All I can say is "Cookie" is the bomb! I found her on Yelp a few weeks back after seeing a chiropractor for a pinched nerve stemming from the neck and have had her work on me a couple times since then. She's a great personality, has a lot of knowledge on how to approach certain injuries, and very flexible if needing to be seen. She's not your "traditional" massage therapist where 2-3 areas get tackled for the next 45-60 minutes. She actually incorporates quite a bit of acupressure/reflexology (depending on your needs) to help combat stemming problems which actually helps. She works relatively fast and wastes little time in efficiently working the whole body and manages to have more time to work on the more problematic area(s). Now, I'm not saying she has fixed me by any means (as I have more underlying issues that may be going on) but she definitely helps with the pain management through therapy. Got my first massage by cookie last night and it went wonderful! Lobby is very clean and comfy and the room was as well. The temperature was perfect, not too hot and not too cold. For a small lady, she packs a punch. She really got into the spots I needed worked on and was really communicative and explained the process as she went. Overall very impressed. read more

Cookie is an excellent lymphatic drainage massage therapist. I received 12 sections of lymphatic drenaje after my surgery. She found all the sores and hard tissues spots surrounding my wounds in order to drain fluids, detoxify to regenerate my tissues. When I finished my sections I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. Cookie HU, the proprietor and Licensed Massage Therapist, is the best I have had in over 30 years of massages (although I am 75 now, I got a late start). I recommend her highly! Cookie has been giving me foot reflexology treatments, including an herbal foot spa and head and shoulder (seated) massage regularly for over three years. During this time, she has also taught me things I can do in between. VERY HELPFUL. Following surgery in 2004 I developed LYMPH EDEMA and have received care and training from both physical therapists and massage therapists, but none of them were able to fully drain the area. After completing training in this recently, Cookie was able to do it. For the FIRST time in 10 YEARS, the area felt "normal."
