Dr. Cooper was very quick, painless, and nice to work with. All my skin problems have gone away and they aren't coming back!

A professional would advise his front office person that (if he is running late) a rescheduling should be offered instead of making them wait. Very inconsiderate. I wish I could have given him no stars.

The first thing he did in the exam room was to yank my face mask off to look at my face then he looked at my arms and back then walked out saying to keep using sunblock. I had to chase him down to ask him about looking at the squamous on my leg which he somehow did not realize that was the reason I was there. He said that I needed to remove my mask because he couldn't understand what I was saying (everyone else, including him, had a mask on). He then took a quick look at the area and said that he would not act on it till he could see the biopsy results which I did not know were required. This appointment (was after me having to wait for the end of his 3 day weekend then drive for almost an hour, and the office was to close at noon in about 15 minutes and the receptionist told me that they'd not be open for the rest of the week. I'm done going there. Oh, and you'll have to endure Fox News in the lobby and you might notice his prominent TRUMP sticker on his office door. I did. Shouldn't the politics be neutral in a doctor's office?

Love love my provider Maggie! I am suffering from severe scalp psoriasis and bad alopecia which has…read morebeen absolutely devastating and painful. She has been SO compassionate and doing everything she absolutely can for me to get better. She finally found a medication that is showing great results after years of different meds that never worked, I only got worse. This new med is showing improvement with every dose. Unfortunately it's very difficult to get coverage for the medication and Maggie is going above and beyond for me to stay on this course of treatment that's actually working! Since the improvement, she has also been able to start treating my alopecia which is so huge! I've been suffering for many years, seen multiple dermatologists, tried so many different meds and now I finally feel like I'm getting proper treatment. For the first time I feel like I matter and am starting the healing process! Thank you for everything Maggie, you rock and I love you!!!

At my most recent visit, I checked in as usual and was then called back to the front desk and told-- for the first time--that they now require a credit or debit card to be kept on file. I was not informed of this policy in advance when scheduling my appointment. I explained that I do not have a card on file, but I was fully prepared to pay my copay at the time of the visit, as I always have. Despite that, I was refused care. What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. Patients should be aware that even if you are willing and able to pay at the time of service, you may be denied care if you do not provide a card on file. I recommend asking about this policy before scheduling. and have always paid my copays and any out-of-pocket costs at the time of service.
