They made a customer for life out of me when there was a service issue with my bow that required major components to be replaced. Buyer beware, after buying a brand new bow and $2000 later I had to go through and tighten every…read morescrew on the thing they touched. Figured it was just an over sight. Now every arrow has the inserts coming off due to improper prep. My buddy just bought arrows last Friday from them from Victory and the arrow exploded first go. Called and no sorry or what can we do to make it right? Just not our problem, call victory and they say wrong arrow was matched for lbs and draw length, Not there problem. I guess it's our fault for trusting them as professionals..... never again will they get a single dime or recommendation.
