Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt that our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew.  We cannot emphasis enough how accommodating John Dunrite is, paying attention to all details, constantly stopping in to check the work, taking pride in the job, and even meeting with us at a tile store to pick out materials. The company's crew followed John's lead with top-notch work. Vijay, manager of the work; George, who tied it all together; and all of the workers, went above and beyond to help us through the renovation process. Even Jeanine from the central office showed constant concern and readily followed-up with our questions. No request was a problem. Our apartment and building were respected in terms of: cleanliness, noise control, waste removal, adherence to the time that the work was done, and quickness in which the job was completed. The cost charged was beyond reasonable. We look forward to having the Dunrite Design Group return to our home for further renovations and highly recommend this company without reservation. We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier.
