Carol and Lori and other cashiers have always taken my empties. When I told him that Carol, the owner, has given me permission to bring 48 empties, since I buy 48 cans (2 cases). His response was Carol doesn't work here. Who owns this store? I come in on a regular basis and have never been treated like this guy treated me today. I don't know what else to say. I paid 10 cents a can to this store but they would not refund my money upon return.

Ufortunately !The young cashier that's there is usually quite nice to me but when this female security guard Tulukis is here she follows her rule. I came here just the other day to use the ATM machine . Tuluki and a older manager were outside talking and as I walked by they had several comments about me . THEY do this each and every time I'm here in the store I don't come that often maybe once every other week but it's always done !! Kroger's apparently doesnt care they only have a rating of 2.7 I would think that they should care the reviews I've read are sad again tonight when I came out to the car at 10:02 p.m. I called and made another complaint about Tuluki I don't know what it is if she doesn't like white people? I'm not sure but unfortunately it's ruined it for a lot of people she's not professional at all ! Kroger needs to clean up hire some people that have a little class Hiring the bottom of the barrel never gets anybody anywhere only problems and I am sick and tired of it it's always something with her following me she actually one day got in her car and followed me to the gas station and then over to Pet supplies Plus this person has a personality disorder of some sort p Kroger's do something Kroger's do something what's it going to take?

On a recent camping trip with some friends we made several stops at Country Market for "provisions"…read more(beer and snacks). It's not far from Michigan International Speedway and on the way to our lunch destination. The inside is deceptively large. I did not expect this store to be this large, but it's enormous and well laid out. The décor is very down-home/country (like its name says) and it's kept very clean. On a 95° day it's nice to go inside and soak up a little air conditioning, so meandering each and every aisle with my friends was kind of like a field trip. The produce department is quite sizable I saw two staff members tending to the produce, keeping it stocked and well maintained. The deli was hopping (it was Race Weekend). I needed to purchase a cooler to take to the track but wasn't having a lot of locating one. One of the Produce staff paused what he was doing and told me exactly where to find it. I got an insulated Coleman® six-can cooler for just $20(US). They have a HUGE selection of beer, both craft and domestic and a very nicely stocked beer cave. When it comes to snacks, they got them in huge tracts of lands. Pretzels to Doritos® to bean dip to jerky, they've got you covered. And the best thing? The ABSOLUTE best thing? The original and still the best Doritos®!! Checking out was a breeze, with plenty of cashiers manning the registers. Yes, you saw that right. Cashiers running registers. The more the big grocery stores switch to self-checkout the more you start to appreciate interacting with a human. Since I live about 6 hours away there's a good chance I won't be visiting any time soon, but next year I already know where my "provisions" will come from.
