Brenda gave me AMAZING customer service. She went above and beyond in helping me with servicing of my ring. I literally spent no money there today and she was just helping me to give good customer service!!! My ring needed to be sent in and there was lots of confusion with paperwork due to the Windward Mall location closing down. I'd purchased my original ring from them with the protection plan. Then years later my husband got an upgrade of my ring. The protection plan was not inputted correctly. But Brenda helped me track down my plan and gave my the plan number for future reference. She could've easily told me no sorry I don't see a plan. She could've easily said I'm sorry there's nothing I can do. But she didn't she looked and printed a whole bunch of past transactions and really worked so that I wouldn't have to pay to get my ring repaired. I don't even know how this place has low reviews, these people are the sweetest! During these past few months me and my fiancée have been in there a few times to resize and engrave our rings and pick them up and the ladies working there were quick and so helpful and even remembered who we were after coming in just once or twice for a couple of minutes. Brenda (I believe that was her name) was extremely accommodating and provided wonderful customer service to my boyfriend and I while we were shopping for a ring. She let us try on every ring I was interested in and was very helpful in answering all of our questions and giving us the time we needed. They even opened the doors 15 minutes early which was great, as we stopped by on our way to the airport. The ring I got is absolutely beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. Even the sale and clearance rings come with the diamond guarantee and other perks and many only have small visible imperfections. The one on my ring doesn't make a huge difference..I can't stop staring at how gorgeous it is! Love that this outlet exists and would definitely recommend stopping by. I needed a battery for my dress Watch but didn't want to drive all the way to Macy's at Ala Moana Center so I yelped jewelry shops near me and Zales was the closest to my house. It's located in the Waikele Premium Outlets and even though it has plenty of parking the place is packed with shoppers! Mostly tourist. The ladies at Zales were very friendly and were eager to help me. They not only changed my battery but helped fit my watch to my wrist by removing some links. While I waited I got some food and hung out a bit. I haven't been to the outlets in a while and was surprised how nice it is now. It has the feel of a big hotel foyer, or a Waikiki strip Mall. They have a lot of food shops and even a spot in the parking lot for food trucks. Over all I was very happy with the staff, their work and their price. Even though my links were a little tricky, I paid the price they quoted. I would go back in a heartbeat! read more

After ten years together, we finally got engaged and needed to find the perfect ring. With the other reviews for this location and its main customers being tourists, we weren't sure what to expect. Fortunately, we were welcomed and felt comfortable shopping right away. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient through the entire experience. When my partner described the type of ring she wanted, they let her try on every style. When none was exactly what she wanted, they worked with her to customize her ring. When she received the ring and it was a bit different from what we wanted, they scheduled an appointment for us to meet with their jeweler and we were able to make exact changes. With the payments, they took our information and we were approved within minutes. They also added coupons and discounts to our purchase. They let us look over each charge and made sure we approved it before anything was processed. It was all extremely thorough and a really positive experience. Clean and cool with pleasant music. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. The prices here are competitive. Diamond ring selection is smaller than many places I've been to but they do have a nice amount of regular jewelry ie. Earrings, necklaces, watches etc. Like I said before the staff was very nice and extremely helpful/patient once we were helped. My daughter and I love going to this Zales outlet and while there are other jewelers we also go to, this location sells really nice "everyday" jewelry. Very tasteful, not obnoxious, and nice designs! Kori is so helpful! No pressure kind of salesperson, but able to always direct us to what we're looking for (ankle bracelet, diamond band, etc). She's wonderful!!!! TIP! Get your jewelry cleaned here! $40 (not the $80 reg Zales charges) and it goes to the same cleaner... That's a no brainer! You will get it back on either a Tuesday or Thursday and it usually takes a week! On our way to the Coach store, we thought it'd be fun to peruse the Zales counters. We probably spent 45 mins inside, trying on engagement rings/wedding sets & other jewelery just for fun. The sales staff were extremely service oriented. They cleaned Mrs. O's wedding set for free & gave her a complimentary jewelery cleaning kit. Personally, I don't think they belong at the Outlet Center. I didn't see a difference in price or selection from the other Zales I've been to on the mainland. They DID have a nice set of diamond earrings and I wear one in my LEFT ear. I bought a diamond earring set. After a few days, I wasn't happy with it, to I returned them and without a question, they accepted it back and refunded my Black Card with perfect ease. I'm back in the market for another earring, so I'll definitely return here. A great place for wedding rings, jewelry, earrings, and more. Next time you're looking for a gift for your loved one, come to the Outlet Center and check-out Zales. It's located in Waipahu, though on the good side of the highway. Safe, clean, well displayed, and at a reasonable price. The staff are more than able and willing to help you make that special decision. Accessories such as a diamond really says "I've made it". This was my first stop at the outlet in Waikele. I purchased a necklace for my wife's birthday, but the chain was just a little too thick to place a previously bought charm. Being as the Zale's that I purchased from was a little further than this area, I decided to come to this place for an exchange. I called ahead of time and a sales associate told me that I would be able to complete my transaction at their location. The Waikele Shopping outlet seems to be under constant construction, but that does not appear to be affecting their business. Zale's was easy enough to find. There didn't seem to be many people staffed in such a high traffic shopping area, but I managed to be helped within a few seconds of entering the store. I explained my situation and within a few minutes, I was on my way out with a properly fitting gift for my wife. The sales associate was very nice and professional. I recently proposed to my girlfriend, without a ring, so we stopped by the Zales Outlet in Waikele to see what all they had. My fiancé loved their selection and quickly narrowed down which rings appealed to her. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted her with sizing and comparing each of the rings. I was there today and received fabulous service. I purchased a ring at Zales (not at this location) but took it to this location today for warranty "service" and cleaning. The two ladies there were so nice , professional, and accommodating. I didn't have the warranty numbers I needed, and she called and got that information. She also cleaned my ring to perfection. While I was waiting , I was browsing and saw a few pieces I liked (I'm not even a big jewelry lover) and purchased a pretty diamond earring and necklace set. I've gotten great customer service from this location! I went in, was helped right away. I came to service my ring and was told it would be back on a certain day and I would receive a call and email. Sure enough, they did! I highly recommend this location. I was actually shocked they actually followed through. Same when I came back to pick up, there were a lot of people but I was still helped right away. I used to frequent the pearl ridge location. I always got crappy service since I wasn't buying anything. They never gave me a call back nor did my ring come in the day they said it would. On a shopping spree with my friend we decided to stop here since it was new (or so I thought) we found out they were their since February. I didn't get her name, but she was super nice. Greeted us and told us about the 50% off and the spring/mother's day sales. SO! We were just looking around and BAM! There was the ring. About 2 months ago I found a ring I really wanted on Zales.com (it was taken off the site the day after I found it) and I called in to stores around the island and they either didn't have it or had one left. BUT! It was here, for $60 less that it was supposed to be!!!! (so it was $129) -My bad. The ring was actually $240 originally. The Pearlridge store I called a few months ago told me they could only make it a size 5 at the smallest but this store fitted my ring for me! The lady even helped me out by suggesting that I buy the $25 LIFETIME protection plan, which covers re-sizing, cleaning and fixing incase diamonds fell out and such. She told me for re-sizing fee alone was actually more. So I go back in a week to pick up my perfect sized ring. Hopefully. read more

Waikele Zales is awesome! I have dealt with Kahala and Pearlridge stores and have never received such great service. I was about to give up on Zales completely, becuz i took my ring in to service and repair broken prongs and all the sales lady wanted to do was try to sell me on something else. She wouldnt listen, sent out my ring and didnt even have it fixed. Wtf, right. On the other hand my husband suggested we try Waikele Zales Outlet and Im glad we did. Cori, greeted us as soon as we walked in and her service was excellent. She went above and beyond to research my warranty, listened to my concerns. She seen the broken prongs right away, did a complementary cleaning of my husbands chain while we waited to complete the paper work. Five Star Experience EVERYTIME! I love this store! Upon first visit I received help from Brandon T. He gave me the whole breakdown about the Persona Charms. He explained the differences with the charms and the insurance policies they have. But I have had nothing but happy experiences from the rest of the representatives that have serviced me when visiting the store. Mind you I have been there at least 4 times already. I recently received a charm bracelet with three charms from Persona, Zales as a birthday gift. I loved it! But I must confess I was thinking Pandora first. OMG, what a MISTAKE! Pandora is very expensive and you get what you pay for. But their products *CANNOT top the attention, detail, and lovely customer service you get from the store employees at Zales, Waikele. Which for me as an attentive diva, is a must. *Plus what I found out recently from Pandora. Is that if you purchase charms online and try to return any of them. You must mail the charm back, you cannot go into their local Pandora stores to return the item. You can only exchange it, or get a store credit. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So you get take the product and re-sell the item to another consumer, and get paid for it. But you can't refund me back cash for the money I already paid. RIDICULOUS! Plus the "so called pre-paid shipping label that came with the product in the mail is worthless! The shipping used for the pre-paid label is "Parcel Post." Which means it will take a month just to ship back to Pandora. *But you only have so many days to return the item anyway. So why would I use the prepaid shipping label and risk the slow and cheap shipping speed they provide and probably not get credited for the charm I bought. Poor service & poor prepaid shipping service. I mean lets face it, Darth Vader's plane could get the item there faster. What I love about **Persona is they offer 1 year insurance policies for their charms. So if it breaks or chips, or maybe one of the crystals fall off, bring it in to the store and they'll replace it. Which is a BONUS for me! because accidents do happen. *All of their charms are beautiful, and they have a pretty good size selection. Plus they also have the Peanuts, Charlie Brown & Snoopy charms available! I love Snoopy & Charlie Brown So Cute! :)))) BTW, don't bother with the website because the pictures taken of the charms do the actual charms NO JUSTICE! They're much more beautiful in reality when you visit the store. Especially the "Rose Gold charms." The young guy who worked behind the desk was awesome. Great customer service and he was very knowledgable about the products. My bf and I came in to fix my necklace. It needed to be welded since the clasp broke and I didn't want to buy a different one. Price was $32 and it took 2 weeks to repair. All repairs must be shipped to the mainland but that didn't bother me. The estimated date when the repair will be done is on the receipt. They called me that day.
