We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. Starting in the store, the people were knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly know their stuff, and even better, want to help you make selections that meet your needs. There was no pressure. They helped so much. They also will order if you don't find exactly what you want in the store. The delivery people were so darn nice, polite, efficient, and careful. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. I am a repeat customer, and recently bought from them again, and there is a reason for that - selection, price, service, quality! Unlike other 'mall' type venues, this isn't broken down into too obvious 'booths', which makes it more charming. Dan the manager delivered 2 recliners to my house 2 different times and both recliners were not the…read moreones I ordered. When he delivered the second chair he had me look for my receipt and took off out the door before I realized the second chair was not what I ordered either and it was defective with a huge gap and 2 by 4 sticking out between the seat and the back of the recliner. He refused to tell me where he took my old chair and I found it illegally dumped behind St. VINCENT DEPAUL. The next day I went back to the store and asked him to come and get the second chair and he refused and called security and ordered me off the property. He is a criminal who takes advantage of seniors!
