    Pretty place

Really super cute restaurant. My friend really enjoyed his burger. It looked cooked perfectly. The french fries were awesome.. I gotta be honest. The veggie burger was pretty not good. It needs a binder to hold it together and make it less mushy. My whole sandwich fell apart and then it kind of tasted sweet and overly dateish And like a big pile of mush. Menu was really nice. Had some more interesting exciting things. I wish I would've ordered the lasagna that I was super going to order but for some reason, I changed my mind for the last minute and and decided on a veggie burger. Also, the people who got salads next to me the food looked really good. I will definitely give it another chance , I would not recommend the veggie burger.

We ate here on a Saturday evening for dinner. We loved the ambiance with the dim lights and upscale vibe. The host was friendly. Our waitress seemed a little off. She wasn't rude, she just didn't seem like a people person. Other reviewers say that it's kind of weird how some workers stand and observe the customers for their needs. The food was good. The Veggie Burger was my least favorite. The consistency is mushy and the burger fell apart as I continued eating it. The Potato Cakes was only about 4-5 bites as an appetizer. It did taste delicious though. The best thing was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Worth a visit. Potential to be 5 stars. What a fabulous dinner and live music experience! First time here, it was worth the drive from PS to high desert for this gem. Food was even better than expected, such a surprise. We tried the lamb meatballs, mushroom appetizer, lasagna special and chicken w cous cous. Service was dialed in, very attentive. The specialty cocktails were incredible. I'd come back again for sure! There's a mocktail blackberry lavender ice tea sort of brew that we all loved. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best restaurants in the area known as the Morongo Basin, which includes Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree & Twentynine Palms. The decor is reminiscent of a 70s disco bar. The menus are all in album sleeves. Those of you born before streaming, we know what I mean. We have tried a lot of dishes here and everything has always been wonderful. We have the pickle plate appetizer, dates, steak frites, lamb meatballs, and cocktails. Would highly recommend this place if you want a really good dining experience. Service is good food and drinks are great. The only caveat is the happy hour. Menu is only from 5 to 6 and only at the bar. See photos.

I should have taken a picture of our food, but it looked so delicious when it arrived that we devoured it. Suffice to say, the salmon, mac & cheese, broccolini, and kale salad were all terrific. We finished sharing a sticky toffee pudding and a French press coffee. Nice to have a classy restaurant in Yucca Valley.

Sadly, this place is closing up. This is Mojave Gold in Yucca Valley, California. I had the pleasure of eating here on the second to last day with my mom. We had the cast iron lamb, steak frites, mashed potatoes, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The service was great, our server, Edgar took great care of us.

Mojave Gold is a wonderful addition to the high desert! We are locals and have had both brunch and dinner and have raved about our food each time. They use ingredients and the menu options are diverse..... There is something for everyone. Also, the people who work there are warm and welcoming. We look forward to returning and trying out other items on their high desert inspired menu...Mojave Gold is going to be in our rotation!!! Here are some photos of our brunch choices...The Egg Sandwich and Shakshuka

Glamorous beautiful restaurant and event space. Really like the retro + sleek details and design. Beautiful job on all of it. Looking forward to shows here in the future. We enjoyed dinner. Shared just a few things. All was fine, nothing blew my mind or dazzled my tastebuds. I'd definitely go back for dinner to try more menu items. Service was a bit off, funny. Didn't deter much from our fun evening. Overall it's a wonderful addition to the high dez rotation.

I was skeptical and now I'm sold on this incredible place. A friend and I tried the Saturday Brunch and have already pledged to make it one of our regular rituals. The service is superb, the food a culinary adventure, and everything about the site is upscale. Because I am familiar with the history of the building and shared some of it with the servers, I was given a tour of the entertainment venue. I was delighted to see they had not remodeled the rolling ceiling in the large room where I booked my daughter's wedding reception in 1986. And as for the overall experience, I have eaten in some of the most celebrated restaurants in the world and found none better. Next I'll try the music venue. The bar service and selection is seductive.
