The back is wonky and uneven, making a sort of squiggle. I posted a negative review, and Medawar called me, trying to gaslight me into believing that this was the way the ring was supposed to be. He said he never saw the ring leave, blaming others in the store, and that the ultra thinness was part of their process. I told him that if his process is damaging customers jewelry, that it needs to be reevaluated. I was rightfully given my money back, but I now have to have this ring repaired, which will cost more than twice as much, because of Medawar's negligence. It breaks my heart. I live in Chicago and could not find any jeweler that had one or could find one for me, so I reached out to Stephen. He retrieved the exact dimensions of the Bean off the internet to get an accurate scale and sent me several wax castings to choose from. He helped me pick the one that would look best with all the other charms, checked all the charms on my bracelet to make sure the jump rings were soldered, and polished the entire bracelet before sending it back to me.
