We went to several furniture stores in Jackson looking for a couch. We didn't like the prices or…read morestaff. When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. It was the best experience I ever had shopping for furniture and will be going back there for future purchases.

They had only one cashier an old lady and she was moving super slow and there was a huge line wrapping around the entire cashier wrap area. Boxes all over the store blocking aisles. Items were very overpriced especially the food items and pet beds. Better off just going and getting the items at a real store like Walmart. I will not be back!
