Employees were very helpful. They helped me navigate the poor app layout. No one was in the restraunt. Very quiet. Order was ready in about 5 minutes. The wings were hot when I received them. They were very skimpy on seasoning. They were lemon pepper but had almost no flavor. They might as well have been plain. This was a buy 10 get 10 offer. read more

When we was going to the window, the lady at the door was talking to her friends. Then she said our order like she had food in her mouth. Then when I said what I thought she said, but then she think she got an attitude saying, THAT'S WHAT I SAID!!!! Then she acts like she is my mama saying, pull over to #2 when I'm older to be her mother anyway. read more

Well... This was another disappointment! Their menu board doesn't match the price on my receipt. Almost a $4 difference. I got the big Zax snack meal but nothing was big about it! 3 rinky dink chicken tenders and burnt toast. Mediocre at best, def not worth $12! The menu board intercom was trash as well, couldn't understand anything she said, very muffled. The fries were seasoned well but that was the only enjoyable thing on the plate. No bueno. read more

When I visit Aiken, my nephews ALWAYS want Zaxby's. This the closest location to their house. Each time I've visited in the past, they've been spot on with the service/wait time/meal prep. This time was NO different, but my nephew ordered something he's never had before. While we both thought it was a regular chicken sandwich, he would not even touch it. It has some sort of sauce on it and seemed to have the entire jar of sauce on it (ok, maybe not that much..... but it was excessive!) My other nephew ordered the same thing he ALWAYS gets -- 5- finger plate, no slaw, double fries. He ate it all and within 15 minutes "gave it all back." Just not a good visit this time for them. We ordered it via drive thru so I can't speak to anything about the inside restaurant. The drive thru staff was great! read more

9 years since I've been here. Took 20 minutes to serve 3 cars in front of us and we had a mobile order. Paid for a Zax sauce and they didn't give it to us. Server wanted to argue with us that we couldn't have it that we had ranch even though the receipt had it on there ! Eventually I gave back the ranch and got a Zax sauce still think one meal included ranch but hey ho. Probably another 9 years till I go back. Chik fila is now up the road, Zaxbys you have to up your game. read more

i just got my traditional wings and things undercooked fries only one sauce the ranch ! and the ranch was watery and nasty tasting and the oil must be old since everything had a bitter after taste so i toss it. A total waste of money they will never have my business again. read more

This particular zaxbys can never get your order right just get rid of the hold employees

I love Zaxbys and this is my least favorite location. All other Zaxbys that I've been to have had their sweet tea and unsweet tea out front so that you can refill or mix as you see fit. This location has it all in the back so either there are zero refills or I have to ask them to my 1/2 sweet tea for me (which I like a certain way.) Added with the less than friendly staff = not my favorite location. read more

We stopped here for lunch late on a Saturday earlier this month. Being seniors, we shared a Grilled Cobb Zalad and a limeade made with real limes, which cost an additional dollar. The salad was very enjoyable with a variety of fresh vegetables. Service was pleasant, prompt, and accurate. read more

Placed a mobile order in the app. Was a bit aggravated that I was asked to move to a parking spot upon arrival, and didn't receive my food until about 12 minutes after the app's projected pick up time. I will never understand why mobile orders take longer than retailer drive-through orders, when the whole purpose is to save everyone time ! A pattern at several restaurants. The reason the review is getting 4 stars is solely based on the taste of the grilled chicken sandwich I purchased. It was better than both Chick-fil-A and Sno Cap ... exponentially better. The chicken was very tender, juicy and flavorful. Really a very pleasant surprise ! read more

I ordered food from this restaurant over two hours ago and it has not been delivered. I called the restaurant and they tell me somebody probably picked it up and didn't deliver it to me. They will do nothing about it to correct the situation. Total failure never order from this company Never order if GrubHub is gonna deliver it. read more

Lets just say I am not too big of a fan of fast food and, Zaxby was no exception. We called ahead on our order, which the website recommended. We called ahead to place our order. After looking through their confusing menu, we decided to pull the trigger and order. Upon placing the order, we were informed our order would not start until we got there. So much for avoiding the lines. The lines were longer than expected for a Sunday 5 pm pickup. I ordered the chicken tender plate, and my friend ordered the chicken sandwich with everything, as in lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles was a visual disappointment. The chicken sandwich had a single lettuce piece, onion, and two pickles. The chicken sandwich visual expectation is something you see on a dollar or value meal. The chicken tender place consists of chicken tender, small bits of fries, toast, and coleslaw. The small number of fries were lightly salted and perfectly seasoned. The chicken tenders reminded me of small chicken rib meats covered with a ton of breading. The side of coleslaw was a delight to break away from the heavily fried element of the plate. For fast food choices, Zaxby was a disappointment. The manager was yelling instructions to her staff, which I assumed was not ready for the dinner crowd. read more

When I place an order I expect to receive what I asked for, or At least be informed that the item is not available and offered an alternative. I ordered a cobb salad and received something that is not even offered on the menu. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I Got home and realized I was charged for a Cobb salad and was given poor alternative. So I want to Warn Everyone to Look at what your given before you drive away from the window !!!!!!!!!! read more

I don't understand the low review here. I was greeted with a smile. The food was great. I didn't wait long and there was a lot of people. Our server, Brandy, was incredible. The person before us didn't speak English and she went out of her way, smiling the whole time, to help her. Our orders were perfect. This was the best, hands down, chain service I've received since I've lived in the south (20 years). Plus having gospel music playing and not inappropriate music, was a bonus. I may drive out of my way to come to this one when craving Zax. read more

Not sure how this is only two stars, the food was fantastic, the customer service was great and everything was very clean. Fantastic location read more

Never had an issue with them tonight. I order curbside pick up for the first time from this Zaxbys. I call in and they can't find my order to start, then they ask me if I wanted to walk inside. Um no, I ordered curbside on purpose. Wait 5 mins and they bring it out, not bad. Until girl legit shoves my drink into my chest into my car. Food overall is okay, fries are soggy and props for more teriyaki than normal. Atmosphere seemed fine, until she shoved my drink in my chest. I'll be sticking to my normal Aiken Zaxbys from now on. read more

Depending on which Zaxby's you go to, the line can be out into the main highway or it can be a couple of cars. At this time of day and at this location, the drive-thru line wasn't that bad. I ordered ahead anyway, so I walked in. I timed it perfectly, because they were about to place my order in the Pre-order Rack. Grabbed my food and went. It wasn't actually for me but for my son, a Zax Kids Tender meal! read more

This is the worst zaxby's i've been to. They took forever on my food. The cashier lady had an attitude with other ladies and me when i came up bc 3 different people that ordered after me had gotten their food before me. When i asked them about it they just had "missed my order" or some excuse. When i got my food after they remade it it was the loaded fries and probably the worst one i've ever had from zaxby's. I could tell it was sloppily done there was not much ranch or as much food as there usually is. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Just left there and they didn't get one part of my order right they would've even gotten my drink wrong if I hadn't corrected the size when they handed it to me. It's not that hard to double check a meal is right before you hand it out! It's fast food not rocket science! DO BETTER!! read more

I eat at this restaurant all the time and rarely ever had a bad experience. Usually very fast and the staff are pretty nice. One time my car broke down through the Drive through and one of the managers was so sweet taking the time to genuinely help me try to figure out why it was smoking and Bringing out a gallon of water to help fix it. Honestly I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. read more

Worst zaxbys dining experience ever. The line had at least 7 people in it and only 1 cashier working the front. The order took forever to get. One lady had to go back 3 times to get her order right. The store was a mess also. read more

Waiting 45 minutes for 4 tender plate and an order of wings and things is beyond unacceptable. This is the slowest zaxbys ever. Not even the first time this has happened. dont come up here and waste your time. Every other fast food place around here is 43 minutes faster than this place. read more

The salad dressing packageing is greasy. For the past month it has gotten more greasy. Both thousand island and ceaser dressing. I called last week and talked to a male manager (general manager?) who told me he would fix the problem. Today I ordered and PAID FOR thousand island dressing but I received ceaser. Guess what... it was greasy. I called and the female night manager said she would address this with the general manager. I of course asked her to go NOW and address this with her employees. By the way I had ordered unsweet tea but at home I found sweet tea. So to sum it up... what wasn't wrong had a greasy packaging. When eating wings which is finger food you don't want nasty, dirty fingers from dressing packageing. I will say this location has actually improved this past year. read more

Food is as expected, hot and zaucy! Beautiful, bright and large interior, which would be good for groups or families.

The worst place to go to, might as well go down the street to the one on Knox Ave if you want your order right, this place doesn't know how to comprehend the simplest order went through twice and the girl still didn't get it right the second time. Too busy laughing and not doing her job. read more

This store has incorrect hours posted and refused to take my order even though I was in line before the "new closing time".

This seems to be a very new place. Clean and bright. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and the clerk helped us to figure it out so that it was cheaper. Food came out quickly and even the fries were hot. read more

This was only the second time we ever ate at a Zaxbys. The to-go order took 15 minutes and an additional 15 minutes for them to bag it. They never asked us if we wanted sauce when we placed the order, so when we asked for sauce, they told us it was an additional charge. So we had to pay extra for it. 4 hours down the road my stomach started severely cramping. My two other passengers got very sick within 12 hours. We were told it was food poisoning. The only place we stopped for a meal and ate the same thing I was at this store. We will not go back to another Zaxbys. read more

This Zaxby's is really bad. The area near the tea and soft drinks is filthy and messy. The tables had not been wiped down in a while. They said they didn't have any salads but then 2 people passed with salads. I went up and asked and all of a sudden they had salads so the gentleman did swap our sandwich for a salad at no charge, which was nice thing he did. They need help here and some other improvements. read more

ZAXBYS's is always a tasty choice, with some healthier options on the menu. My main issue is the cleanliness. Before even entering the restaurant, customers are greater by black, slimy concrete. Most of the tables need wiped down. Most of the drink options on true Freestyle machine are empty. Not a very well ran place. Pales in comparison to Chick-fil-A. read more
