The shrimp were MASSIVE and they also had raw oysters served with them. They offered multiple sauces on the side for them. They also had dishes with cured meats, cubed cheese, and grape on the table. The dinner was served buffet style. All of the food was hot in the serving dishes. I was able to sample each of the offerings: Mediterranean crunch salad, sweet and spicy calamari, roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes, vodka rigatoni, Alfredo rigatoni, grilled chicken, salmon, and filet mignon. I am not personally a big fan of pasta or red sauce, but the spicy vodka rigatoni was AMAZING. the Alfredo rigatoni and roasted potatoes were also great. During dessert they brought out trays of mini desserts to each table. At this time the server who had taken my drink order hours early came to my table and brought me a giant portion of mango sorbet. He told me that he didn't know if I could eat any of the desserts, so he verified that the mango sorbet did not have any coconut in it and brought some for me. It was so nice!!!
