I am very disappointed with ZARA's customer service and how my issue was handled. I placed an order online and, unfortunately, I did not have access to the online tracking because my account was not showing the purchase for reasons unknown. I was later told that the order had been shipped and delivered, but I never received it. I strongly believe the package was stolen. A few days later, I contacted ZARA to explain the situation. Their only response was that delivery was confirmed with the shipping company and there was nothing else they could do. In today's world, porch theft is very common, and many companies work with their customers to replace stolen merchandise. Unfortunately, ZARA does not. The store is spacious and the clothes are nice. You won't see all the items that see online. But you will get to see some up close and try on if you like. The staff is constantly cleaning up and putting the clothes back. since it tends to get a lot of foot traffic at this location. I just wanted to look around and see if I saw an items on saw online in the store. I did find a pants I was looking at that online and it was too long for me. So I'm glad I saw it up close. As I mentioned the location is spacious but limited to what you may find online. But I recommend checking them out if you're in the area. read more

It's a two-story store, with the men's section upstairs, which made it easy for our family to divide and conquer while shopping. We found sexy tops for my young adult daughter, sharp shirts, shorts, and pants for my son, and some nice shirts for my husband. I had fun hopping between dressing rooms to give my opinion--shopping as a family can actually be fun here! We went right when they opened at 10:00 a.m., and the dressing rooms were clean and ready, which was a huge plus. The staff was helpful and attentive, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. I truly love Zara. But this location honestly drives me crazy. This evening I went to Zara and bought over $700 worth of clothes. Upon leaving the sensor went off and I had to spend an extra 15 minutes dealing with the manager that was trying to figure out why one of the shirts I bought kept dinging when I was trying to leave. I truly buy so much here and I think it's unacceptable that every time I come here there's an issue. The poor customer service makes it that much worse. read more

Most of the staff is very lovely. There're a few bad apples who are rude and have a big attitude, but, in general, they're all very friendly. This is a pretty big location with the women's floor on the bottom and the men's on the top. When I was there they had a few items even on clearance priced which I haven't seen at other Zara stores. I see so many bad reviews but I actually had a pleasant experience. The layout was a bit strange due to how they had different types of clothes positioned but otherwise it wasn't terrible. Currently they have the women's sale clothes mainly by the registers. Since there were several people selecting through them, it was a bit messy on the racks....but it is the sale clothes. There were several pieces on sale that were damaged. Zara will not give any additional discount for damaged items....so sometimes it's not worth it if you can't wash the item to fix it. The upstairs area is for men clothing. They had a pretty good selection. Just like the women the men's sale was close to the registers as well. Fitting rooms are currently closed and they stated because of covid. So they do allow you to return items back within 30days. My cash register experience was pleasant as well. The lady that assisted me was very sweet and was helpful in figuring out what to do since the fitting rooms were closed. All in all I had a decent experience. read more

I never leave negative reviews but my experience at Zara today was so bad I had to share. I went to make some returns and the upstairs manager from the mens section was very rude. He told me I couldn't return this top in these conditions... mind you I bought it that way?? It was the attitude and how dismissive he was for me. I went downstairs and returned it just fine. On one side I'm liking some of the fashions but on the other side I'm thinking the only way I would ever buy this is If it was on sale and even then it's not the cheapest for what you get. The store is liken to H&M and Forever 21, however, I feel like the price points are much higher. 60 bucks for sweat pants? Really? Couture sweats apparently. I did like a lot of the stuff they sold- except their men's shoes. They looked very cheap and flimsy. You automatically knew there was no quality in them. The biggest thing is if I'm spending this money on clothes, I want them to last. These feel just like H&M so to me that means after one wash they'll never be the same or even be wearable, much like how H&M is. But when a t shirt cost $40, I want it to last. I love Zara. And today I bought a bunch of stuff which I love. Prices are a little high but I really like the style. However this location has THE worst service. Among several reasons, the staff was unhelpful and almost treated us like we were an annoyance. There was no smile when talking or kindness in any sense. It was so uncomfortable. When cashing out I noticed something on one of the shirts that I was trying to pick off and while inspecting and trying to get it the cashier not only didn't acknowledge it, she ripped it from my hands, scanned it, and threw it in the bag. I mean..are you kidding me? She didn't say a single word to me other than to tell me the total. Plus when I was trying something on I came out to show my boyfriend and mentioned it was the wrong size and the staff was standing right there listening but not a single one offered to help. I tried to explain where the shirt was so he could get me a different one and still nothing. I don't like to inconvenience people so I didn't ask but any place with good, actually like just decent, service would offer to go and check in with the customers while they try items on. Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of the action on Lincoln Road. I'm only giving this particular Zara location 3 stars because it gets SO CROWDED. There can be long lines for checkout and fitting rooms, so shopping here can at times be unpleasant. Also the staff could work on being more attentive/courteous/friendly towards shoppers. They force you to download the Zara app, register, and book a fitting room (after already waiting in the fitting room line for the last several minutes) and if you refuse, they'll let everyone who does that ahead of you before letting you try anything on. I bought my wife a Blue dress at Zara on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach last Monday 03/28, yesterday the 29th was her birthday, she quickly put on the dress, it fit her well, the tag bothered her, and herself instruction said to remove, so she did, we left the house, when we arrived at the party she noticed that a part of the dress is unraveling, as I returned to Zara today on the 03/30th to return the dress, the first employees were receptive and attentive, they know that I am a customer of the store and I was also there buying more things, this time for me. then appeared at the cashier when I went to pay for my products to return the dress the manager Carlos who was the manager in charge at the time of 7pm, a rude person, was super rude to me and my wife, even the cashier was upset, told us he would not accept the return, I tried to explain the situation to him, he saw that the product was damaged due to the low quality of the material, which unfortunately I have to say does not match what Zara usually sells, but I didn't want to go into that point, I just wanted to return the product , he didn't want to help me, I will certainly never go back to this store in Miami Beach, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
