude some of the comments are. Maybe I'm lucky every single time I pass through but I've gotten five star service Every. Single. Time. I come around 6:30 am and maybe that's when all the responsible people are working because I'm amazed watching the system play from the register lady always with a smile and a "Good morning"and genuinely happy to take my orders to the wonderful older woman making biscuit sandwiches (visible from dt window) every morning-well, one morning a young gentleman was in her spot and did just as fine but I like when I see her making my biscuits & gravy. There's a consistency about ordering breakfast here at this location. It's perfection! I love coming and its on my way so I come three or times a week. I'm telling you the biscuits are amazing and the mouthwatering gravy is addicting. I just wonder what is happening for these comments. Maybe it's other locations and they r putting their comments here? Idk but the morning crew is the best you can find and hope it stays that way! They brighten up my morning! PS their grape jam is real jam!!! Not jelly! Yum! And there is never a line at 6:30am!!!! You will see the same customers inside eating before they start their day! My 94 year old mother and I came here last week for breakfast, and were flabbergasted of the changes since last week. We ate here three or four times a week breakfast lunch and supper. The biscuits were not cooked (they were white and stuck to your teeth like glue, and the sweet tea was the worst we've tasted in years. On top of that they stopped giving military discounts, senior discounts, etc., so I can understand why they don't have comment cards available. After that day, we haven't returned. I was told by an employee that it was taken over by corporate. If it was, the people that made that decision need to be fired. read more

Some of the best spicy fried chicken and biscuits for a fast food chain. I usually order the 3 wing dinner with season fries or the 4 piece chicken supremes. They have a great honey mustard dipping sauce. Breakfast is really good too. Their breakfast sausage has a little kick. If your trying to lose weight, this is not a great place to eat. My extended family loves bojangles and this particular one is closer to their church so today after church we met here for lunch. We have had issues here before so i guess we should've known better. Before I go any further, I need to say the food was good. Taste was not the problem. The service however was not good. We have a big family so I ordered the 20 pc meal. The lady taking my order looked shocked and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. I told her that was fine. We didn't mind waiting. I only asked that we go ahead and get our cups for drinks. We didn't get cups until much later in process after asking several times. A few things was missing from our meal that we had to go back and specifically ask for. The entire time you could hear the staff talking about what "they wasn't gonna do, cause it wasn't their job" and we also over heard a few of them discussing how they were tired of it and they were ready to leave. The only reason I didn't give this place only one star was that our biscuits were hot and yummy. The service is terrible. My 3 year old and I came through the drive thru for breakfast. We were told to pull over to the side because our food wasn't ready. We waited and waited and waited. No one came with our food. Ten minutes passed. We sat there and watched as everyone got their food and rolled through the drive thru. Tried calling and no one answered. Keep in my mind all we were waiting for was a cheddar bo biscuit and a plain biscuit. Finally, I unbuckled my child out of her car seat and went inside.
