Her technique is incredible, and she always knows exactly how much pressure to use. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I walked in. I've even caught myself wondering what I'll do if she ever retires... that's how good she is!

They had a very thorough questionnaire about my issues and the amount of pressure I was looking for. My massage therapist was amazing! She worked out all the kinks in my shoulder and back and was constantly checking to see if I was ok with the amount of pressure and if there was any pain. I really prefer a lot of pressure and most massage therapists I've been to just can't seem to do it firm enough BUT not here! She has been absolutely fantastic and my body is in such a better place now. She's so communicative about how I'm feeling and adjusts perfectly at any point that I ask. I truly can't say enough good stuff about this place and the pain relief therapy massage provider!

I had been suffering from a huge knot in my left shoulder for over a year at this time. Once Tia spent the first hour on my back the knot had gone down considerably. The next session it was completely gone. As a side note, I had visited three other Licensed Massage Therapists before. None of them could do deep tissue like this. I have been visiting Tia twice a month since then. I work at a desk and get knots all over all the time. None like this first one. She can always find them and fix them right away. I don't know how I got along so long without her. If you are looking for a massage that is just "touching," you can find plenty of those out there. If you are in serious pain and need help, give Tia a call. You will not regret it.

It was a very good experience for me. I have back problems from working behind a computer all day, every day, for decades. It felt so good. And she even walked on my back! Which was Awesome. And she didn't just work on my back.. Also my legs, arms, hands, feet. April asked me a few times to let her know if she was being too strong/aggressive. For me she was not (just right), but just let her know if she is. I felt it was a great overall massage, and I plan on going back again. I'm hoping if I go on a regular basis (once every 2 weeks or so) that it will help keep my back pain under control. Think I'll opt for the 90 min. next time. Thanks again, April!

She was out of the room for significant periods of time. I indicated to the masseuse working on my husband where is she, but it got worse. She talked on the phone while "massaging" me, seems like they were trying to squeeze people in. At one point on my back she rubbed the same spot on my leg for 7 minutes and I could see the blue light from her phone. I asked if she could put the phone away and they finished almost immediately and told us they didn't have time for cupping, which we had booked. A few minutes later as we were getting dressed they changed their minds and one of them rushed through cupping both of us. The masseuse avoided my lower back like the plague. When I tried to get off the table, the rest of my back muscles were loose but my lower back locked and clenched and my husband had to help me off the table. I was in tremendously more pain than when I had arrived. They charged us for the full 90 minute couples massage and 2 cuppings. Severely disappointing. I get the hustle but squeezing in as many appointments as possible will hurt the appointments they already have. They were our go-tos but after that experience we will not return.
