I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service that was supposed to be provided by Yury Kuzmin plumbing company. Despite our agreement and scheduled appointment, the service was left incomplete, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated. I believe it is essential for service providers to fulfill their commitments to customers, and the lack of completion in this case has inconvenienced me and caused undue frustration. I expected better. I kindly request that the service be completed, but no such luck... ugh I paid him for the service and got a half done job.... read more

I was obsessed with having a Tushy Bidet. I have a wonky old bathroom toilet and old plumbing but Yury was able to get it working! It looks and works great. He is very professional, punctual, and pleasant. He even checked the pipes and added a new gasket to one of the drains that the previous plumber forgot. He also gave the best price for the installation. I would definitely recommend him and want to hire him again to help with my kitchen next. read more

Someone else charged me an arm and a leg to come out the same day I had an emergency with my water heater and sump pump. I used the internet to track down a plumber in my area who has served families for several generations. He worked me into his timetable, and I was up and running for less money than I would have made working for the other person by myself. Extremely content. read more

I wanted to replace a bathroom faucet and drain. I requested quotes through Yelp and Angi, Yury's came in far below the other estimated and I wanted to give a small business a chance as he had one positive review. He was very responsive through Yelp messenger. He came out, swapped the faucet and drain, ran out for a broken part, and finished the task quickly including cleaning up after. In addition, he saw that I do not wear shoes in my apartment and removed his shoes inside even though I didn't ask him to and he didn't need to. The total was what he quoted plus the cost for the broken part. And he guarantees his work. Should anything happen where the drain or faucet leak, he will come back and fix it. Highly recommend Yury. read more

Yuri was available same day and did a professional job. We have called him for other plumbing needs. He's affordable and is pleasant.

Hire Yury Kuzmin for your plumbing needs! He is efficient, hard working, responsive, and you cannot beat his prices. At first I was hesitant to hire him given the small number of reviews, but I noticed a bunch of additional 5-star reviews that Yelp for some reason flagged as "not currently recommended". Hopefully mine will come through! read more
