I work…read morealong with 3 other sales people at The Mattress Source on West Saginaw Hwy and when it comes to issues with a mattress purchase 1. if the bed is a 2 sided mattress, both sides have to be worn down 2" or more of imprint. 2. if there is any stains of any kind on the mattress voids the warranty 3. we take pride in fixing the mattress if any issues unless things listed above( under 2" of imprint/stains on mattress) 4. The adjustable bases are not a capitol bedding product and is through Leggit and Platt if any issues with it. Any issues with adjustable bases you have to contact them not the mattress source 5. the warranty for Leggit and Platt is in the hand book that comes with adjustable base. Certain things cover certain problems.

When he delivered the second chair he had me look for my receipt and took off out the door before I realized the second chair was not what I ordered either and it was defective with a huge gap and 2 by 4 sticking out between the seat and the back of the recliner. He refused to tell me where he took my old chair and I found it illegally dumped behind St. VINCENT DEPAUL. The next day I went back to the store and asked him to come and get the second chair and he refused and called security and ordered me off the property. The storeroom itself is an old drafty building which doesn't make it very cozy and honestly lowered my expectations, but by the time I walked out of the door I couldn't have cared less about that. It was one of those rare old school retail transactions that you just don't get with today's corporate retail environment.
