When he delivered the second chair he had me look for my receipt and took off out the door before I realized the second chair was not what I ordered either and it was defective with a huge gap and 2 by 4 sticking out between the seat and the back of the recliner. He refused to tell me where he took my old chair and I found it illegally dumped behind St. VINCENT DEPAUL. The next day I went back to the store and asked him to come and get the second chair and he refused and called security and ordered me off the property.
