Clear it up in a heart beat. Near 8 years later and I've lost those insoles. The pain is back. I doc I went to before has retired. I go see doctor todd self. They got me in quick. Doc was nice enough. I tell him the story of needing new insoles. He repeatedly tells me that previous doc didn't do things right, my $200+ redwing boots are cheap and I need wedges in my shoes. I have to always use the wedges or risk reinjury. Always use the wedges as in Get up in the middle of the night to pee, I need the wedges. I buy them. $30 was reasonable. Always wearing my boots. Not reasonable. Foot pain persist. Boots are uncomfortable with wedges. I go online order foam foot imprints and they make me custom insoles. 2 days in those and I feel an improvement. Throwing out the wedges. In short I came in with diagnosis and treatment. Paid him money and accomplished nothing then found the correct treatment online.

He removed debris that had been calloused over. We were sufficiently satisfied with his treatment. We do have a complaint against his assistant, Michelle. As soon as we arrived my son needed to use the rest room so I signed him in on the clipboard. Michelle appears and asked the receptionist "is he here yet?" The receptionist replied "yes, his mother signed him in". Michelle responds, "he can sign himself in, he's 48 yrs. old" I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I told Michelle "he was in the rest room, what's the big deal?" She realized I was quite annoyed by that remark and gave a b.s. excuse "the sign in needs to be in his own handwriting". This woman, I believe, without knowing anything about my son had a inappropriate judgmental attitude and patients should not be subjected to it. Like I said it's not the Dr., it is his long time staff who he has no idea what they are doing and how they are treating his patients. I may be the only post here but more than likely it's because in a small town you don't want to be treated like crap and feel like you've done something wrong. When I finally did speak to F. the employee she passed me on to the office manager who screamed at me on the phone and told me it was my fault. My bill was never paid, lie, I should be more responsible, I should have called to see if my bill had been paid, which it was because I called every medical office I'd been to and they had all been paid, I then called my attorney and they also confirmed that they had been paid. So, I get two more letters one 'waiting for my response and the next was a bill just under what they owed me by a few cents!' SCAMMERS!!!
