When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. When he delivered the second chair he had me look for my receipt and took off out the door before I realized the second chair was not what I ordered either and it was defective with a huge gap and 2 by 4 sticking out between the seat and the back of the recliner. He refused to tell me where he took my old chair and I found it illegally dumped behind St. VINCENT DEPAUL. The next day I went back to the store and asked him to come and get the second chair and he refused and called security and ordered me off the property.
