From the moment we walked into Z Donut, we felt so welcomed. The shop is bright, warm, and cheerful, and the smell of fresh donuts hits you instantly (the best kind of problem to have). The woman at the front counter was beyond sweet truly made our visit special. My daughter is currently obsessed with K-pop Demon Hunters, so of course we had to get those donuts, and when she noticed my daughter's sweatshirt, she surprised her with an extra Saja Boy keychain That alone won my heart. We also grabbed the Pokémon donuts (ADORABLE), plus a few donut holes, and everything was fresh, fluffy, and delicious not overly sweet, just perfect. You can tell these are made with care, not rushed. The shop itself feels like one of those cozy corner donut spots you hope to stumble upon clean, well-lit, welcoming, and full of good energy. And the hours are amazing: 5 AM-1 PM, which makes it perfect for early mornings or a fun mid-day treat. This place is 100% worth the drive for us from Princeton , absolutely a hidden gem. My son has been visiting this place for a while and convinced me to check to it out. So many donut shops around you think they are all the same (why are they always next to dentist?). We ordered a dozen and got some specialities like the cinnamon roll cronut and holes and my son got the pikachu. It was unique that they serve spicy ramen at a donut shop. The donuts were delicious. My personal favorite were the roll and cronut. Service service was good. Donuts are really good! My fav is the spinach pastry.- But, service was "meh".... There was a lady who helped us, and for reference there was an Asian lady and an Indian lady. The Indian lady helped us, and was dryer than my heels in the summer after months at the pool. She seemed annoyed at us picking our donuts. No one waiting for us either. Then she checked us out and totally neglected to give us the spinach pastries we also ordered that were in a bag off the other side of the counter. So we just got them ourselves. This place is hidden gem! Craving for donut and was just driving around, found this place! Their DONUTS ARE SOO DELICIOUS! I don't know what it is but all their donuts has amazing flavors! Owners are extremely nice and place its very cozy inside! Definitely do try if you near by! Plus they open till 5 almost everyday beside Sunday till 2! If there is a contest for best donut in America, this place might just take the title. Most delicious donuts I have tried in years. The Boston Cream with Bavarian cream was excellent. The glazed with raspberry -- absolutely incredible. The Apple fritter tasted exactly as you would want your fritter to taste.
