I am not sure what it is with the service in this town at these new places, they have to make sure they allow for an experience. I did talk to the owner but unfortunately we were so turned off that we would not go back, we had the pizza so really can't say much about the rest of the food other than it seems a bit overpriced. I like my dining out to be an experience not just a place where I drop my money, isn't that what casual fast food is for? read more

Ordered the primaveria and they kindly kept the cheese off at my request. The wait staff was both attentive and friendly! However, the pasta was lesser quality that I could make at home and I'm no chef ... Thinking I was being picky I let my husband try and his words, "Wow, pasta and marinara, nothing else." Also, the atmosphere was SO LOUD. At a two person table I could barely hear my husband when he talked. Won't be coming back. read more

We love this spot! Great good. Giant calzones...enough for two meals. Wine options are just right. The atmosphere and service keep us coming back....and the clam linguine!! read more

The wife and I loved the atmosphere. Great aps and drink selection. I liked the pizza, I just wish it could pass the fold test. Our server (Jordan) was excellent, especially for just being his third day. We will be back, too bad they are not open later than 11 on fri and sat read more

Z'Abbracci - So cute - Pizza Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

Always enjoy the food and friendly staff. We go weekly and they just bring our drinks. Feels like home. Best happy hour in Castle Rock.

Cannot go wrong with the "Tuffle Tots", they are outstanding. We regularly order those and the thin crust pizza is very good. I tried Canadian bacon, provolone and pineapple most recently and it was very good. This is the only place to get good food in Castle Rock, I would highly recommend it. read more

Was shopping in Castle Rock Outlets. Friend of mine who delivers food told me he loved the smell of Z'Abbracci food. I had to drive to other side of town but when I got there it was easy to find. Went in and was greeted by a very personable young man. He sat be on the bar side as I requested. Lady bartender was very naive and helped with menu. Ordered the Lasagna. Beer on tap and a good meal with very friendly staff. I'd recommend this place and will be back with friends for dinner. Really looking forward to trying more items on the menu. read more

We waited over an hour to get our food. Drinks were never refilled. Don't need to come back here. Update: Manager finally stopped by and apologized for the extremely bad service. She comped our meal, which I really hate, but that is some solace for waiting 1.45 hours for food. The food was okay. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment but I'll give it a try: great pizza, fantastic calzones, ample beer, exposed brick walls, nice happy hour selection, friendly and competent staff, location in heart of downtown Castle Rock, outdoor seating, cool lights... There's more but you'll have to go experience it all yourself. read more

When debating on whether trying here or the new pizza place at the Promenade, we decided to try a local place over a chain and we were not disappointed. We chose a simple lunch of salads and pizza. It was one of the better pizzas we've had locally. I would have given it 5 stars, by the music from the kitchen was competing with the overhead music and very distracting. We're looking forward to trying them for dinner soon. read more

$13.00 for a small 1/2 sandwich and Caesar salad that consisted of lettuce and dressing - no parm cheese or even a crouton. Server was not friendly. Bathroom was clean! Will not go back. read more

Don't waste time ordering from here. Cheese and meat platter delivered. Three total pieces of cheese. Contacted manager Sarah and she said she would credit back cost of platter. She passed off to someone who never processed credit. Call 5 days later and she couldn't believe that it hadn't taken place and agreed to send a gift card. Seven days later still have not received. Spoke to Sarah again who said she had to talk to GM tomorrow. Not holding my breath. This place used to be good. I wouldn't recommend food for a dog. Follow up: GM called today and said he mailed gift card last week. Well 8 days later nothing. People don't waste your time!!!!! read more

Ordered Pizza and Risotto this evening by far the worst meal ever. Pizza was doughy, cold no cheese and terrible tasting Not good at all, Risotto was mushy and tasted absolutely horrendous. Had stopped going to this place awhile ago due to bad food, thought we'd give it another chance. Huge fail! read more

Nice quaint place. Good food and staff. Could be original food on the menu but not bad.

Wow , Castle Rock is lucky again. New Italian went for lunch during eclipse . Deep fried rice and cheese balls great . I had a hot ,wet and sweet .those not from Chicago , Italian beef and peppers sandwich. I had the dipped . It was spot on . Made from scratch .pizza and crust very good . Went back the next day with co worker , had spaghetti . It was a great marinara and pork meatballs . My complaint was a little skimpy on the portion . Spaghetti was great and the deep fried cheese bread good .try the lemon hello cake it was perfect . I will be back . read more

Update: The owner responded to our complaint in such gallant fashion, that I added a star. His attitude alone makes this worth another few dozen visits. :-) read more

Always a great meal and good service. Just got two takeout pizza's for our family tonight and wow- outstanding! Everyone enjoyed it - we Love this place! read more

THE. BEST. ITALIAN. FOOD. EVER!!! Drove down to Castle Rock into the historic part about 20 minutes from wgere we're staying. The pizzas, bolognese, pastas...everything proved that there was love & passion put into every dish. We have Italian all over & this is by far the best anywhere. I guarantee it! read more

This is our go to place for pizza now! Great authentic Sicilian pizza, fabulous lasagna, great staff and atmosphere! It's a regular place for us to eat at now! read more

Zabbracci Pizza is amazing! Myself and my wife had the pleasure of having our anniversary lunch here! So good!!! Jenna was amazing at her job! read more

Well we are new to the area and decided on Italian tonight. We are still in the midst of moving so we wanted to stay in. We had zabbracci delivered via door dash. The menu looked great. What an incredible let down. The food arrived slightly cold, but that us to be expected with a delivery. No problem. O My God!!! Terrible!!!! The food was an absolute disgrace. My son got a small kids pizza, awful! Wife got chicken Alfredo. The most bland unseasoned dry chicken we've ever tasted. Seriously, salt and pepper go along way in cooking. I got the lobster Alfredo because I like rich type food, again just completely unseasoned. Granted the lobster was cooked ok but the rissoto was nothing but a bland mushy mess. Unbelievable. I don't understand how a chef could be ok with sending this garbage out to people's table for dinner. I will make sure to let everybody know that this place was terrible and we will never eat here again. This was a $120 dinner. We wanted to splurge a little bit on a little better quality food and we were met with utter disappointment and literally threw most of it away. The 6 chicken wings were ok. Very unhappy. read more

Granted I am judging based on takeout, but I would say below average. The Alfredo sauce was HORRIBLE. So bad, I made my own. The artichoke appetizer was meh and the sauce was highly mayonnaise-y. My brother did not enjoy the short ribs. They forgot the au jus on the beef sandwich. Would not go back. read more

We just moved back to Castle Rock and we LOVE this place! The pizza is our fave in the area and the meatballs are so delish. I saw some poor reviews from people who ordered Door Dash but come on, delivered food is never as good as food served hot in the restaurant. The bartenders are all really friendly and the cocktails are fantastic. I would def. recommend! read more

Came in for some apps and beer. They had a pretty good selection of beer on tap, I always go for the IPA. The apps were $2 off from 3-6. I got the shrimp artichoke dip and it was very tasty. The bread that came with it was like large herb seasoned croutons. It's also good for kids. Oh I almost forgot...the lemon mascarpone cheesecake it fab!!! read more

Man, I am hoping we hit it on an off night. The food was just ok, especially for the price. Gnocchi with browned butter was plain. The spaghetti with meatballs was plain. The risotto was plain. The service was mediocre and we had to ask twice for drink refills. Several waiters with their masks hanging below their noses. (I get it. I don't like wearing them at work either but-). On the upside, the atmosphere is lovely and I think the lunch prices would be more inline with their food quality. May be worth a try for lunch. Loved seeing all the people out in Castle Rock and happy places are open. But, tired of Covid as an excuse for mediocre. read more

Placed a delivery order and still have no pizza after waiting for over 2 hours. Have called twice and have been told they are backed up and now that a delivery drivers car broke down. I understand that things happen but why would you not call us to let us know this? Seriously unacceptable and horrible customer service. read more

I ordered a 16" double double ($24), an appetizer of artichoke hearts ($9), and a side of sautéed mushroom and spinach ($6) for delivery during dinner rush. The order was delivered just before the anticipated time and the delivery driver was fast and friendly. The food was tasty, however, the container the sautéed mushroom and spinach came in was only about half full; we only received 11 small artichoke hearts (for $9 though, I was expecting a few more and since there was no specific or suggested amount to expect offered on the menu or even a picture I think my assumption was fair); finally, the pizza was unexpectedly spicy (which, for my family, wasn't an upset just a surprise). Also, comparing the amount of pepperoni and sausage on the pizza we received to other pizza businesses, I would say the "double double" (double the amount of sausage and pepperoni) is an exaggeration. read more

To say the service is slow and unpleasant is an understatement. This is our 3rd time here and nothing has changed....shame on us. Unfortunately I think this is a sign of the new Castle Rock read more

The calzone was great. We also had the wings, on happy hour. They were some of the best wings we have had in a while. The flavors were spot on. The process that they use makes the wings just amazing. I'm pretty sure my husband will be back weekly if possible since he drives right here by from working in Denver. read more

One of our favorite places for Saturday and Sunday brunch!!! Breakfast pizza sounds crazy but if anyone can do it it's the Italians!! Green Eggs and Ham? Yes if you love pesto!! The baguette they serve for toast is melt in your mouth amazing! Oh and you have to start off with their cinnamon bits, they don't have french toast but these are perfect for the sweet tooth! Great coffee too!!! read more

Best pizza in Castle Rock. Their crust is so crispy and light. Didn't feel like wet soggy dough. This was the second time I ordered. Had to give this review. Their other food is good too. read more

I like this place!! Yeah. Reviews are kind of mixed but this is the second time I have been here and have enjoyed the food and the service both times. I think the food and drinks are a little pricey but you get what you pay for!! I just recently had the Italian beef sliders and they disappeared real quickly!! The atmosphere is nice and the location in downtown Castle Rock is excellent. It's worth a 5 star rating in my book read more

The restaurant ran smoothly, the food was excellent. The service was good, but not high end. The atmosphere was very nice. Big booths, front window waiting, good bar seating. I highly recommend! read more

This place is stupid expensive and totally not worth it!!! Sorry your in Castle Rock not downtown New York! The portions are like the fine dining in Europe! A little hand full of pasta that only costed them 25 cents to make !! It was a joke!!! We still left hungry and went and got fast food afterwards. Just saying not worth the prices it's freaking pasta and pizza!!!! Not filet mignon!!!! read more

The food here is amazing but the service is horrible especially for such a small place. We have been here 3 times now and waited till after our appetizers arrived for drinks to arrive. We have watched our dinner and our dessert sit on the counter for over 10 to 15 minutes before we say something and it is finally brought to us. As well as ordering drink refills will take till your meal is finished and you're ready to leave before they bring them. read more

This place has great food, a great happy hour, and really good service. We had dinner there last night, and Lauren was our server. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable!! It's become our favorite restaurant!! read more

New place to eat. Food was alright but pretty pricy. $42 for lunch with no alcohol on the tab. We waited over ten minutes before anyone even took a drink order. That was with 7 staff members less then ten feet away. Think I'll give them some time to settle in before I go back. read more

I use to love ordering from here cause they have great food but I won't be anymore the staff is rude and especially if you call for delivery good job snotty lady read more

Great location and fun ambiance. They were severely understaffed when we visited and it took a long time to get drinks. Staff was just overwhelmed. The food was okay but we did not try the pizza which I believe was a big mistake. From what we could see and smell - that is the only way to go. We will try again when they are not so slammed and definitely try pizza as opposed to the pasta. read more
