Your cashiers are some of the most unhurried people on earth; you can tell they get paid by the hour. And there's never more than one working while another employee stands back & watches the line get longer & longer. Now add to that them having to type in product numbers into the register...it makes me want to spike my items on the ground & walk out. When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help. It was the best experience I ever had shopping for furniture and will be going back there for future purchases.
