Always helpful. The hours for lab/blood draw are now at 8:30. You can still come at 8 but you'll have to wait

As a previous healthcare worker and a person who is going for their bachelors degree in nursing I…read morecompletely understand that this pandemic and with covid it may be hard to treat patients but when it comes to being a genuine person towards a patient that should be 100% a given. My mother had to be transported to the hospital a few weeks ago because of her throat closing up and mucus causing her unable to breathe. They diagnosed her with influenza A which has very similar affects as COVID however, since she started getting better she had relapsed and went to see her primary care doctor to hopefully help her immunity in some way or to give her an antibiotic. All this dr. Said was "you just need to get over it." She could've worded it much differently if she didn't want to prescribe her medication, she was rude, unsympathetic, and overall could care less. If this was a covid patient you would've treated her much differently. Regardless still a patient and being a healthcare provider should know better than to treat elders with such disrespect regardless of your degree. We will be looking for another Dr.

They have helped me many times in getting my insulin in a quick manner when there were issues with my insurance. Take note that they are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 which can make it difficult for those of us who have a 1 o'clock lunch hour however they are open until 5:30.

Not just as someone who is clearly kind and caring and without judgement, but a goes beyond type professional to figure out what you need to feel your best and as someone with chronic issues and confusing complications I cannot express how much this sincerity and dedication means to me. She help figure out things no one else was willing to take the time to do and it has helped me feel so much better already. They staff here are also super friendly and make the atmosphere and overall welcoming and pleasant place to be treated. Happy I switched from my last doctor to Dr. Tillet it was a move I have not regretted once. Thanks to the entire team at this location

I have not actually used any of the medical care services at Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center -…read morebut I have attended a number of their events. I have been blown away by the organization of each event that I have attended. Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center is truly a fantastic resource for the community. This past weekend I attended Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center's De-Stress Fest. I was so inspired by the wealth of passionate individuals that were present at this event - eager to spread awareness about the wonderful mental health resources available to the community. There was everything from therapy dogs, to Silent Disco, to mural Painting (Fun Fine Artist FTW :)), free educational books, a bracelet making station, juggling, hula-hoops, informational booths - and much more - set up to help promote key tools for self care. The event was set-up with the youth in mind - but everybody who walked into the festival - walked away feeling lighter and donning big grins. Coming up in May - the Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center has organized for a Sun Bus to come to the Sonora area. This Sun Bus will be offering free skin screening by a dermatologist, skin cancer & sun safety education, facial skin imaging, and they will also be passing out free sunscreen samples. I am so thankful that the Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center exists. They promote health awareness through innovative and helpful events, and they truly care for the community. I have a number of friends who use Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center's medical services through Medi-Cal and they have nothing but fantastic things to say about both their services and their staff. Trust.

We arrived, were greeted by the on staff security guard Felisha, she was very friendly and helped us get set up with registration as it was a Sunday; they were split between ER & regular appointments. After the imaging appointment the tech suggested my boyfriend be admitted to the ER to be checked for an anomaly. The issue is an ongoing health care concern for him, so we were incredibly thankful that the same physician who treated him before is who was there to see him. He was able to see the ER doctor quickly - and provided him an updated prescription and we were out of there fairly quickly. The staff was very friendly and attentive on this trip. This is not always our experience but this visit we were very pleased with the way things went.

He is also a diabetic and requires insulin with every meal. I checked his blood sugars as soon as he got home and it was 455. The last time they checked his blood sugars was 9am, and he was released at about 5:00pm. This could have caused some serious complications to his already damaged heart. It is sickening, and even mind boggling that this could happen under their care. I am disgusted with the neglect, and a mistake like that could have been fatal to my Dad. I called to inform them about this and got nothing but a half ass apology. Their insensitive tone about the situation was absolutely infuriating.

First, the wonderful staff who had been there for years fled when this new guy was hired. Why did they all leave? There has been a continual turnover in staff since he was hired. What is going on there that is causing this massive turnover in staff? I've had six surgical procedures on my spine over the years that has left me having to endure significant constant pain. My pain level is somewhat mitigated thru the use of medications. When I went to pick up my meds the pharmacist rolled his eyes and made an insulting derogatory comment regarding my medication usage. No one should have to be subjected to that kind of smug, judgmental, verbally abusive and insensitive treatment. It was evident that this pharmacist has some sort of disorder where he feels it's acceptable to insult the customers. I immediately switched to another pharmacy. Hopefully other customers have not had to endure this sort of insulting behavior from that guy. He is a stain on the entire MACT Healthcare Board. There is a chronic shortage of licensed pharmacists in this state, so I'm sure the MACT superiors will overlook a lot of abusive behavior before they do anything to rectify the matter.
