When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. It was the best experience I ever had shopping for furniture and will be going back there for future purchases.

Starting in the store, the people were knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly know their stuff, and even better, want to help you make selections that meet your needs. There was no pressure. They helped so much. They also will order if you don't find exactly what you want in the store. The delivery people were so darn nice, polite, efficient, and careful. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. I am a repeat customer, and recently bought from them again, and there is a reason for that - selection, price, service, quality! I'll keep coming back again and again. They will help you find what you are looking for and if you are sort of up in the air, they will help you figure things out.

They went above & beyond trying to move the over 6' long top cabinet up the stairs. The opening was too narrow so they dismantled part of it and it still wouldn't go. Then they tried to take it up the dilapidated outside staircase but 2 steps up the stairs collapsed! Finally I hammered out 3 pieces of the railing and up it went. And the whole time they were pleasant and accommodating. A great team! Thank you!

Great Selection & Helpful Staff at Ashley's Outlet Furniture…read more My family recently visited Ashley's Outlet Furniture to help find a living room set for my mother's place. We were impressed by the vast selection of furniture available, offering a variety of styles to suit different tastes. While some pieces had higher price points, we also found many affordable options that fit within our budget. The showroom itself was very clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse the different furniture collections. The staff member who assisted us during our visit was incredibly kind and helpful, patiently answering our questions and offering suggestions based on our needs. Overall, our experience at Ashley's Outlet Furniture was positive. The wide selection, affordability, and friendly service make it a great option for anyone looking for furniture for their home. After some looking later at home we did run Into the product listed cheaper on other sites. Unclear of our choice from here though.

We didn't…read moreknow anything about it and it just kept going and going and we were enjoying ourselves so much that 2 hours passed without us even knowing it. We are very thorough, though. The stuff ranges from 'true antiques' to just really well maintained beautiful things, to random junk, to locally made new items. It was all fun to poke around and see. As others mentioned, there appears to be some method to the madness, and stuff is generally arranged by similar 'types/eras/genres' throughout this big, beautiful building. Unlike other 'mall' type venues, this isn't broken down into too obvious 'booths', which makes it more charming. Definitely recommend, and worth a trip to Jackson (beware of their nutty one way street system though). The local restaurants are also tasty so enjoy those while you're there.
