Super creamy, full of flavor, and honestly everything I look for in a good latte. And I have to give a special shoutout to the Old Fashioned because it was absolutely on point! The atmosphere was laid-back, fun, and full of character. We especially appreciated the dog-friendly patio, where our Frenchie, Stella, got to hang out with us. Judging by the look on her face while we were eating, I'd say she approved of the place too! One of the coolest surprises was that they were hosting a dog adoption event while we were there. How awesome is that?! It's always great to see a local business doing something positive for animals and the community. Good food, great drinks, a welcoming atmosphere, and a little love for the four-legged friends. As for the food, I ordered the noodle salad, but unfortunately it wasn't quite to my taste. It was heavily dressed and quite salty. The Steak Frites came out wrong; my bf asked to substitute the fries with broccolini but they still gave him fries. They did take it back to the kitchen but it took a while for the dish to come back out afterward. We asked for hot water but that never came out. We also had to ask for ketchup a couple times. When we were given the bill at the end of the night, there was an extra dish that we did not order on it. Of note, the restaurant was mild to moderately busy but definitely not crowded this night. I was introduced to the full bar, the well stocked fridge filled with beers, seltzers and wines and the specials for the weekend. As the night developed, more and more groups came in, ordered drinks and sat around the bar and tables with plenty of seating and tables available for everyone to hang out comfortably without being on top of one another. My only recommendation for this place when it does get busier, is that they have a designated ordering section at the bar where people can't sit so that those wanting to order or close their tabs can easily get to the bartender without having to awkwardly cut through people that are sitting there. Otherwise, this is a solid spot to hang out and have a couple casual drinks with a divey ambience and local feel.
