I've come to realize that a good massage therapist can help realign my neck and spine. So basically a good therapist can have dual purpose, and that's what Sonja does. The last sesh I came in with the tightest neck. It hurt when I turned to the right. By the end of the session, my neck completely opened up, and the pain disappeared. Thank you so much, Sonja, for your immense skill and care.

It was easy to set up an appointment, Sonja was friendly and warm. She was easy to communicate with. She made sure to send me COVID regulations etc via text, so I didn't have to use any shared objects. I felt extremely safe. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. It was my first time doing a ashiatsu massage (which she combines with deep tissue), and Sonja made me feel very comfortable and explained how she did it. It was a very deep and intense massage while also never feeling violent in any way (I've had that before - have you? Hard to relax with those.) I definitely am planning my next visit soon. I highly recommend. Parking was also easy. The office is on a second story, but it was easy to find.

She is always able to find spots of tension that I didn't even know about; she incorporates active stretching; and her deep tissue and Ashiatsu massages are chef's kiss. Lindsay's new office space is also a dream. I highly, highly recommend Sacred Touch.

Laura is actually incredible!! My partner first found her and would not stop raving about the…read moremassage she gave him. I decided to give her a try and am so glad I did!! Laura's techniques for massage, stretching and cupping make me feel so refreshed and loose every time I see her! My partner and I are both gym rats so we get pretty tense and locked up, but Laura is able to get deep into knots and use cupping to really break everything up. I'm currently seeing her every few weeks and have never felt so loose during gym sessions later in the week (one even the day of!). If you're looking for a massage therapist, use Laura! Her attention to detail and easy communication make the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I'll continue to use her for the foreseeable future and hope others are able to realize what a find she is!

I rarely spring for things like massages for myself. Going through therapeutic massage for a back…read moreinjury in the beginning of the year taught me that massage is indeed important and definitely worth the cost considering the holistic benefits. I would absolutely see Rhonda again--her demeanor was immediately warm, calming and welcoming, and she was an attentive and skilled massage therapist. Her space is small and nice, with diffused natural light and a super comfortable and impeccably clean massage table (and space in general). She changed the bedding on it depending on the treatment I was getting, so I was comfortable, warm and happy the whole time. She tailors your treatment to you completely, asking about music, oils and health questions ahead of time so the treatment goes fluidly and you can relax fully. The treatments were great (I recommend the papaya scrub and massage combination) but getting to know her was even more of a highlight. I'm sure treatments are usually quiet except for the music, but I had a great time chatting with her and feel like I came away with an awesome new friend!

Jenny of Structural Healing Massage is the BEST and I cannot recommend her highly enough…read more I started going to Jenny for massage back in 2019. She really helped with my range of motion and with pain I had been feeling from sitting at a desk for long hours. In 2020, the pandemic hit and I didn't see Jenny for 2 years. Fast forward to 2022 and I am back to being a regular client. Previously, my insurance covered massage, but I have different insurance now and it's not covered. That's fine. I will gladly pay out of pocket to go to Jenny. With regard to the actual massage, Jenny's touch is firm, but not hard, which I prefer, as tensing because of too hard pressure works against relaxation. Jenny really knows her anatomy and can focus in on specific muscles that may need attention. And Jenny's bedside manner is calm, peaceful, and attentive. Overall, she's great and I will continue to see her regularly.
