OMG Drove a hour and a half to get there. Charge me for copay. Heard the receptionist say on the phone the Office is running 1 and half hours late!!! But she never said that to the people waiting! Had to cancel and leave another 1.5 home Cost me my gas and my time. Never got to see the doctor. They need to fire the scheduling staff or hire more doctors! read more

It was a really great experience and zero pain experienced. Earlier this month I transported my awesome senior citizen next-door neighbor to this long-overdue medical appointment to have his feet examined and many overgrown toenails trimmed. He can no longer drive and lives with diabetes among other medical conditions so he will never be able to drive again and feels self-conscious about bothering people for needs such as this; to me, he isn't a bother. He also prefers for me to escort him inside the exam room for support and comfort and isn't comfortable having his own family fill this need but for some reason feels comfortable with me. Go figure. I felt comfortable in this office's space & so did my neighbor; that's saying a lot for both of us. He was several months tardy in this appointment & the doctor nor the office personnel shamed him. They were really superior individuals in respecting people of all types. We both appreciated this. Liked: ALL staff, from entry to departure for us, was really sweet, kind, professional, and treated us ethically. The exam rooms are a wee-bit teeny however they had them organized to house all the equipment the doctor uses in a neat & petite exam room. They make the most out of space and educate the patients as well while they are in the exam room because they have many helpful & educational posters on the walls about the foot. The doctor used one instrument to trim all of my neighbor's tallen's and then when I asked why his nails were all discolored in shades of yellow the doctor politely told me the yellowing was due to fungus. He also said that 90% of individuals in my neighbors' age category also have this toenail fungus; especially those living in senior living environments. Then he grabbed what looked like a professional Dremel, swiftly & painlessly sanded down the thickness of each nail, and shaped all sharp areas on each and every toenail to a smooth rounded around the edges appearance using this same electric tool resulting in more healthy & comfortable in appearance toenails. Never not once throughout this swift yet precise physician's work, did my neighbor jump, scream, squeal, wince, verbalize discomfort nor move body positions, and enjoyed the entire session which was over in no more than 15 minutes. I was stunned! He really is skilled at this type of podiatry work and I see why my neighbor speaks so highly of him. My neighbor has Medicaid and Medicare and Healthplan of San Joaquin and he says; he has no billing issues here nor copays. They always give him an appointment when he phones for one and doesn't have to wait for months and months plus he lives in Turlock and this office is close to him and also a huge help to him. He returns here he says because this office is always kind, respectful, helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. That's a big plus for him. read more

I called the office ahead of time to ask about services and consultation prices. I wanted to call around and see which office was more convenient for me. I was told my insurance would cover I asked again twice for the consultation price just incase my insurance did not cover. The receptionist kept repeating that my insurance would cover so I scheduled. When I got there they ran my insurance and it sure as hell was not covered. I told the receptionist that is why I wanted a price over the phone but they refused to give me a price I told her "the person that scheduled me just kept saying it would be covered. Now I don't know if I can pay your consultation fee out of pocket and I took time off work to attend the appointment." The receptionist rolled her eyes and said "so do you want to know our prices or not". She did not even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience. Super rude staff. They talk about others in Spanish and think you won't understand what they are saying. Waste of time and money. read more

Dr. Huynh is an amazing podiatrist. Even with numbing, he has a light hand and is meticulous. All the staff were very helpful and kind. There was a bit of a wait time to get seen, but I would rather wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hour, than 2 months anywhere else. I have been a long term patient for about 18 years. Both Dr Huynh and Dr Pursnani are very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience. Most of the time there isn't much of a wait and you can be scheduled for an appointment within a few weeks and not months like most other doctors. Staff are awesome as well always helpful and make me feel comfortable. Will continue to choose this podiatry office. read more

I drove from Oakdale to an appointment only for the receptionists to tell me that the doctor did not take MediCal/MediCare. Here's the kicker the appointment was made a month ago!!! They could have let me know ahead of time, especially since it was a referral! Then they continued to lie telling me that they left several voicemails a few days ago. I checked my phone right in front of them and seen only one voicemail that was left 30 minutes before my appointment!! They just stared at me with nothing to say!! Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE REFERRING THIS PLACE!! read more

I am DISGUSTED by the way I was treated at this doctor's office. The first time I visited this office I was rushed out of the waiting room before I could fill out my new patient information by their incredibly rude staff. I was told they needed to xray my ankle after I sat in the exam room for 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. After the doctor came in to the room he felt my ankle for about 5 seconds and told me what he thought was wrong and that I needed $600 custom orthotics, but that they needed to see me again to verify. After three unsuccessful visits I decided to not go back. Four months later I received a bill showing that they charged my insurance for the $600 orthotics even though I never received them. They also stated that I didn't pay my 3 copays, totaling an additional $60. I sent them proof that I paid my copays and they did not respond to my email for two weeks. After calling them they stated that they forgot to send the information to their billing company. Over a month after trying to clear charged that I did not owe they finally reduced the price to the amount I ACTUALLY owed. I am disgusted by the horrible/rude staff and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to NEVER visit this doctor's office. read more
