I had a horrible experience with Dr Jensen. It seems like…read morehe cares nothing for his patients. I went in to have an X-ray examined and he didn't even have it to look at. When I asked about the X-ray, he said his assistant would bring it to him but never did. He proceeded to diagnose the issue with no information, not letting me ask any questions and cutting my replies to his. He was arrogant and dismissive throughout the meeting. At one point started gluing arch supports onto my custom-fit insoles. When I asked why he got super rude and defensive, so I asked him to stop, but he wouldn't. He ended up ruining my $100 insoles. Dr. Jensen is a hack and it is obvious from his demeanor he cares little to nothing about his patients. I left before the appointment was over because it was so obvious he had no interest in helping me. He never even looked at my X-ray. I would advise you to stay away from Dr. Jensen.
