When he delivered the second chair he had me look for my receipt and took off out the door before I realized the second chair was not what I ordered either and it was defective with a huge gap and 2 by 4 sticking out between the seat and the back of the recliner. He refused to tell me where he took my old chair and I found it illegally dumped behind St. VINCENT DEPAUL. The next day I went back to the store and asked him to come and get the second chair and he refused and called security and ordered me off the property. He is a criminal who takes advantage of seniors!

Even better, I spent far less than what I expected. He seemed obviously much more concerned with winning over repeat business and I would say he succeeded. The storeroom itself is an old drafty building which doesn't make it very cozy and honestly lowered my expectations, but by the time I walked out of the door I couldn't have cared less about that. It was one of those rare old school retail transactions that you just don't get with today's corporate retail environment.
